The quality of the ingredients, the flavors, and the friendly service are all part of the package. It's a real gem, an establishment that exudes the rigor and experience of true professionals, not to mention good humor and a welcoming atmosphere. Bravo!

07/06/2026: During a business trip, I noticed the brightly lit signs for this restaurant. From the main highway, my attention was caught, and I stopped to try the meat, drawn by the neon sign depicting a cow. I'm probably too used to it, but I've never seen such a wide selection of different cuts of beef, with different aging periods. I try a 500g steak with the family's signature sauce. Again, probably accustomed to a different way of cooking, I don't fully appreciate the flavor of the meat, probably because it's marinated in too much garlic, which overwhelms the flavor, and the meat is still difficult to cut and chew. The flavor is too strong for me, even though the meat is high-quality, but I have trouble chewing it. I also took the opportunity to try the fondue, with soft pieces of bread to dip in, a dish I enjoyed very much. A good glass of typical white wine to accompany everything. And to finish, a good espresso from a well-known Italian company, well-extracted and of high quality considering it's a single-origin blend. I'm not entirely satisfied with the value for money, but it's still considered a good restaurant.

27/12/2025: We dined at La Divonne – Le Président restaurant for a family Christmas dinner (12 people). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived on time, yet we waited nearly 40 minutes for our drinks and an hour and 45 minutes for our starters. The service was very slow and disorganized: the waiter forgot several orders, and some requests were either ignored or poorly executed. What compounded our disappointment was seeing customers who arrived after us served before us, even for dishes identical to ours. The food was adequate, but nothing special. Furthermore, we were disappointed by the limited choice of starters (no simple options like a salad) and the lack of a children's menu, which is surprising for a restaurant catering to families. Overall, this experience fell far short of our expectations for a festive meal. This will unfortunately be our first and last reservation at this establishment.

07/08/2026: A very friendly place with a lovely, well-maintained terrace. Spotless. The service is buffet-style, but the waitress is charming and very attentive to our comfort and needs. One small drawback: frozen fries, whereas homemade fries would have been a great addition, especially with the wood-fired grilled meat. A great find nonetheless.

14/06/2026: Unfortunately, very disappointed... The place itself is very pleasant, and the welcome was friendly. However, it was excessively expensive for what we ate...tiny frogs' legs, a €45 set menu with a meager salad, and the chicken with morels was just okay...tasteless...😕

02/08/2026: Hello, welcoming restaurant with a lovely shaded terrace! As for the food 🧑‍🍳, the frog legs were disappointing! (very small, dry, and bland). I'm a bit disappointed considering the price of the set menu. And especially for the frog leg menu 🐸 at 45 euros, there were no side dishes with the legs, which were served in two courses, admittedly, but without any generosity! So, something to reconsider... (2 plates of frog legs and a cheese plate for 45 euros) is still quite expensive for this menu! Also, be careful with the broad beans in your desserts. The service was pleasant, with a rather friendly manager. I apologize, I don't usually leave this kind of review, but we're from the region and we didn't recognize the flavor of the frog legs on your plates!

14/06/2026: Hello, today I had lunch at the Port d'Asnières. I was disappointed with the €43 menu; the frogs' legs came with just a vegetable side dish, and the €49 menu had nothing at all. So, go for the €43 menu; otherwise, everything else was great.

31/05/2026: We just had Mother's Day lunch there. Nice place. It was full, which made the service VERY, VERY slow—too slow. They need more waiters and waitresses, and more staff in the kitchen. Or they could turn people away or do two seatings. In the end, we don't really want to go back. The food is very good. The price/quality ratio is a bit too high.

30/03/2026: Unfortunately, I won't be going back. Even though it's a restaurant/bar with set menus for workers, I found the quality very, very average. I was very disappointed with the quality and cooking of the food. We couldn't even finish our meals. While the service was very good, that's not enough to give it more stars. I enjoy cooking homemade meals, and everyone cooks differently, but there's a difference between cooking and just throwing things together. Honestly, the quality just wasn't there. We left hungry and with a bill that was completely unjustified for what we were served.

22/02/2026: Three daily specials (red meat, white meat, fish), all homemade and deliciously prepared by the chef. Generous portions. And don't forget the desserts. Top-notch service. A bistro like they used to make. Perfect for a lunch break on the way to the Alps.
