24/11/2025: I recently visited the Häagen-Dazs store and wanted to share my complete satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a smiling and very professional team. The staff were very patient, helpful, and attentive, taking the time to help me choose from the wide range of creations and flavors available. The Product: Quality and Flavor The highlight, of course, is the products! I opted for the macadamia crunch ice cream in the flavor you choose – e.g., Caramel Attraction, a red fruit waffle, or a single scoop of Vanilla Caramel Brownie. The quality of the ingredients is always excellent: the ice cream is incredibly creamy, and the flavors are rich and authentic. The toppings were generous, and the hot chocolate was perfect. It's a truly indulgent experience that completely justifies the price. Atmosphere and Service The establishment is clean, very well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service was quick and efficient, even during peak hours. In conclusion: Whether for a quick snack or to enjoy a more elaborate creation, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. It guarantees high-quality products and impeccable service. I will definitely be back!

15/12/2025: ❌❌I will never eat at this restaurant! I have no idea about the quality of the food, but the waiters are aggressive (a small blonde woman and a dark-haired man in their forties). My mother and I were verbally attacked by their friend, the owner of the restaurant “Le Serre,” and without even trying to understand the situation, they came and yelled at us to defend her, even though she was, of course, indefensible. Therefore, it's best to avoid this establishment to punish their indefensible behavior towards customers.

12/10/2025: Great place and service 🧡 The food was also really delicious, however the profiterole was a bit dry so that takes the stars down. BUT we will come again and would definitely recommend the place.

22/02/2026: Upon returning from vacation, we had a family meal with our four children at this bar-restaurant by chance (we saw the excellent Google rating and an attractive menu). We were immediately given a very warm welcome. The service was perfect from beginning to end; the owner was incredibly kind. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. As for the food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The fresh pasta was excellent, the daily special superb, and the ribeye steak delicious and cooked to perfection. The children loved their meals. Everything was delicious, and we truly had a wonderful time. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!

11/01/2026: In my experience, this is the kind of place that warms the heart, body, and soul. I came seeking refuge there, shivering with cold, surprised by a -5°C temperature I hadn't expected. Upon entering, a warm atmosphere already reigned among regulars, who were exchanging stories about the latest scams. The delicious hot chocolate I ordered had the merit of banishing my chill. From then on, I left almost reluctantly, fearing I would have to return very soon, especially given the chilly wind.

His presence and professionalism greatly contribute to making each meal a memorable experience. All this with exceptional quality for a gourmet restaurant of this caliber. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend. For many years, this restaurant has been a welcome respite for me.

07/07/2025: Came here for lunch and it couldn’t have been better. The dorade was cooked to absolute perfection—delicate, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great skill. The restaurant has a simple, unpretentious look, but don’t be fooled: this is a Gault&Millau-listed gem. A truly memorable.

03/07/2025: Only one waitress and one chef for 10 parties, also ONE single menu that all 10 of us were supposed to share and it was only in French.. It took about 1.5 hours to get the starter. And the "finer" parties got their food first even though they arrived probably 30 minutes after us. They didn't have enough wine glasses, so when we wanted to change wine they had to take our glasses in and wash them and we had to wait more than 45 minutes to get new wine glasses that were warm. Then it took 1.5 hours to get the main course from when we finished our starter. The food was pretty good but everything else was unfortunately very bad. Absolutely not worth 4.8 points in the review but maybe 2 points.
