27/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Beaune! 😊 A restaurant where everything is homemade, using excellent fresh ingredients and a real focus on quality. We tried several dishes and everything was excellent: the andouillette sausage was truly delicious, the hamburger flavorful, and the steak tartare exquisite. Each dish was well-prepared and bursting with flavor. We highly recommend this place. You can go without hesitation! 👌 Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!

05/09/2026: A small, intimate restaurant, the owner is very approachable and offers excellent advice on both the food and wines. The dishes are refined and delicious; we opted for the beef chuck in Burgundy sauce and the chicken supreme, both excellent choices 👍 If I return to Beaune, I will definitely come back.

18/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Le Carmin. The cuisine is exceptional. Each dish is a true work of art, presented with great imagination and a keen sense of aesthetics. The portions are more than generous. We enjoyed six courses and were delighted after a four-hour meal. The service is excellent, the wine list is extensive, and the wine recommendations are top-notch. This restaurant is highly, highly recommended.

27/08/2026: First and foremost, booking is highly recommended 😇 A wonderful discovery: the "Chic & Gourmand" restaurant. A very warm welcome and a lovely table on the terrace where you can savor this delicious cuisine. Crafted dishes with a multitude of flavors, accompanied by recommended wines. From delicious appetizers to the must-try escargots or pâté en croûte, to the surprising beef and veal carpaccio 😋... The journey continues with the foie gras ravioli 😋🤪... which speak for themselves... (excellent). To finish, a touch of five cheeses 😏. "Chic & Gourmand" is bursting with flavor and highly recommended for any visit to Beaune.

20/09/2026: My husband and I were passing through to explore the region. We were recommended a restaurant by the person we were staying with. The setting of Le Cellier Volnaysien is very pleasant, with a calm and relaxing outdoor area. The restaurant is located in a vaulted stone cellar, tastefully decorated. The waitresses were helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The atmosphere was relaxed, convivial, calm, and professional. And the meal? Delicious! We chose the beef fondue with baked potatoes. The ingredients were high quality, and the desserts were homemade (and we even left with the potato recipe!). The wine pairing was excellent, perfectly suited to our dish and our tastes. In short, I highly recommend it and wish the whole team continued success!

And there is something about the attentiveness of staff that is genuine and friendly. The price is quite modest for the food and service received. I tried to write this review in several ways, but the plain and honest truth is this: the atmosphere is comfortable without pretense, the food is yummy and beautiful, and the servers are kind and helpful. It is a perfect place for a meal, even for a solo traveler. Do yourself a favor and don't miss out!
