21/07/2024: We took 2 nights in hotels at the hostel, 6/7 and 7/7, forced to take two nights by the owner because there were a lot of people at our reservation, toilets not cleaned, TV not functional because no wifi , no code given, no respect for the customer and moreover we were normally full hostel but no one over 2 nights, commercial abuse, because breakfast had to be taken outside because no longer served. For us, already abandoned hotel on the outside, no cleaning.

04/06/2024: Friends told us about the Auberge du Clos des Pins. We decided to go there on Saturday evening, my husband and I, to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our children! A wonderful welcome, from entry to exit... At the table, the server is very attentive while remaining discreet. Everyone enjoyed themselves: starters, main courses, desserts, well done to the chef! And because it was our anniversary, a glass of Champagne was offered to us 🥂, thank you for this delicate attention! We had a great evening with family...we will return 👍🏻

09/09/2024: Incredible place with wonderful food, exquisite desserts and top-notch atmosphere/service. I have never had such a delicious red sauce with shrimp. I hope to be able to return soon.

08/09/2024: Loved it first time, came back to be disappointed unfortunately and never to return. We ordered salmon tartar which was bad and salmon pasta which was even worse :( the service want very nice neither

08/09/2024: Nice looking place. Lots of smiles as we entered. It is small so booking is a good idea. There was only one waitress so service was slow. She missed a trick by not giving us menus to peruse while we waited. Finally we went and found the menus and wine list , and took them for the whole table. The menu is small so we expect we each dish to be great. It was OK but not special. Potatoes were bitter and unpleasant but no apology given. Coffee was disappointing. Cappuccino not available as they didn't know how to prepare it. £214 for 6 people (2 courses) for an ok meal. Somehow it didn't meet expectations.

02/09/2024: Après un accueil très chaleureux d'Anne, nous avons passé une belle soirée dans ce petit resto avec vue sur les Baous. Pauline nous a concocté un Aperol parfaitement dosé. Notre plat : Filets de Bar, fenouil et lamelles de courgettes : délicieux. Et le tiramisu " maison " léger et goûteux. Tout était réuni pour satisfaire vos papilles.

18/08/2024: Being a very good regular at this restaurant, I had reservations for 2 people at my usual table, specifying a birthday and cards without prices. Absolutely none of my requests were considered. Your prices have increased significantly and the quality of food and service has dropped drastically.

15/09/2024: the context: we were two guests last evening (Saturday 09/14/2024). We had two appetizers, two starters, two main courses, two coffees and two glasses of wine. We paid €200. We chose La Maréa because we wanted to eat fish and that is the specialty of this Restaurant. The restaurant has parking. It is located on the slopes above Figuette beach and therefore has a magnificent view in the room with large bay windows. The Room itself is very pleasant, the tables welcoming and generously sized with superb rubber (?) on the ceiling for the most beautiful effect. We were very well settled, it was very cozy. The cutlery: nothing to report, very clean, pretty glasses, pretty fabric tablecloth, beautiful and large napkins. The service: absolutely perfect from a person with amazing interpersonal skills: neither obsequious nor too distant without the absolutely formal side that this position often takes on in restaurants that aim to be of a certain standard. This Service pleasantly extended the favorable atmosphere given by the room and the table. The service was a little long: 2 hours but not endless given the general comfort. My sound level meter measured an average sound environment of 70 dB, which is very good for a restaurant. The restaurant plays my music constantly, which I'm not a fan of, but which can be ignored and doesn't interfere with conversation. In short, the service is worth 5 out of 5. Bread: I often judge a restaurant not only for its dishes but also for its bread and coffee. The bread served was perfect, crispy crust and soft crumb. Aperitifs: two Spritz, one without alcohol (€12 +€12): very well prepared. Nothing to report. Starters: fish soup and 6 oysters (€22 and €22): two excellent dishes. Cancale oysters served with half a lemon and shallot vinegar rarely disappoint. They had the drawback of only being 6. The fish soup was absolutely perfect, both in consistency and taste with a saffron rouille and homemade croutons. Perfect The dishes: a bouillabaisse and a back of sea bream (€59 and €37): Nothing to say for the sea bream, cooked with precision. Regarding the bouillabaisse I only give 4 out of 5 because although the soup was delicious (the same as that served as a starter), I am more reserved for the fish which to my taste was slightly overcooked. The drink: 2 glasses of Château Minuty Blanc (€24), a wine that I love and which goes wonderfully with fish dishes. The 2 coffees (€6): nothing to report. Of course, the aperitif and coffees are accompanied by the Chef's creations, the details of which I didn't remember but they were very good. In short, despite my hesitation about the bouillabaisse, I give 5 out of 5 for the cuisine. You will leave the table with the feeling of having eaten good food in sufficient quantity and for a very good quality/price ratio, considering that we are on the Côtes d'Azur. No problem for me, I will come back on occasion with pleasure to try the other dishes on the menu which seemed very well balanced to me.

10/09/2024: Maybe we come on a bad day, it is understandable, but what is not acceptable is that they serve you the pizza completely burnt on the bottom, with a bitter taste that ruins the rest.

26/09/2024: Con amici diretti a Arles ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo ristorante non lontano dal mare. Abbiamo optato per una paella, davvero squisita e ricca di pesce. Servizio cortese, meglio prenotare perché pur essendo grande c’è sempre molta affluenza.
