15/09/2024: Great cuisine, especially the sauce with chanterelles, mussels and flower petals, which was at a star level. Keep it up, the next step has to be carefully considered, an even higher level is only possible with fewer tables and even more perfect service, and then higher prices, with the hope of receiving a star at some point? Or, just keep it up!

13/08/2024: As a previous review noted, they don’t seem to like tourists, or maybe it was our children. We arrived at 1250, there were lots of free tables and the lady just angrily said “no” and “treize entrant”. Granted, my French isn’t great but whether she meant we could come at 13h, that we needed to come before 13h (which we had), or our children needed to be 13 to eat there, I don’t know because we were virtually pushed out. Thankfully a place around the corner was happy to have our custom.

15/09/2024: We reserved three rooms for a motorcycle road trip, a truly wonderful moment from our arrival to our departure, friendly place, welcome with a bubbly manager, full of good humor. Her husband in the kitchen was excellent, the dishes and service were a blast! Room, spa nothing to complain about except that we would like to come back 😉

31/08/2024: Very good welcome. Attentive and very accommodating staff. Impeccable room with coffee corner, hairdryer etc. Very comfortable bedding too. A very good option if you are in the area for a wedding like us. Thanks to the team.

16/08/2024: The restaurant has a terrace, which is protected. The atmosphere is quite pleasant. The kitchen is very good. Service a little long but due to the fact that everything is prepared on site. Prices are a bit high.

31/08/2024: Delicious cookie, very good apple pie! Everything is homemade (even a hotplate for the 🍪🤤) and served in a very good atmosphere! If I have to mention a downside it is the price which I found high; even if it’s the same everywhere: €3 for a cookie, €4 for lemonade, €5.90 for a slice of cake… Very pleasant terrace.

24/08/2024: We had a very warm welcome and we had a very pleasant time. The pastries are homemade and the crockery is mismatched to add a crazy charm to our visit. It was like home, we recommend the hot pancakes and the homemade cheesecake was very, very good. Well done to you

02/09/2024: Nice discovery of a restaurant where the food is good made with good products (not frozen reheated like with some). The waitress was smiling, pleasant, attentive and warm. I emphasize this because this is not always the case. The setting and atmosphere was pleasant, located on the side of the historic center so without the crowds and noise if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere

'' (30min before we are offered an aperitif) Röstis even frozen, you can't even manage to cook them, the rubbery texture The burger was ok but thin And we stopped there, 42€ for two people we would have done without it.

04/09/2024: Correct, the dishes lacked culinary refinement. The menu including kir, salad and Normandy tart is quite light. The Normandy tart was small, with slightly too liquid whipped cream. As for the salad, it was good but without originality. The kir, too, was light. A somewhat disappointing experience...

13/08/2024: Really disappointed, this hotel is not a 3 star hotel. Considering the other comments, we really have the impression of having stayed in another establishment! Staff completely lost and poorly invested. Extremely noisy room, both by the papier-mâché walls which give the impression of living in community with your roommates (thanks for the giggles and the TV until 4 a.m.), and by the neighbors of the building if you are apparently “lucky” (I quote the person at reception) not to be on the street side. Loud music, unwanted yelling, they seem to be charming neighbors and the establishment is obviously used to it since when we reported it and asked to change rooms we were refused and told that they would know and were going to “send him a message.” A broken window in the room which does not close, again when we report it we are told “yes yes we know” (????) Breakfast is absolutely ridiculous, and if you have the misfortune of arriving at 9 a.m., you have to make do with the crumbs. The rooms are okay, nothing more, and apart from bottles of water and tea you will not have any attention. The welcome book was dirty and sticky. Positive points, it is one of the rare hotels we went to which had electric roller shutters and not simple curtains; the free parking right next door is a significant plus too. In short, if you want peace and quiet and a full night's sleep, go your way, or ask for a room with no one around! And for the price of breakfast, go to a bakery.
