30/04/2026: Lunch with friends: a welcome bowl of hot soup (a welcome treat on this rainy day), a duck confit and potato pie with a side salad, and strawberry tiramisu, plus coffee or tea. All for €14.50, homemade and served upstairs in a charming and very comfortable English-style dining room. A very pleasant and warm welcome.

24/03/2026: Very calm atmosphere. Reasonable prices. The second floor offers a warm setting, delicious homemade pastries, and a wide selection of teas. An ideal place to meet up with friends.

01/06/2026: Good (thankfully), but far too expensive: €4 for a Coke, €16 for a charcuterie platter, €17 for burrata, and €38 for a set menu. Fried food is an extra €8. Half a duck breast with only three slices was €23. Given the price, one would expect more quantity. Alas, this was not the case. We won't be back.

14/04/2026: We ate there twice in one week. Homemade and refined cuisine. I recommend it.

30/04/2026: Despite a nearly empty terrace, the wait was excessive. The half-pint of peach was very poorly measured!

13/04/2026: I regularly come to this shop to buy my cigarettes. But the welcome is always very cold; the shopkeeper is unfriendly and gives the impression that we're bothering him (to put it politely). He clearly lacks patience with his customers. It's a shame because a little smile and respect would make all the difference! I feel uncomfortable every time I go there, but really only because it's near my home.

19/04/2026: A very nice aquarium for a family visit with young children. It's a mix of aquarium and reptile park, with part of the visit taking place outdoors. There are some unusual species. Those who criticize the lack of water clarity and the supposed dirtiness of the aquariums clearly haven't understood that it's not due to a lack of maintenance during their visit. I recommend it, even if it's not the best aquarium; it's still worth a visit.

06/05/2026: I would like to share my experience from my visit to your restaurant on Monday at lunchtime. I clearly asked for the €10 set menu, as offered in your establishment. The cashier, who was clearly not paying attention, counted some drinks on my friends' tray and charged me extra for them. I immediately pointed out that this was a mistake and that I only wanted the set menu. Despite this, she refused to acknowledge her error and responded dismissively, stating that she "didn't know." No solution was offered, and she simply took the payment without attempting to rectify the situation. I find this behavior unprofessional and regrettable. Better communication and a minimum of customer service would have prevented this inconvenience. As things stand, this experience does not make me want to return to your establishment.

24/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the room was a good size, the meal was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful.

17/05/2026: We spent two nights in this small hotel where the welcome was warm and friendly, with cocktails on the terrace and generous, delicious dinners and breakfasts. The room was simple but very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Thank you again for your hospitality and helpfulness. Excellent value for money!

07/06/2026: The riverside terrace looked too inviting to ignore when we were walking past on a scorching May afternoon. We were the only ones there, but on the other hand, the glorious view over the Dronne was all ours. Refreshing ice-cream and a very decent coffee.

07/06/2026: The hotel's location is perfect, right by the river. The rooms are outdated but adequate for one night. The bar staff were inattentive.

Ten people on the terrace, with their drinks… We arrive, just the two of us… After eight minutes, and three visits from a waiter who didn't say a word to us and seemed more interested in showing off with his colleagues… 🙂 Bravo… 🎉 the team isn't ready to work at the Ritz! Avoid at all costs, or if you're a warrior, go ahead and you won't regret it 😉

09/06/2026: The Tex-Mex pork stir-fry was very spicy, even too spicy. The appetizer buffet was like something you'd get at home, but the dessert buffet was very ordinary. I don't recommend it. There were only about 6 people; I don't know where the other 40 were. 😊

09/06/2026: Daily special or à la carte, but no fries. House policy: no fries, because turning on the fryer isn't profitable at lunchtime. Canned green beans or flageolets. This isn't food, it's a cafeteria. And even then, there are some very good cafeterias out there. Seriously, avoid this place. From the food to the service, everything needs improvement. All-you-can-eat buffet, but nothing is homemade. A collection of poor-quality products. Never again.

26/03/2026: The experience got off to a terrible start. When trying to make a reservation on the hotel's website, I entered the wrong date (March 18, 2026, instead of May 16, 2026). I immediately called reception, who verbally informed me that they had corrected the reservation and that I would not be charged for the night. However, I was charged. After calling the hotel again, the receptionist told me that the amount would be applied to my corrected reservation. Despite several follow-up emails and phone calls, I haven't received any written confirmation. I am therefore expected to travel several hundred kilometers to the hotel on the day of my arrival, hoping that my reservation is valid and that I won't be asked for a second payment. This attitude clearly lacks professionalism and consideration for customers.

15/02/2026: It's impossible to give this establishment any stars. It's unacceptable to consider a place advertised as a 3-star hotel as worthy of that category. Run away, or you'll have nightmares. Don't fall into the trap; it's no longer part of the Logis group.

06/05/2026: Superb view, very average room, very expensive restaurant for what it offered, and a very unpleasant waiter (apparently the owner). However, the breakfast was excellent.

01/05/2026: The view was magnificent, the food decent, but I've never been treated like this in my life. The person in charge of seating us treated us with utter contempt from the moment we arrived. We wanted to eat on the terrace (the weather was gorgeous), but this man refused, claiming it was going to rain... he finally relented after hurling unpleasant remarks at us. In the end, about 20 people ate on the terrace; not a drop of rain had been forecast.
