18/12/2024: Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’auberge et donc deux petits déjeuners et un repas au restaurant de Mr Gougeon. Tout fut parfait du début à la fin de notre séjour. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, petits déjeuners avec des personnes en service très agréable, avec choix de nourriture variés et toujours excellent. Que dire de notre repas au restaurant ; Accueil de Gilles Gougeon très sympathique, service très professionnel, sans être guindé, ce qui favorise une très bonne ambiance dans le restaurant. Concernant le repas, nous avons ici l’un des meilleurs 3 étoiles que nous ayons visité, tous les produits sont exceptionnels et sublimés de main de maître par Mr Gougeon au sommet de son art. Du début la fin nous fûmes surpris et ravis par tous les plats proposés. Un conseil, laissez de la place pour le fromage et le dessert. Au plaisir de revenir vous visiter . Bonjour du Québec.

14/12/2024: Surfait Bien que nous ayons choisi un menu gastronomique, nous avons été très déçus par la qualité du service (impossible d'avoir du pain ) par la cuisson du poisson (cuit dans une bougie) par le rapport coût/goût et qualité des mets Nous déconseillons fermement. 01/09/2024: I will try to be brief because I am very disappointed: hard pudding terrine, uncooked chicken, dry fries, slow service when few people, excessive price for bad food. Address to escape, in any case, they won't see me again, that's for sure...

31/08/2024: I highly recommend this establishment in Corbières. We had mimosa eggs (3 eggs and salad) and truffled foie gras as starters, then truffled shells and ham as main course, confit lamb shoulder and confit ratatouille. The dishes are very generous, very tasteful and very well presented. For the truffle shells (excellent and are really truffled and not just a little, the sauce is excellent combining crème fraîche, parmesan and grated truffle in abundance) for 15th the dish is more than perfect. Note that the dish is very hearty but truly delicious and well balanced. For the shoulder of lamb, nothing to complain about, the meat is tender and the ratatouille accompanies it perfectly. Although we had good feedback from dessert, we were stuck and we couldn't have any because our stomachs wouldn't allow it. At 2 in content 2 starters including the truffled foie gras and 2 dishes and 2 drinks we had for 30 euros each. If we take a dish and a drink counted approximately 20th. There is also the daily special at 9.5e and also a starter, main course and dessert menu at 26e. Every Friday it's mussels and fries. Warm atmosphere, good service. 1 very very good point for the shells which were a treat.

24/08/2024: Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l'appartement au-dessus du restaurant. L'appartement est tout équipé et bien tenu. C'est très pratique d'avoir un super restaurant au rez de chaussée. Sophie est très arrangeante et sa cuisine est délicieuse et raffinée. Nous nous sommes régalés À bientôt

Tu portais un pull bleu électrisant et après quelques regards échangés, me voilà à ta recherche. 15/09/2025: This store offers parcel relay services, so avoid them!! My package hasn't been beeped, I haven't heard anything in 3 weeks, I don't know where it is, and when I go to see them, they tell me, "We made the idiots call Chronopost and told them, at worst." Their phone number? I called about ten times over several days, NO answer! Lamentable, completely unprofessional.

23/09/2024: Very nice discovery!! meal with friends, the opinion is unanimous: SUCCULENT!! the empty plates bore witness to this!!! The quality/price ratio is unbeatable!! The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and in the kitchen: the VERY competent staff!! well done to them!! I highly recommend it!!

22/09/2024: We were truly disappointed by our experience here. The food was by far the worst we've had in France. We were literally happier with food from McDonald's. The burgers seemed like they were pulled out of the freezer. The tuna looked like an overcooked ham steak. The panna cotta tasted like vanilla jello with generic chocolate syrup. On top of the food being offensively bad, the service was terrible. My husband received his appetizer when I received my entree. He did not get his appetizer plate cleared until well after I had finished my entree, and even then, it took a very long time for him to receive his entree. They served the same salad with his appetizer and his entree. There is no need to serve the same salad twice; it wasn't even good the first time. Maybe, if the food had been even decent, it might have been okay. I can enjoy taking my time to enjoy good food. The food was so bad, though, that you didn't even want to be in the vicinity of it, because looking at it reminded you what a disappointment it was. Really, the entire experience was offensive. I can't believe we spent money to eat this. You would be better off going hungry than wasting your money here.

08/12/2025: The cassoulet was way overcooked, and the beans were raw! A disgrace! The table next to us had the same thing, and my wife's calamari was also overcooked. What a shame!
