The wines with the tapas were very average, the red wine was served warm, and the white wine was beyond words, simply poured out onto the plants. The razor clams clearly came straight from the sea, judging by the amount of sand they were in. The red wine sauce for the sliced ​​meat was extremely bitter and far too reduced (the pieces of meat were enormous for a sliced ​​dish). Not to mention the experience of tasting a soggy French toast; a rum baba or floating island brioche would have been more appropriate. And as for hygiene, thanks for the mold on the water carafe's stopper—it certainly puts off both thirst and appetite…
