05/09/2026: A truly warm welcome, as all the restaurant staff participated in surprising our friends. The service was delightful, with a young, friendly, and enthusiastic waitress who had a lovely sense of humor. As for the food, it was a festival of flavors and delightful surprises! A truly wonderful place.

28/08/2026: Beautiful setting, very good value for money, the fish soup is very good. The crème brûlée was a little too sweet.

28/07/2026: While looking for a restaurant for lunch, we stumbled upon P'tits Oignons in Montluel. We were very surprised by the quality and delicious food, which tasted just like home cooking. The friendliness of the young lady serving and the chef was truly exceptional. We highly recommend it.

26/08/2026: A visit to Le Petit Brens was unfortunately a disappointing experience. The salad served had clearly not been properly sorted: many leaves were damaged, wilted, and some were frankly blackened. It's really unpleasant to find these kinds of leaves on your plate. A little sorting and care before serving would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because this kind of detail gives a bad overall impression of the meal. When you tell the waitress, I'll tell the kitchen, move along, nothing to see here.

24/08/2026: Come to this restaurant! It's delicious, friendly, and very welcoming! It's very well laid out so you don't have to suffer from the heat outside! I love this place. The prices aren't too high. Come on over!

25/05/2026: This hotel is fabulous: personalized and warm welcome, very comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and the icing on the cake, a royal breakfast.

25/05/2026: They've become a disgrace to the profession. We were already poorly treated, and now they don't even work on Sundays and holidays... No deferral of charges or assistance for this kind of "professional" who's just following in their father's footsteps. Give work to people who are motivated and deserving; there are plenty of good places nearby.

17/08/2026: We were treated like royalty, even though we were just passing through. The staff were very attentive, the burgers were generously filled, and the Alpine ice cream was the best! A must-visit address in a magnificent setting!

04/08/2026: The servers were very welcoming and friendly; I was delighted to have eaten there twice during my week-long holiday. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will gladly return for my next vacation. Thank you to the whole team! ☺️

29/08/2026: We've been to this restaurant twice in the last ten years, most recently three years ago. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. Our portion of Bresse chicken had considerably more bone than meat; while the chicken itself tasted good, the quality of the side dishes was rather average. There was no response to our complaint about the chicken, even though we clearly expressed our concerns in French. The price-performance ratio is therefore no longer acceptable. The excellent and friendly service and the wonderful ambiance with a direct view of the Brou Abbey can hardly compensate for the declining food quality. A real shame! Making a table reservation by email also failed. It only worked after a phone call. Incidentally, several new and supposedly quite good restaurants have opened on the same street in the last two to three years.

16/08/2026: The meal was very good, the portions generous. The welcome was warm and the service excellent. The only problem, and it's a significant one, is the lack of air conditioning; it's very hot and not comfortable for eating and relaxing.

21/08/2026: Residents of Pressiat, we enjoyed a family meal at the restaurant, whereas we usually only have drinks on the terrace because the view is simply magnificent. We weren't disappointed; the food was delicious, the staff were attentive and very friendly, and the owners were always smiling. Thank you 🙏

18/08/2026: We ate there this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The food was delicious and high quality! We had the pleasure of being served by Maxime, who made the meal even more enjoyable and gave us excellent recommendations! It's wonderful to see that in some establishments like this one, the service can still be provided with such enthusiasm! The setting is also very charming! We will definitely be back! 21/08/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome from everyone. The dishes were excellent from start to finish, the house aperitif was original and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Sylvie and her team are truly attentive and offer excellent advice. We are more than delighted and will be back very soon to discover the other flavors. The beef carpaccio starter was succulent and the mussels were delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

23/09/2026: I think the menu pricing system needs to be changed. There's an extra charge for foie gras, and another for frogs' legs; personally, I prefer an all-inclusive price. Frogs' legs are a bit stingy for a main course, and €5 for a small glass of Coke is ridiculous! 😏 You should change your bread supplier; it's not up to the standard of good food. The young waitresses are nice, but they need training to tidy up the table a bit before dessert and clear the plates before serving coffee. It's a very pretty dining room with lovely tables and tablecloths, and the food is excellent.

27/08/2026: We ate very well, the room is very clean and well laid out, the food is very good, the only downside is the service is much too slow and the filling for the chicken crepes was not to my taste, I prefer a good gratin but that is my personal opinion.
