He was present and observant at every moment, ensuring the team's actions were always in place to guarantee a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Kudos also to the chef; the dishes served were refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu featured both traditional local cuisine and reimagined specialties, surprising and delighting the palate. 28/06/2026: No air conditioning even though it was 40 degrees outside. What a shame. The show needs improvement; there was a lot of dancing, not to mention the trumpet player. I won't be back. On the other hand, the meal was very good.

10/06/2026: Went for after dinner drinks, really quirky divey bar in a graffiti filled alley with super friendly bartender and clientele. Cheap drinks, no pretense, absolutely lovely.

They were incredibly flexible, kind, and did everything they could to ensure our group (who were running late, and later than expected) had a wonderful time. 23/07/2026: Overall, the food was delicious and well executed. However, what disappointed me was the service and the lack of attention to food safety. The Crab and Kaviari Caviar dish contained a significant amount of crab shell mixed into the meat. I found more than five or six pieces of shell in a single plate. At a Michelin-starred restaurant, food safety and attention to detail should be of the highest standard, and this fell well below those expectations. After I informed the staff and showed them the shell fragments on my plate, there was no apology, acknowledgment, or explanation. The server simply took the plate away without saying anything. What was even more disappointing was that the restaurant still charged the full price for the dish without offering any gesture of goodwill or attempting to make the situation right. Overall, the food quality was very good, but the service and the way this issue was handled were disappointing and did not reflect the standard I would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

15/05/2026: Wow! What more can I say? We had a fantastic time at Chalet Antoinette! The terrace overlooking the Saône was simply heavenly! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant (the homemade profiteroles were a pure delight). Thank you for accepting our dog; he also enjoyed the stay and the thoughtful touches.

30/07/2026: Like many others, I was just passing through and stopped in Dijon. The hotel was very close, and I was craving a Charolais steak. The service was impeccable, as was the food. The wine suggestions (by the glass, since I was traveling alone) were excellent. It's now my favorite place to stop for a break halfway through Belgium.
