20/09/2024: Soirée parfaite ! Nous avions une petite salle pour nous, chouette ambiance, et très très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe. Les assiettes sont généreuses, et toutes les recettes goûtées étaient délicieuses. Nous avons aussi fait de belles découvertes en vin.
A refaire ! 😋

The products are exceptionally fresh, and this is felt in each dish. The setting is charming and the atmosphere relaxed, ideal for a good meal with family or friends. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, quality cuisine. I will come back with great pleasure!

I recommend 100%
After a very warm welcome we find ourselves in a chic but cozy restaurant, well installed and well served. 🍽️
Foie gras as a starter, piece of meat as a main course and profiterole for dessert. The foie gras is tender, the fillet perfectly cooked and the accompaniments delicious. The dessert was also good. ❤️
The photos will speak for themselves but it was a very good meal.
For an evening with friends or family it’s perfect! Thanks again to the team. 👌
30/11/2024: My family and I had one of the best meals of our lives here! Each course was perfect and the staff were wonderful. Book in advance and don’t miss this meal if you’re anywhere near Bayeux!

17/12/2024: Une fois de plus ce restaurant a montré sa qualité. Que ce soit le personnel sur place toujours super accueillant et souriant avec de bons conseils, ou la nourriture qui est est vraiment excellente. Ce restaurant est à faire, n’hésitez pas, foncez !

06/08/2024: Everything was perfect. Mastered and tasty cuisine. The lovely and efficient staff. The decoration done with great taste. The value for money is truly exceptional. We hesitated to come back the next day to finish tasting the menu! We highly recommend and we will happily return.

02/09/2024: A short 5 minute walk away from the over priced restaurants in the harbour, you'll find this gem of a place. With perfectly spoken English, the team at Chez DD know their wines! It's not a restaurant, but offers what the French do best...plates of cured years, amazing cheese, divine salads all washed down with the inexpensive but fabulous wine...and change out of Euro60.

There is no shortage of choice of perfumes.
I took 4 scoops in a jar: strawberry, wild blackberry, cookie and chocolate banana.. the 4 flavors are delicious, nothing to complain about!

18/09/2024: Hey guys! "The best burgers in the world" in the commentary, that always makes me skeptical. Nevertheless, we went to this burger bar and tried four different burgers, three traditional, one with chicken. All were fantastic, cleverly combined with the best ingredients. The buns yielded slightly when pressed and recovered immediately. The best meat, perfectly on point. And an innkeeper who runs his bar in a friendly manner with wit and humor. If you still need dessert, you've brought a hell of a lot of hunger with you. Or you can stick to the digestive, the Calvados.
