Throughout the meal, each dish was presented with insightful explanations and, above all, a story, which added even more meaning and pleasure to the tasting experience. The service was discreet, attentive, and truly delightful. And on the plate, what a wonderful surprise! The cuisine was refined, bold, full of finesse, and above all, excellent. A sophisticated and delicious moment, where we felt truly privileged. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

12/09/2026: We stumbled upon Les Cèdres almost by chance, simply because it was on our way to the Ardèche region, and booked the day before. What a discovery! From the outside, the building is unassuming. But as soon as you step through the gate, everything changes: the garden is enchanting. The outdoor aperitif area is simply superb and immediately sets the tone. The welcome is worthy of a Parisian palace. A multitude of waiters, sommeliers, and, of course, the renowned head waiter, attend to you with rare elegance and attentiveness. Without ever overdoing it, the entire team transports you to an almost magical world, right down to the final touch. As for the cuisine, the flavors are exquisitely precise. The dishes are veritable works of art, presented with remarkable finesse and mastery. And then comes the bill, almost unremarkable considering the experience. Because this restaurant offers something that has become rare: refinement, elegance, but also immense generosity and comfort. Go for it while this kind of haven still exists. Treat your loved one to a truly exceptional experience: for less than €200 per person, all-inclusive, you'll enjoy a memorable interlude, complete with an aperitif in a sumptuous garden and a delightful array of petits fours. 16/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The air-conditioned dining room was especially welcome at this time of year. The cuisine is fresh, flavorful, and original, with lovely combinations and dishes that are a pleasure to eat. The service is very pleasant, as is the chef, who is friendly and attentive. A truly enjoyable experience in a comfortable setting. I highly recommend it!

29/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening where refined cuisine and excellent service were both present. The blend of flavors was exquisite, as was the choice of wines to accompany them. Upon arrival, our dog's water bowl was already prepared, a thoughtful touch that was very important to us. Thank you again to the team at La Chapelle for this delightful evening, which brought our vacation to a perfect close.

We chose the 10-course tasting menu at La Fontaine l'Artiste et le Cuisiner, and what a treat… from appetizer to dessert, everything was absolutely perfect! The cuisine is bold, original, and full of surprises, truly elevating each ingredient. The combinations are daring, the flavors are crafted with finesse, and each dish is a genuine discovery. The service mirrors the cuisine: warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this superb moment. If you love wonderful culinary discoveries, go and try it: you won't be disappointed! We will be back with great pleasure.

20/08/2026: We wanted to enjoy a delicious dinner at an authentic French restaurant on a beautiful, sultry French summer evening. After an extensive search, we ended up at Auberge du Moulin. The navigation guided us perfectly to the parking lot, after which we were greeted politely and kindly at the entrance by one of the employees. She told us that we could choose a table of our choice. When we received the drinks menu, she tried to speak English with us; I immediately indicated that I would prefer her to speak French. She appreciated that, as her English wasn't very good according to her. After we had ordered drinks, it turned out that one of the drinks hadn't gone well; when we mentioned this, it was immediately resolved. We wanted a starter, a main course, and a dessert, and to share everything with each other, which was no problem. We simply had a truly fantastic meal here in a lovely ambiance, with very friendly and polite staff. The price-quality ratio is more than good, and I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! After dinner, we had a short chat with the "Patron"; He told us a few things about the region, about the restaurant, and a little bit about himself—a real conversation where I could test and improve my French. Finally, we were also offered a local pear liqueur, where a pear is grown inside a bottle. Delicious! This restaurant is exactly what we expect when we go out to eat at a real French restaurant! Keep up the good work, and hopefully we can eat here again in the future.

02/09/2026: Excellent dinner at a reasonable price. Inventive and refined cuisine, beautifully presented. The owners are true professionals: the wife in the kitchen, the husband overseeing the reception and service. The setting is understated and pleasant. We finally have our go-to spot in Montélimar, and it's definitely worth the trip!

14/09/2026: On a weekend getaway with three cousins, strolling through the streets of Mirmandes, we were drawn to the shaded arch of Café Patine this Sunday, September 12th. We feasted on eggplant parmigiana, prawn risotto served beautifully, a lovely Chardonnay to top it all off, as well as a delicious mille-feuille and a rum baba that was perhaps a little too soaked. Highly recommended.

24/08/2026: While looking for a place to have lunch off the motorway, we stumbled across this gem by sheer luck. It's tucked away in an industrial zone, true, but it has a pleasant outdoor seating area in a garden, and the interior is really nice, as well. The staff is very polite and friendly, attentive to guests' needs without being obtrusive. As for the food ... oh, dear. The 7-hour lamb was incredibly tender and succulent, paired with a fragrant sauce and great vegerables and polenta. This is what France is incredibly good in - such great surprises in unassuming little towns and villages.
