23/01/2026: A perfect French restaurant. From the cigarettes on the terrace to the locals chatting over wine. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this bistro was incredibly satisfying. The mussels, instead of escargot, were perfect for my wife, who was on her honeymoon in France for the first time. The pizza, which I hesitated to try because of our impending departure to Italy, had a completely different flavor than the pizzas in neighboring countries. If I could enjoy wine all day here with just chips and olives, I'd fly 10,000 kilometers back and make this place my first stop in Nice. I'm so grateful to the owner and the guests who welcomed us on our honeymoon.💙 _ An authentic French restaurant. The Nissards who are happy to see us on the terrace and in the wine. Bien qu'un peu éloigné du bord de mer, ce bistrot était vraiment très satisfaisant. Les moules que nous avons mangées à la place des escargots ont parfaitement convenu au palais de ma femme, qui découvrait la France pour la première fois lors de notre voyage de noces. Quant à la pizza, que nous hésitions à commander car nous devions bientôt partir en Italie, elle avait un goût différent de celle de nos voisins. Si je pouvais passer toute la journée ici à déguster du vin accompagné de chips et d'olives, je serais prêt à parcourir 10 000 km en avion pour revenir à Nice et me rendre en premier lieu dans ce restaurant. Je remercie infiniment le propriétaire et les clients qui ont accueilli notre lune de miel 💙.

28/02/2026: A regular customer for years, I've unfortunately noticed a significant drop in quality. Waiting 44 minutes for our three savory crepes with a meager filling is ridiculous. I understand the rising cost of ingredients, but at least some grated cheese should have been spread all over the crepe! And as for the vanilla milkshake, imagine my surprise when I sucked up a lemon seed! Finally, considering the price of the iced tea, the least they could do is serve it in a can or bottle; serving it in a glass is simply unacceptable! This is the last time I'll be going there. Avoid at all costs!

05/03/2026: Very disappointing. They talk about respecting Niçoise tradition, yet respect for your customers is nowhere to be found. Do I need to remind you that your livelihood depends on them? I won't be returning, deeply disappointed by the behavior of the elderly woman who served me on Cours Saleya.

01/03/2026: Cours Saleya, lots of tourists queuing. A RIP-OFF! The portions are small. "Theresa" makes a huge profit on a tray of socca by selling tiny portions at exorbitant prices. They take advantage of the fact that there are customers during Carnival. It's a shame to rip off tourists. It doesn't give a good image of Nice.

26/06/2025: A gem to discover near the Menton covered market. A small, air-conditioned dining room and sheltered terrace offer everything you need whatever the weather. A short menu with generous and surprisingly composed salads. Quality ingredients on the plate, prepared by an experienced chef. Simple and tasty cuisine at reasonable prices. We loved the owner's cheerfulness. Unlike other nearby establishments, this restaurant is calm and peaceful, with no loud singers to prevent you from having a conversation. A lovely discovery!

22/01/2026: A delightful discovery today: the restaurant L'Arbre Jaune. Magnificent panoramic view of the Barbossi golf course. The restaurant is very attractive and impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The set menu of the day and dessert is excellent. The dishes are well-prepared and delicious. A big thank you to the chef. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

04/01/2026: A good restaurant where we'll return in warmer weather, as the additional room is only 15 degrees Celsius in the evening at this time of year. There are extra radiators, but it doesn't seem to be a priority.

08/09/2025: Fine for a quick bite, but the quality isn't at all what you'd expect from a French baker. The prices are high, but the quality is also reasonable. It's a pleasant and busy bakery, though.

09/03/2026: Disappointment… after hearing so much about this restaurant, we went with friends. First of all, let's not even talk about the hygiene… bread being taken from tables and then served on another table, the bread stand is disgusting with pieces so dry you wonder how long they've been there. The silver cutlery had a small hole in the knife, and black liquid was leaking out… there are much better traditional restaurants in Nice for better value!

20/11/2025: A very warm welcome, excellent service, and a good laugh with the waitress. The homemade food was absolutely delicious. A calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a lovely meal with friends, family, or a loved one. Highly recommended.
