13/09/2026: A superb discovery during a weekend stay at this completely renovated establishment. The room and bedding were extraordinary, and we enjoyed a beautiful terrace for dinner. The menu wasn't extensive, but the food was excellent, with a focus on sharing. And what can I say about breakfast?! The staff was young and very professional. A place you absolutely must discover.

13/09/2026: A promising new restaurant. Beautifully executed and tasteful cuisine, a lovely terrace, and meticulous decor. Booking is easy. The restaurant was quite flexible in accommodating our party of eight on a Sunday lunchtime, even though we booked at 11:30 am. Thank you. The first drawback was that our aperitif order arrived more than fifteen minutes after we ordered, after two reminders. Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed, which detracted from her smile. The terrace's shade needs improvement, as one of our guests spent lunch in direct sunlight. And it was intense. The food was very enjoyable, with a special mention for the fennel salad. The concept of sharing plates isn't necessarily easy to grasp. I had the trout. It was delicious. In conclusion, there are a few things to work out, but this could become a must-visit in Meursault.

05/09/2026: Dijon, mustard capital, I asked twice for some, and both times they brought me two glasses full of disgusting packets of mayonnaise and ketchup, and one of bad mustard. The plates were normal. The garbage truck was working across the street. Pretentious, but it falls short.

02/06/2026: Hello I would like to thank the staff who were very attentive and responsive. However, I was very disappointed with the night we spent there… The room's air conditioning didn't work at all; it made noise but didn't cool anything, it was like being in a sauna. Despite everything, we had a good time and the room was adequate. We're actually coming back on Wednesday evening, and I hope the air conditioning will work properly this time, otherwise I don't think I'll return as this is an important factor for sleeping. 19/05/2026: Classic chain hotel. Room clean and comfortable for a night's sleep. Slightly worse service at breakfast. Breakfast is advertised from 6:30 am, so it starts to be prepared at 6:45 am and then there is one girl who does the reception, breakfast and cleaning, running around like a mouse in a cage.

13/09/2026: Impeccable, we have absolutely nothing to say except that it was a truly wonderful experience; the food was really excellent.

26/08/2026: Good value for money and especially very enthusiastic about the veggie burger, which was exceptionally tasty! But the other dishes and drinks were also top-notch.

31/05/2026: Excellent restaurant where we thoroughly enjoyed delicious frog legs and high-quality homemade ice cream and whipped cream. The waitress was very friendly and pleasant, a real ray of sunshine! Definitely worth a visit.

12/09/2026: 1 Deficient would be an exaggeration Review of La Gentilhommière Review pending Rated 😂😂😂 One point is two too many - After having been here countless times between 1996 and 2003 – sometimes even staying overnight – and always being rightly enthusiastic, this was a sobering disappointment. From the untrained schoolgirl staff to the carelessly prepared canteen food, everything was simply abysmal. If I wasn't lucky enough to make eye contact with the girls (which only happened once) to express a wish, I had to shout "PERDON!" across the room – whereupon the equally low-class, knife-licking FritteBu clientele looked over at me with startled amusement, and the "waitress" approached with reproachful glances. Since I don't generally dislike Cologne's chip shops, the comparison might be somewhat unfair to the "FritteBud"... in terms of quality, friendliness, value for money, and taste – I hope they'll forgive the comparison – value for money? Never again, my friend! ------ It continued: barely an hour after leaving the restaurant, the important-looking manager, accompanied by two waitresses, asked me to leave the premises with my vehicle. However, I had drunk wine with my "dinner" and politely declined the request while sitting in my camper van. I think the "Chef-Coque" tried to compensate for the bland side dishes with the oversalted fish – a real shame that it didn't really work – especially at those prices! Let's see how the night continues. About an hour later, the French police also politely asked me to leave the premises. With the receipt and a breathalyzer test, it was clear that I had consumed too much alcohol in my blood after four glasses of wine, so I politely declined to leave. Unfortunately, the police didn't give me the required written permission to drive with alcohol in my system. Too bad – I would have loved to get out of there immediately... Every Cologne FritteBud (a type of schnapps) simply HAS to be better; I should try it again after this experience 😂😂 Anyone who truly feels at home here at Gentilhommiere belongs here.

12/09/2026: A fantastic discovery since La Picolina was acquired! 🇮🇹 A truly excellent Italian restaurant: the food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The setting is lovely, with tasteful decor and a warm atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend it! 🍝✨

09/09/2026: New ownership... bad experience, the pizzas aren't what they used to be. The ham was thin and bland. Sorry, we won't be coming back.

04/09/2026: I don't understand the positive reviews. They charged way too much for a glass of wine, 15 euros per glass (!), and the food was not very tasty either, so I wouldn't recommend this place.

26/08/2026: The joy of homemade food! Tender, slow-cooked meat. Simple yet attentive service... And then, that homemade brownie on your guest's plate. You take a spoonful and promise yourself you'll be back again and again. Excellent coffee. I recommend making a reservation or arriving at noon. On the way there, my teenager grumbled that I wasn't stopping at the kebab or taco place... He was won over by Les Molidors and gave it 5 stars on the way out, thanking me for not giving in to his demands. About a 10-minute walk from the Dijon University Hospital. Great prices! Chat with the cook for "a minute"... But leave quickly... because her eyes sparkle and she lights up when she talks about her dishes... After "two minutes," you might just propose marriage. Simple and authentic cuisine, like the staff and customers who religiously keep this address to themselves, forming joyful tables.

08/06/2026: A lovely hotel, well located next to the Toison d'Or shopping center and public transport. We enjoyed the room, which had good amenities, as well as the restaurant and the spa.
