28/11/2025: I wandered into this place on a grey, rainy November afternoon in Nuits-Saint-Georges and instantly liked it. Inside, it’s warm and quiet. A cosy tea room with a surprisingly rich selection of teas served in proper kettles instead of cheap bags. Simple, artisanal, and exactly what you want when the weather turns. The staff were friendly, the kind who make you feel like you’ve been here before. Parking right at the door is a pain, but a larger lot is five minutes away, so no drama. If you’re following the Grand Cru route and need a break from wine, this spot works beautifully. Honey, teas, sweets to enjoy on the spot or take home, plus a calm corner to breathe. I’d happily return, especially on a cold day 👍

12/12/2025: Passing by on the evening of December 11th, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meat and the perfect cooking.

22/11/2025: A charming and authentic address: the cuisine is simple yet refined, featuring seasonal and homemade products. The welcome is truly warm—you feel right at home. The stone and wood dining room, or the garden terrace, creates a very convivial atmosphere. The service is attentive, and the owner offers excellent advice from the cellar of 250 Burgundy wines. A wonderful stop in Meursault. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you to the entire team.

31/12/2025: I thought about it for a long time because I was waiting to calm down about my experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant. In short, it absolutely does not deserve this star! It was shameful to arrive at our table and see a tablecloth stained in several places. The aperitifs were served in unappealing glasses. After the first bread, we were served frozen bread... We were served pigeon that was cooked beyond disastrous. Flowers were used to garnish a dish that was an acrid and lingering taste. And to top it all off, we asked to see the chef, who appeared before us wearing a crumpled jacket—a total lack of respect. The only positive point was the sommelier, who was pleasant and a good professional.

14/12/2025: Our experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant left us perplexed. The service could be more attentive, the ambiance more refined, and above all, the cuisine more flavorful and distinctive. The sommelier saved our evening, and we thank him for that. We were hoping for a memorable gastronomic experience, which, unfortunately, was not to be.

11/01/2026: Where is the old-fashioned crow? Limited choice of dishes, and what's more, none of them were available when you ordered. No bread or water on the table. ...Staff nowhere to be found when you wanted to pay the bill, which was already quite high considering the quality of the food... In short, we were very disappointed.

04/01/2026: We came to eat on January 1st, a party of five...by all accounts, the welcome was warm. The meal was excellent, both in quality and quantity...we will certainly return.

18/11/2025: The Spa La Cueillette was a wonderful experience. With a treatment you can use the warm pool, not-too-hot jacuzzi, steam room, and dry sauna for a total of 2 hours before or after treatment. There were lots of lounging chairs and many almost private areas to relax in. Not the kind of place you just go for your treatment time. In the warmer weather it must be lovely as there are many areas outdoors as well. The treatment room was simple but clean. My therapist was very skilled.

11/11/2025: We've been coming here once or twice a year since 2014, and we're always delighted. The setting is simply perfect: the château, the surrounding park, and the view of the vineyards. The main dining room upstairs is magnificent. The rooms are relatively simple and spacious, and they all boast superb views. We've only tried the "Superior" and "Deluxe" rooms, so I can't comment on the "Classic" room. The swimming pool is stunning, and you can access it directly from your room via the elevator without going through reception. For more peace and quiet, it's best to come during the week. The staff is truly lovely; a big thank you to Damien F., who is always so smiling and welcoming. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back.

21/12/2023: Agréablement surpris par le chou-fleur en entrée et le burger raclette/Morteau est fameux, j'insiste. Seules les frites me sont restées sur l'estomac je pense... Très bonne adresse, à recommander.

03/11/2025: At 6:00 PM on a Friday evening, four of us went inside to have a glass of wine (at a wine bar). We were refused service! Only outside at that hour! We ordered wine anyway, but it wasn't what we wanted. The waitress arrived with a tray of four glasses of wine. It was outrageous because she should have brought the bottle of Auxey-Duresses white and served us. Was that really what she was going to serve us? This is blatant deception because they served us a completely different wine, a boxed wine from Metro, no less! We certainly won't be going back to this wine bar. They're dishonest!

