19/02/2026: "The Wok Festival (and an endurance test for your taste buds)" Coming to Déli Bowl is a bit like going on a speed-dating trip with Asian cuisine: it's intense, it's fast-paced, and you often leave with a full heart (and stomach). It's the place where the "bowl" isn't just a container, it's a way of life. The Bowl Analysis: Personalization: It's paradise for control freaks. You choose everything, from the base to the toppings. It's the only place where you can create a culinary masterpiece or a total heresy by mixing ingredients that should never have met, all under the stoic gaze of the staff. Freshness: Let's be honest, it's crunchy, it's steamy, it's alive. You can tell the vegetables have seen more sun than a frozen supermarket product. Value for Money: For the price of a movie ticket, you get enough to last three days. The portions are generous, so much so that you sometimes wonder if the bowl isn't deeper than it looks. A Little Teasing: If you come during peak hours, prepare your warrior spirit. The queue can sometimes resemble the entrance to a K-Pop concert. And watch out for the sauce: if you ask for "spicy," make sure you have a fire extinguisher or a fire hydrant nearby, because at Déli Bowl, they don't mess around with chili. Your tongue will thank you... or sulk for two days. In short: It's efficient, it's healthy (if you don't drown it in sweet sauce), and it's the perfect spot for a revitalizing lunch. A must-try in the République district for those who want flavor without the fuss.

30/04/2026: We had a good meal. The dishes were reasonably priced and of good quality. The view was beautiful. However, we were taken aback by the waiter who took it upon himself to empty the ashtray full of olives and pits onto the beach after every table he cleared.

Salads are predictable (the surprise comes later) with prices that vary depending on whether you eat in (10 euros) or take away (7 euros), but without prices displayed or information from the server. You'll get a nasty surprise when you get to the till and receive a death stare from the cashier if you make a comment.

29/04/2026: A loyal customer of the restaurant for many years, and having never had the chance to try the hotel, I have frequented this establishment numerous times over nearly 15 years. Despite the various changes over time, the quality has always been consistently high, which is worth emphasizing. This brasserie-style restaurant, with its stylish and modern decor, is ideally located near the square's parking lot, just 10 minutes from Monaco and the beaches, making it very convenient and easily accessible. The dishes are good, consistent, and well-prepared, with reasonable prices and impeccable service. No unpleasant surprises: you know why you're coming, and you'll find a very welcome consistency. In short: a sure bet, convenient and reliable, which I gladly recommend.

18/04/2026: Ange Bakery Excellent bakery! The pastries are as beautiful as they are delicious, perfect for birthdays. You can also eat in at lunchtime, which is very convenient. The baguettes and breads are simply fabulous. I highly recommend it!

15/04/2026: Delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Overall, the food was refreshing and light, not greasy at all. The most memorable dish was the potato wrapped with black truffle and served over fish. It was especially delicious, the fish was incredibly fragrant and melted in your mouth. I wanted more fish after just one bite! 🐟 The black truffle didn't have any earthy taste. The desserts were also very good! Unfortunately, I was too full to eat more! They weren't overly sweet, and the cream paired with strawberries and other berries was just right to cut through the richness. 🍓 I brought my child along, and I was surprised that they received special drinks for them! 😭✨ Thank you!

10/04/2026: Exceptionnel tasting menu where the turbot with truffle and the lamb stood out as excellent. Also good advice from the sommelier on local wines. Can be recommended.

08/04/2026: Excellent Niçoise cuisine. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the cooking and seasoning are expertly done. However, two drawbacks prevent me from giving it 5 stars, as I do for many other establishments: - the appetizers are expensive, especially for the small portions; - the service is haughty and doesn't live up to the quality of the food. You feel like you're bothering them and being treated like a tourist. It's a shame and doesn't make me want to return.

05/03/2026: A lovely family meal, just the three of us on a Saturday at lunchtime, excellent service, exceptional homemade dishes, very generous portions, mouthwatering homemade desserts – a must-visit in this small village.

18/10/2025: The establishment listed at 11 ter rue du congrès is absolutely not super bowl. There is a Nice canteen there. I find it hard to understand why a company like Google is unable to provide good information. Maps are becoming ridiculous and have been unusable for years.
