23/03/2026: We were truly disappointed. For a €69 menu, and with wine pairings bringing the total to around €80, one would expect, at the very least, some consistency between the semi-gastronomic offering and the service. But that wasn't the case. Our plates were simply placed in front of us without any explanation (even though we knew what was on the menu). We would have expected at least some explanation of what was on our plates, or at the very least, a simple "enjoy your meal." The atmosphere was like a canteen, far from the promise such a menu should inspire.

05/03/2026: I'm very surprised this restaurant has good reviews. Perhaps we just had bad luck. That day, our linguine carbonara was inedible. The pasta was in large clumps, as if they'd forgotten to stir it in the water. The sauce was tasteless. The very slow service wasn't unpleasant, but it was inefficient and unprofessional. Cutlery and water carafes were being dropped every five minutes. Tables weren't cleared after customers left, so the dining room was a mess, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

26/12/2025: An exceptional place. Hearty, home-style cooking in a family-run establishment. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend her cassoulet, made by her mother—it's delicious (it takes about 30 minutes to get it right). A truly exceptional inn.

23/11/2025: Very disappointing. The dishes were not up to the price, neither in quantity nor presentation, and the taste was very bland (from the à la carte menu). The desserts were even worse 😥.... And don't even get me started on the toilets.... Avoid at all costs. The only positive point was the very pleasant service.

20/09/2025: For our last evening in Narbonne Plage, we wanted to discover this little restaurant that had been catching our eye for a while. And we have no regrets. The menu is small but quality. The dishes are delicious. The service and welcome are top-notch. Very warm.

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!

28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open. I do not recommend it.

10/03/2026: The inn is magnificent and situated in a very pretty setting. The atmosphere is warm and the restaurant's decor is particularly tasteful. As for the food, it's simply exceptional. We started with a charcuterie board as a starter, which was very good. For our main courses, we had a delicious ribeye steak and an equally excellent hanger steak, both enhanced by a pleasant wood-fired grilled flavor. The portions are generous and the value for money is truly outstanding. I highly recommend it: a place to discover and savor without hesitation.

For organizing our wedding so professionally, warmly, with such care for the beautiful table decorations, and above all, for the incredible kindness and attentiveness of the entire team. Bravo to the chefs for their incredible generosity—and I mean it!—in the dishes and charcuterie boards. The quality of all the products was outstanding. Bravo to the pastry chef for the incredible Paris-Brest! So delicious! Special mention to Thibault and the new mom—our absolute favorites! Thank you so much! We had an unforgettable time with you!