31/12/2025: The staff is both highly professional and very friendly. You can tell they work in a positive environment. The head waiter is excellent. The meals are beautifully prepared, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned. Local produce is showcased. The pastries are both modern and classic. I rediscovered the "Concorde" of my youth. The wine cellar boasts an exceptional selection of Burgundy wines. The prices are very reasonable, with a markup between 1.5 and 2. I highly recommend this restaurant!

29/12/2025: I was unfortunately disappointed by the market tasting menu. The starter, the citrus-marinated salmon gravlax, was excellent and refreshing, with a well-balanced mustard cream. However, the main course ruined everything: the pike-perch fillet arrived at the table cold and dry, difficult to cut, and inedible. The chestnuts, although served warm, were also very dry, and the wine sauce was completely cold... A shame, because the presentation had led me to expect much better. A mixed experience that I won't be repeating.

09/11/2025: Avoid room 102 We stayed at the Hotel Bourgignon in July this summer on our way back from our vacation. We had very fond memories of both the room and the restaurant. We had booked a ground-floor room; we are in our seventies and my husband has respiratory problems. The hotel manager had warned us that only one small room remained. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed less well-maintained and our room almost unsanitary: dirty walls, broken radiator, curtains hanging off, completely worn-out mattress, no bedside tables or lamps, questionable sheets, wrinkled pillows, a dirty wastebasket that hadn't been cleaned in ages, and a bathroom that was acceptable, although very dark. This room shouldn't be rented out; according to the hotel manager, he can't afford to renovate it. I invite the hotel manager to sleep there for 95 euros, the price we paid. Thankfully, we found the restaurant again, with its excellent food and wines; congratulations to the chef and the friendly, competent waitstaff. In conclusion, it's a shame we were left with a negative impression. I felt very anxious in this room, which should have been a place of relaxation after a long drive. Had it not been for the fatigue, we would have been back on the road.

14/10/2025: The starter and main course were excellent, but the desserts were average, especially the chocolate-filled tart, which was dry (probably reheated in the microwave). We didn't like the coffee and mentioned it to the server.

11/01/2026: A regular customer since moving to Dijon in 2021, after trying various bakeries in the city center: 2 strong points: the welcome and the quality of the products. The staff may change, but the welcome and quality remain. 1. Welcome: kindness and friendliness, consideration of customer requests: understood and consistently respected (orders always matched requests) in terms of both quality and timing. One small issue on December 24, 2025, was immediately resolved with a home delivery within half an hour of the call (10 mini pastries). The same experience occurred on December 24th with another downtown supplier for a larger order (no solution, unreachable, and difficult to resolve until mid-January). 2. Very wide mini selection available, with the option to buy individual items, diversified to meet specific needs such as intolerances, allergies, vegan and vegetarian options, etc. 3. Excellent gougères and mini gougères with Comté cheese: perfect baking, size, always fresh daily. 4. Flavorful breads: airy crumb, well-proportioned crusts, and just the right consistency: excellent white breads, including the excellent ficelles, and the same goes for specialty breads: Nordic, Equality, etc. 5. Refreshed, easily digestible, varied, balanced portions, quantities, and just the right size; vegetables offered, individual purchases possible. Environment: made on-site (no transportation), portions minimized, fat and sugar used only as needed, homemade sauces

24/01/2026: Very welcoming and the Burgundy wines are of good quality. The staff are very helpful and assist in choosing the menu as well as with the extras.

03/01/2026: Awful mess! Sweetbreads with morels, undercooked, served with lukewarm ratatouille. Half the dishes and wines on the menu were missing. The ice cream was thawed, refrozen, and consequently covered in ice crystals—a health hazard. We sent it back. In return, the waiter brought us a glass of God knows what, which we refrained from tasting. Avoid at all costs!
