19/09/2024: reservation pour 7 personnes un dimanche midi un accueil sympathique un serveur avec de l’humour… une proposition au menu ou à la carte…finalement nous avons pris le menu à 34 euros entrée assiette bulot crevettes bon mais juste un peu trop de stockage au frigo et cela se sent… en plat matelote de poisson en cocotte servi très chaud et cuisson au top pour les autres ailes de raies avec une sauce à base de crème ( nous sommes en normandie) là aussi bonne cuisson et bonnes saveurs desserts : nougat glacé… très bon carte des vins rien d’exceptionnel mais un bon rapport qualité prix avec des bouteilles commençant à 23 euros…avec une bonne qualité en synthèse un bon moment un bon rapport qualité prix je recommande ce restaurant lors d’une étape dans cette belle ville

28/11/2024: Este lugar, ubicado directamente en el puerto, tiene una increíble lista de cervezas y licores internacionales, incluyendo ron, whisky, sidra y Calvados. El camarero era amable y bien informado. La vista era excepcional. La lista de alimentos era un poco peculiar pero inventiva. No nos sentamos en el segundo piso, pero escuchamos que tenía una mesa de billar. Apuesto a que la vista era aún mejor allí. El lugar era simplemente único y con mucho carácter. .

23/09/2024: We had dinner at Vauban during our visit to Port en Bessin. We don't regret our choice at all. The card is limited and this is a guarantee of quality. We had oysters and langoustines as a starter, mussels and skate wing as a main course, a Liège chocolate and a gourmet coffee. Everything was very good, We highly recommend. The restaurant is slightly set back from the port but it is worth the detour!!!

01/07/2025: Run away from this place! Terrible welcome. I'm from Normandy, and I'm ashamed to see how these people behave with tourists. Unheard of! You should definitely change careers! Information for owners: your employees are sabotaging your establishment, take action! ———— Reply to comment: And since we can't reply to your comment, I confirm that I'm talking about your establishment, not your employees. I also confirm that you should be present in your establishment more often and also question yourself on this subject rather than considering it a misinterpretation. But you're doing what you wish; as for me, I'll never set foot there again. I come to the region often. And when I decide to come to an establishment, it's to treat myself and certainly not to be mistreated by overwhelm, aggressive, and rude people. Fortunately, they still exist! Unfortunately, you're not one of them.

30/06/2025: All the staff couldn't be more accommodating. I spent three days there. They even made sure I had gluten-free bread in the morning for breakfast.

15/09/2024: Alright. Well located, in busy streets but still quiet. Honestly I had the Moules Marinière, probably not their best dish, but the rest was very good. Last minute outdoor availability, where many are fully booked leaving no room for improvisation
