The Périgord salad with duck gizzards is delicious. As for the chocolate mousse with Espelette pepper made by Madame, it's on par with Monsieur's cooking—delicately flavorful! 28/07/2026: A quality gourmet restaurant with impeccable service, however, it falls short of excellence. Unfortunately, there are many restaurants in Valence offering a higher level of cuisine for a similar price. A major drawback was the defrosted bread.

24/07/2026: The best restaurant dinner of my life. A fantastic and very friendly team with whom I had the pleasure of chatting and thanking them (thank you to Jessica, "Titi," and everyone else). Thank you to the chefs. Exceptional dishes, a heavenly setting. And even if you have lunch or dinner outside (which I highly recommend, the trees and plants are magnificent), don't hesitate to visit the vaulted dining room and the cellar—it's breathtaking.

03/07/2026: We've been several times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, with very tasty market cuisine and very good desserts. It's very good value for money and they have a good wine list. It's difficult to recommend because it's always full in the height of summer.

09/07/2026: A superbly located spot in a very pleasant setting: under a wisteria and a grapevine, sheltered from noise and traffic. A true haven of peace. The welcome and service are impeccable, provided by friendly and attentive staff. The cuisine is refined, made with quality ingredients, and the dishes are presented with great care. However, there is one major drawback: vegetarian cuisine is truly the poor relation of the menu. On my last two visits, no vegetarian dishes were offered. Instead: a "chef's selection" consisting of side dishes for the meat dishes (mashed potatoes, grilled eggplant, etc.). At a similar price, nearly €30, this should be justified by a genuine culinary offering. This is all the more frustrating because the vegetarian starters are excellent: proof that the restaurant knows what it's doing. (Excellent porcini mushroom soup, delicious chestnut gnocchi...) To the team: I'd be more than happy to come back as soon as a real project to add more plant-based options to the main dishes is launched! Let me know again in August?

26/06/2026: We stopped in Montbrun-les-Bains for a meal and we weren't disappointed we chose this restaurant. Shaded terrace, welcoming staff, delicious food. If you're passing through, book a table in advance so you don't miss out on this culinary experience! I highly recommend it.

01/08/2026: We had to wait a bit for a drink upon arrival (30 min), but afterwards everything was more than made up for with a delicious quail brochette and a lovely hostess! Good to remember, close to the A7 exit!
