16/08/2026: Dinner on the terrace opposite the town's large parking lot; not many people there on a weekday. A very enjoyable meal, beautifully presented, good food, reasonably priced; we treated ourselves to a half-bottle of wine for €10. The service was understated and discreet.

14/08/2026: We're at the campsite and we heard about this restaurant. It's really very good, no wait, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it, but you do need to book.

22/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, great value for money: set menu for €17.50; homemade dishes and desserts, very good starter buffet with seasonal vegetables. Quick service. Parking opposite, in front of the church. We were just passing through and had a lovely time enjoying the shade on the terrace.

20/08/2026: We had a wonderful meal, it was delicious! This is a great place that deserves more than 3.9/5. We received a very warm welcome, the setting was magical, the waiter was excellent, and the chef even did my son a small favor with his dessert (a cheese plate instead of ice cream), so a big THANK YOU for the lovely meal and your kindness.

20/08/2026: Simple but decent experience. Hospitable waiter. Decent food, but everything could use an upgrade. Of course, in the country we're in, it's more than adequate.

14/09/2026: A very pleasant experience at this restaurant! 😊 The food was delicious and the service was quick and efficient. Our dishes were served promptly, without any long wait. My only slight complaint was the noise level in the dining room. It was rather difficult to have a conversation, especially with people who weren't seated directly across from me. The location is also very convenient: there's a shopping center and several shops nearby, and parking is easy. Apart from that, everything was great. We had a lovely time and I'll gladly return! 😊

22/07/2026: We arrived when most diners were already eating so didn’t think it would take long to be served. However that wasn’t the case. It took 30 mins to get bottled water and another 30 mins to order food. Few tables that arrived after us ordered, were served and eating. When we asked how much longer our food would be, our waitress told us that the chef lost our order and no apology or complimentary drink offered for this prolonged delay. We had ordered a charcuterie board - no cooking or chef expertise needed for that, I would’ve thought… A disappointing experience indeed.

16/07/2026: Very poor service. Asked for bruschetta to share. Received one small plate while my husband already received his main course. Two minutes later, my hot main course arrived. Fortunately, it was very warm outside, so my duck wasn't cold before I could start on it after the bruschetta.

Axel, who excels in the flavor and variety of his homemade dishes, the head waiter Pierre, with his rigor, presence, and affability, and the attentive manager... A true team effort whose result inevitably leads to an exceptional dinner combining gustatory and olfactory pleasures, all in a setting that, at first glance, seems unpretentious for a 2-star establishment... but no matter, the alchemy of all this simplicity and professionalism truly, sincerely, allows us to spend a timeless moment enjoying our meals! Back on solid ground... come in, enjoy, share, and correct me if my exaggerated descriptions don't match your taste buds. Enjoy without moderation! We'll gladly return, with our dogs, who are, incidentally, welcomed without any regard for them. Thank you, and may such an establishment allow the restaurant industry to endure and thrive. Fabien

19/08/2026: Unfortunately, the server was very rude, unpleasant, and didn’t have any desire to help the customer. When my son asked, in French, if they had a table available, the server’s attitude was like we were begging for food. She said that they were too busy, but we were able to see they had uncleaned tables and we were willing to wait. The server was not even able to tell us an estimated time to wait. I don’t recommend this place. Bad customer service!

14/08/2026: Total tourist trap. Overpriced for uncooked pancake fillings. There are much better ones from a store...!

09/09/2026: We had the impression that many restaurants in the old town were tourist traps. But at Petit Bistrot, we had a different feeling, and we were right. The waiter (owner?) was very friendly and cool. I had the set menu with the truffled eggs, scallops, and crème brûlée – it tasted fantastic and was great value for money!

08/09/2026: Wok today, the meat was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the service was very friendly. I'll be back.

20/08/2026: As a dog owner, I felt rejected upon discovering that dogs are prohibited on the premises, even on a leash. All the signs indicating this, as well as the clearly stated prohibitions on your website, seem extremely inappropriate. My family still wanted to eat there, so I made the effort to go, only to be refused entry at 1 p.m. in the middle of August... incomprehensible. I'm not about to spend a single penny at your establishment. But apparently, you don't need to! I will certainly be sharing my experience with others.

15/08/2026: We enjoy coming to the guinguette (riverside café) every year. It's a peaceful, simple, and pleasant spot with a beach, canoes, and live music. The guinguette offers perfectly decent food at very reasonable prices. We tried the mussels Spanish style – delicious! We recommend this place for a day out, a meal, or even just an afternoon!

14/07/2026: We briefly stopped here for a quick beer. Great options on draft, friendly bar tender, mister fans outside. Very beautiful town and a fun bar.
