10/07/2025: Great grill restaurant, very generous on the tapenade portions but not so much on the grilled dishes. It lacks a little grilling tutorial for people who don't know how to cook, like photos of how long you should let certain shellfish cook, etc.

09/07/2025: A restaurant that passes when you're hungry, but honestly, the mussels marinière... very disappointed, you can tell they're not fresh, 3 tons of dehydrated parsley, not to mention the frozen garlic... the mussels are crispy... in short, a tourist restaurant.

07/01/2026: A really lovely little family-run restaurant. The owner is incredibly kind and does her best to provide excellent service. They offer Portuguese specialties and French dishes. The portions are delicious and generous, all at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be back!

19/12/2025: An attractive spot for those of us who love oysters. The oysters, prawns, and sea urchins were very good; the clams, however, were a bit underwhelming for my taste: little meat and not very intense flavor. I've had much better clams in Spain. As I mentioned before, ideal for oyster lovers, but not recommended for those who don't like raw seafood. The only thing that had been boiled were the prawns.

20/02/2026: Excellent crêperie. Great for both meals and desserts. Lovely evenings to enjoy and laugh with the family.

26/04/2026: A 3-star hotel with excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. We had a magnificent sea view! However, the soundproofing could be improved (hence the 4-star rating). The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was perfect (buffet with sweet and savory items, including homemade products). We didn't dine in the restaurant, but the dining room is very elegant, also offers a superb sea view, and the menu is enticing. We will definitely dine there next time! As this establishment is certified as bike-friendly, we were able to park our bikes securely, which was very convenient, but I must say that the underground storage area was not very easy to access.

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!

28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open. I do not recommend it.

11/05/2026: Very nice place, good music and a great atmosphere. The salmon salad was a bit bland, but the tartare was exquisite. Friendly service.

07/05/2026: MISLEADING MENU: The listed ingredients were replaced with lower-quality ones! SCAM! We ordered two goat crêpes, which were filled with pizza mozzarella (tasteless) that wasn't mentioned on the menu. The goat cheese was practically nonexistent. We reported the problem, and the restaurant staff pretended not to understand with a mocking smile (I speak French). We paid €38 for two mozzarella crêpes and a panache. UNSUSPECTABLE, especially given the attitude of the staff. The worst crêpe I've ever eaten! I strongly advise against it!

14/05/2026: This remains one of the most reliable eateries in Carcassonne, for lunch we almost always pick the daily special which changes with wide variety. The outside terrace has plenty of shaded tables and offers a nice spot for enjoying a blanquette de Limoux glass of bubblies. It is a popular place, so make reservations.

12/05/2026: We came for petit dejeuner having just arrived then came on another day for dinner. Bread and croissant very good with the coffee but took ages to get service to pay. Our evening meal was good but not outstanding. I had the asparagus veloute which was under seasoned then lemon sole which was served with very salty spinach as a garnish. The sauce was amazing however and without the spinach I enjoyed it. My husband enjoyed the cassoulet. Nice terrasse.

17/01/2026: A very well-located hotel and restaurant in Limoux, with owners and their niece who take excellent care of their guests. That's worth its weight in gold.

18/11/2025: Lunch break today. The staff were friendly, pleasant, efficient, and easygoing. And the set menu far exceeded our expectations. It was really good. All at a price that can't be beat. We'll definitely be back to try the menu next time 😉 See you soon!
