04/02/2026: I ordered the most expensive pasta on the menu with octopus and calamari, and it was honestly unacceptable. The octopus was clearly undercooked and unpleasant to eat, which is shocking at this price point. Service was poor throughout the evening and did nothing to improve the experience. When I complained, the chef came over and suggested I could “just eat the rest if it tastes okay,” instead of actually addressing the problem. Expensive, careless, and deeply disappointing, definitely not worth it.

09/07/2025: No consideration for the customer. We had made a reservation the day before for four people for a birthday party on the terrace, which wasn't a problem for the person on the phone. When we arrived, after almost an hour of transportation and searching for a seat, the server told us they had made a mistake and that the only table for four outside was already taken. There was one table for four left in a 12m² cellar with no air conditioning. No apologies, no regrets. When I came back up from the cellar, a little annoyed, the server naturally looked down on me and told me that that's the way it is and that there was no other solution, in a very unpleasant tone. Everyone can make mistakes, but when the restaurant owner saw that the only table for four outside was taken, we would have liked to have been warned, telling us that the table was taken and that the only solution was to eat in the cellar or plan another date. We would also have appreciated if, following the error in their reservation process, they had offered us solutions, rather than criticizing us for our annoyance. This is why I think this restaurant has little regard for its customers.

08/03/2026: This is our fourth visit to this brasserie, and it's always a pleasure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a reservation, and there was a slight hiccup upon arrival: no table was available for a few minutes. But it was handled perfectly with great professionalism. The staff kindly offered us glasses of champagne while we waited for a table, which made the wait very pleasant. Then, as always, we had a wonderful meal: delicious dishes, generous portions, and the atmosphere was as friendly as ever. Well done to the whole team for the warm welcome and excellent service! We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it. 👏🏼

12/11/2025: The best value for money in all of Vence's restaurants! No doubt about it... and everything is homemade, you can taste the difference! And on top of that, the warm atmosphere created by the... owners? staff? a brasserie vibe, with that inimitable touch of southern good humor... the waiters, the chef and his partner behind the bar, all have this easygoing kindness combined with a responsiveness that has won us over for a long time! Efficient and seemingly stress-free: it's pure bliss for both your appetite and digestion!!! ... I almost forgot the visual delight of the large screen showing magnificent snowy landscapes!!! Thank you for everything!!!

14/02/2026: We've been coming here for years, as a family, as a couple, or with friends. We've always loved it, but we've noticed a clear decline in quality lately. The portion sizes and quantity of food have decreased significantly, while the prices haven't changed. The service is becoming increasingly poor; we're taken aback every time the waiter seems far too comfortable and makes inappropriate and awkward remarks. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, even though we were regulars.

10/02/2026: How can you not enjoy strolling along Cours Saleya? Especially on a Monday to browse the antique shops. And on other days for the market. Beware of pickpockets!

27/02/2026: I come to the area regularly, and it's been a long time since I've eaten so well, in a lovely rooftop setting with such friendly owners. The portions are very generous and delicious. Thank you for this wonderful time we shared as a family; everyone was delighted... we'll be back, and I highly recommend it. A starter and main course or a main course and dessert is perfectly sufficient.

03/06/2025: We were in Casarella in April and May and each time we were very well received, they really try to please and satisfy our requests. We ate very well whatever the choice it was very good, very pleasant and typical setting in this magnificent village.
