Also disappointed by the cooking of the scallops. I found much better for less. I have nothing to complain about the welcome

Everything is there: welcome, decor, good wine, comfortable armchairs, and above all: an explosion of flavors for the dishes prepared, but also presented WITH LOVE OF FRENCH CUISINE!
Special mention to the chef who peels the PDT to make fresh, perfectly seasoned fries for us!

While passing through Dijon, we stopped at this pretty little restaurant at random who would like to welcome us... we were not disappointed...
We are 1 hour away, but let me tell you: we will come back for sure!

31/03/2024: Ordered 6 different dishes and was incredibly pleased with each one of them. The food here is absolutely delicious! My recommendations are the escargot, the beetroot tarte, beef bourguignon, pork belly, and most importantly, the soufflé!

04/04/2024: Small restaurant with big ambitions, for now the cuisine is of a good standard, but the management of the room is decidedly approximate with incomplete dishes delivered, chaos of crockery, heavy atmosphere due to non-optimal ventilation. Well put together seasonal menu, although with modest choice, minimal and expensive wine list, of little research, we would have expected more curiosity given the style of the place. Overrated.
03/04/2024: A bit disappointing. Pleasant dishes, nothing more. However, the fish and shrimp were cooked successfully. Tests of creativity but the little extra is missing for it to be truly successful. Certain dishes in particular mix too many different ingredients which do not necessarily combine well. We took wines by the glass without any taste and therefore rather expensive for the quality. Mixed opinion therefore especially after seeing that in the kitchen the sauce for one of the desserts came directly from a sachet. This therefore casts doubt on the rest.

28/03/2024: Don't be fooled by the exterior appearance of the restaurant (color of the paint), dare to move forward and enter. The welcome is very friendly, the decor is quite neutral but sufficient, the fireplace, the music and the view of the garden give a soothing and cozy calm. The box meal we had was plentiful, excellent and made with fresh produce. The service is discreet and served quickly with hot dishes. To summarize you can stop there without problem you will not be disappointed (nice discovery)

The plates served are very well prepared but the cooking leaves something to be desired as well as the quantity, no perceptible flavor, the desserts are very average. Bland meal, and the very high bill.

The welcome by the ladies who provide the service is exceptional. Charm, smile, kindness, humor.... Everything comes together to have a delicious time.

20/02/2024: Quite simply the best bar in Dijon. Always top-notch, fast service with a good atmosphere. The place is cozy with lots of little nooks and crannies. The prices are ultra reasonable. Large selection of draft beers with a menu that gives good advice and gives ratings for each beer. They also offer organic cider and beers. Particular attention to local offerings, whether in beer or soft drinks (you will find gingerbeer Socrates for example).
On the yum side: The empanadas are excellent and the vegetable spreads too, especially since they are offered with foccacia from the Italian brand next to the bar. You will also find cheese boards and sausages
The team is great and we always feel good there!

24/03/2024: Super warm place, a beautiful fire in the fireplace and a gentle fireworks display and pairings on the plate.
First top menu.
A snack for an aperitif, an appetizer, an extraordinary pork cheek, a perfect cod fillet with good cheese and a pavlova which has only one fault: being too small.
We will come back for the tasting menu at €68. The middle menu appeals to me less.
