15/08/2024: By happy coincidence, we discovered this restaurant, and we did well. The service is impeccable, always with a smile, and the cook is a perfect master of his craft. Unlike many others, he did not give in to the ease of standardized gourmet cooking. Here, each dish is carefully crafted, offering a perfect balance of flavors and a touch of originality, all in an enchanting setting. We highly recommend this place, where the prices are honest and the quality is there. Well done and surely see you soon.

Nous comprenons toujours pas la décision du guide Michelin de leur avoir supprimer une Etoile surtout lorsque nous comparons avec d autres restaurants !!! ..C est trop injuste

07/09/2024: An adorable waiter who shared with us the history of the place and excellent cuisine... too bad there was no more room in the interior courtyard... I recommend and will come back.

The restaurant is consistently mentioned in Michelin, which speaks for itself.
In the evening, a three-course menu for 45.00 euros, an absolutely reasonable price.

09/08/2024: Nous etions deja venus par le passé profiter de leurs magnifiques assiettes composées de spécialités: les "assiettes festives".
Nous avons réiteré ce soir avec des amis en degustant leurs suggestions egalement merveilleusement garnies, avec le meme constat positif. et avec ca un accueil au top. Bref, a recommander.
09/08/2024: Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet établissement. Le cadre est magnifique et le repas délicieux. Nous avons apprécié également les différentes options proposées pour le menu enfant. Si vous êtes dans la région, n'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter !

Restaurant dans un emplacement agréable terrasse extérieure
24/08/2024: Une cuisine bien faite, légère, de saison, beaucoup de produits locaux, dans le cadre d’un menu 3 entrées 3 plats (dont 1 veg), 3 desserts à 30€. apéritif et vin (dont beaucoup de bio et de local) à des tarifs également très raisonnables. Service super pro et souriant.
1 seul point d’amélioration (mais qui ne nous empêche pas de mettre ce 5*) , les glaces qui sont des Carte d’Or lambda (du coup on a pris des « vrais » desserts, un excellent tiramisu abricot romarin) alors qu’il y a de super glaces locales (glaces Merlin qu’on a trouvé à l’épicerie de Beaufort par ex).
Excellente continuation à l’Ami Rabel!
Pas d’hésitation, on y retourne.

31/08/2024: Japanese-inspired cuisine, and for good reason, the chef is Japanese.
Subtle and refined cuisine, beautifully presented. Little choice on the menu but it is pleasant to let yourself be guided without being overwhelmed by the choice. Fast service without being rushing. Cozy and cozy atmosphere where you can hear each other chat without difficulty.
