02/10/2024: We had the ravioli, their historic specialty! ...overcooked. Poor. We didn't have time to order desserts or coffee, which they gave us the bill to pay 😂. It's oddly often full. I have often been disappointed in the past, but I tried again with my father who came to spend a few days with us. Bad experience. The setting is nice, a little noisy, polite servers. But the cuisine is no longer that of yesteryear... too bad. It's more of a back-up canteen if you need to eat quickly. There are some very, very good restaurants at La Turbie! Unfortunately, the Café de la Fontaine is no longer one of them.

30/09/2024: Good regional cuisine, but with prices that are a bit high for a brasserie. The ravioli are very good.

22/09/2024: Une petite visite d’après saison au Bistrot de Lérins. Changement de température et du coup quelques nouveautés à la carte comme le Ragoût de poulpe 😍 les œufs mimosa au Homard 🥰 ou encore de savoureuses suggestions comme la souris d’agneau, les rognons de veau ou le camembert rôti 😍… on s’est régalés comme d’habitude ! Le staff toujours au top, avec quelques nouvelles têtes toutes aussi sympathiques et professionnelles. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt ✌️

22/09/2024: Un service vraiment sympa , chaleureux et dans la bonne humeur . Côté apéro super vin et cocktail pour les amis pour le reste soupe de poissons , œuf mimosa à la chair de homard , et pour les plats linguini aux vongole , souris d agneau confite et son duo de purée, une tuerie . Des rognons à la crème de moutardes ancienne délicieux. Des super dessert , avec mention spéciale pour la mousse au chocolat xxl vraiment au top comme d habitude . On recommande vraiment .

08/10/2025: Cannes can be very expensive. That's my tip. The food is fantastic, the price is cheaper than other nearby restaurants, and the owner is very friendly and funny. He even asks if the meat should be medium, and it always arrives medium. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, although it's quite noisy outside since it's right next to a street, but that's not anyone's fault, it's still great. There are also some dishes under €20. The menu is small, but that justifies the quality; it's not a mass-produced restaurant. Dinner starts at 7 p.m.

09/12/2025: Nice place, just by the sea. We especially liked the mussels with gorgonzola, which was a good big portion with generous amount of gorgonzola! Nice spaghetti with vongole too. I didn't like the Mentonaise platter which was very average to poor, as food looked reheated. The service was very slow too, as we waited around 45 minutes for our food and had to ask for one of the plates again because it didn't came with the rest.

07/12/2025: I was quite disappointed with my visit. The prices are excessively high compared to the quality offered, both for the food and the drinks. The execution of the dishes was really poor, with little flavor and a clear lack of care. It's all the more disappointing because last year, the dishes were much more elaborate and the value for money significantly better. It really feels like the quality has declined while the prices have gone up. A Milanese salad for €29…😳 Anyway, good luck! 💰💵🤑

11/11/2025: An hour after placing our order, and seeing several people arrive after we were served (about 3 tables), we left, our dishes weren't even being prepared yet... First and last time in this establishment with its extremely poor organization.

19/10/2025: Warm and efficient service, excellent home cooking (stew and ravioli) and homemade dessert! Adorable waitress! I recommend it for bikers!

06/01/2025: I loves it ans I don’t know why we haven’t tried it before !!! A small cozy charming French bistro in the old nice with amazing food and amazing service. The menu is quite limited to a few dishes but everything we tried was delicious. Totally recommend it for a cozy and calm night out

29/11/2024: By far the best food we had in the JLP. Lovely small family owned restaurant with the tastiest fresh fish. We will definitely come back.

08/12/2024: Reçus en fin de soirée et ravis de pouvoir être servis, nous avons opté pour le Wagyu. La qualité fut loin de nos attentes dans ce restaurant réputé pour ses viandes, pour un tarif somme toute relativement important ! Dommage !

07/12/2024: Bon restaurant, sans le plus que nous espérions… Viande extra ! Cuisson au top !! Service agréable , mais un peu « pressant » pour un dîner. Accompagnements correct, une déception sur les sauces (vraiment des doutes sur le fait maison annoncé , ou, les produits pour leur création ne sont pas « frais/du marché ») Nous n’avons pas voulu aller jusqu’au dessert. Boissons: hors de prix ! Le cadre est cool, les WC pas top…
