Everything was perfect; we had a wonderful time.
Everything is homemade, locally sourced, and you can tell! A real treat.
18/06/2025: Lovely provincial restaurant providing good cuisine and indoor/outdoor seating in a small village.
A nice place to have steak / tuna steak cooked on hot-stones at the table.

06/09/2024: Une soirée étape pour 2 adultes et une enfant impeccable. Le personnel est au petit soin pour ces clients , le repas du soir en terrasse était parfait ainsi que le petit déjeuner .
Pas de souci pur ce garer devant l hôtel. La chambre était très propre, la literie bonne .
Juste un mimi bémol, le manque d 'ascenseur lorsque la chambre est située au 2eme étage car les étages sont assez hauts( j ai 68 ans et 2 prothèses de genoux).
Je reviendrais volontiers à cet hôtel si je repasse par là.

Les produits sont bons et bien présentés.
Ça reste par contre très bruyant à l’intérieur.
Les desserts sont bons et frais sauf le gâteau au chocolat écœurant.
Ma note est 3 étoiles car ça reste très cher pour la quantité dans l’assiette.

06/07/2025: We were looking for a reasonably priced brasserie for a decent dinner. This place is perfect. A very friendly server, a tempting menu, and a great daily special that evening. My duck breast skewer was great, and so were the beef skewers!
In short, I highly recommend it.
05/07/2025: Bad service. Pasta arrived cold. A little disappointed for a rating of 4.5 out of 5.

30/05/2025: Restaurant to avoid. Ordered a medium-rare flank steak with shallots, served an inedible sole, drizzled with cream, and three overcooked tagliatella, drizzled with cold cream!
The end result was a very hefty bill for these dishes.
The chef must be nothing less than a multi-service apprentice, but not in the kitchen.
Avoid this pizzeria.

19/06/2024: Expérience parfaite pour compléter la visite du village médiéval et du château. Laissez-vous prendre au jeu, on vous guidera avec bienveillance : 3 menus différents qui comprennent les boissons, la possibilité de se déguiser le temps d’une photo ou du repas, et une salle magnifique qui vous emmène hors du temps. Tout est très bon, mais cela peut surprendre les personnes un peu compliquées ou fermées à de nouvelles expériences.
26/05/2024: Repas avec les produits existants à cette époque médiévale, servi en costumes et coiffes et avec les arts de la table d'alors. Celà surprend mais nous avons passé un moment très sympathique et agréable. Certes ce n'est pas de la cuisine étoilée mais nous en gardons un bon souvenir et merci à la gente dame Audrey pour ses explications.

06/09/2024: While passing through Limoux, we chose the hotel because of its restaurant.
We had a great time. Nothing to say about the hotel, everything was there. As for the restaurant.... we enjoyed ourselves. Our taste buds were enchanted by both the dishes and the choice of wines. A very warm welcome too and very good advice.
