An intimate setting, extremely professional, friendly, and experienced service, presentation and cuisine that become a truly divine culinary experience. 13/03/2026: We come to Le Citron Pressé in Montélimar very regularly, especially with our training center, Aquila Formation, where we often take our trainees to celebrate the end of their training. Today, we were a group of about ten people and we called at the last minute. As always, the team gave us a perfect welcome. Sometimes we even have larger groups, and the organization is always impeccable. Despite the crowds, there's never a wait, and the service is always smooth and professional. As for the food, it's a real treat. The cuisine is sophisticated, refined, and full of creativity. You can clearly taste the chef's passion in the dishes. The food is carefully prepared, elegant, and always excellent. But what stands out most is the welcome, which is always warm and attentive. Every time we visit, we have a wonderful time. We've been coming for years, and we've never been disappointed. Thank you to the entire team at Citron Pressé for your welcome and professionalism!

31/03/2026: We went for a birthday celebration; there were about twenty of us. The setting, the food, the presentation of the dishes, the service—everything was perfect from beginning to end! A lovely touch from the chef, who came to the dining room to bring us the birthday cake for my father-in-law's 80th birthday: a homemade Baked Alaska flambéed right at the table. We're from Valence, and we'll definitely be back. The cuisine is very refined, and the presentation is impeccable. Thank you so much!

22/02/2026: We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, but making a reservation was chaotic, to say the least. We couldn't reach them by phone, and instead got an answering machine for a different number than the one listed on Google Maps! So we booked through their website, but the confirmation email was delayed, leaving us in limbo and preventing us from finding an alternative. Finally, we managed to get through to the restaurant, and everything was sorted out. Otherwise, we're glad we persevered. The welcome was very warm, and the restaurant overlooks the immense cliffs of the Vercors mountains. We had a very good meal, with a special mention for the Polish-style peasant soup, which was truly excellent. The service was surprisingly fast, even though the restaurant was full; many other establishments could learn a thing or two. A very good place to eat, and we'll be happy to return.

Every time we've visited, the staff is very attentive and responsive to the customer. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they accommodate our disabled son perfectly.
