17/09/2024: The people at the site are super friendly and happy, they treated us great, even though we spoke the regular language we understood each other perfectly.
The location is 10 and the atmosphere is very good, it's a shame we couldn't stay longer.

O restaurante é muito bem decorado, aconchegante, e muito bem localizado.
Pedimos uma paleta de cordeiro e acho que talvez tenha sido a melhor da vida. Uma delícia! Derretendo na boca, macia e extremamente saborosa. Serviço atencioso e gentil.
04/12/2024: Una restautant estupendo, en un pueblo estupendo. Todo precioso, cocina de mercado, bien elaborada en base a buen producto. Buena atención. Tiene un precioso jardín detrás, junto a la Iglesia, para los días de buen tiempo. El foie gras al vino estaba muy rico, la chuleta, y ese soufflé de postre... Cómo los de antaño. Muy buen sitio y estando en Saint Emilion, impresionante carta de vinos

19/09/2024: Great experience in this restaurant found by chance. Menu at 20€ for lunch, hearty and good.
As the weather was nice, we took advantage of the terrace which was very pleasant.
Friendly and well organized service.

10/10/2024: accès facilité par un parking...mais on y va pas pour ça....2 menus à 15 et 22e....vraiment très bien...moi j'ai pris à 22e enfin arrondi....très bien préparé..un personnel très sympa...on sent la bonne humeur dans ce restaurant...bref allez y....
27/09/2024: Très déçue... cuisine très basique, des portions riquiquis, beaucoup d'erreurs.
Par contre les serveurs sont très aimables ! Malheureusement ça ne suffira pas pour m'y faire revenir.

24/08/2024: Great bar, ultra welcoming staff and above all very good beers! One of my favorite brasseries in France. I actually made the express trip from the center to stock up! I insist, when will the mango beer be in a can?!

02/10/2024: Discovered this last week during our stay in Bordeaux and let me tell you that I haven’t tasted something so delicious in years! Everything was delicious, the roasted chicken, potatoes, roasted red and green peppers , the Greek salad ! My husband being British didn’t understand why it was a bit pricey but when he tasted the food, he realised - this is about quality food and knowing the artisans who are producing the food!
Nice work, great team !

20/09/2024: This is for food to take away and prepare/warm up at home. The tables/chairs in the pictures are not there anymore. There is no seating inside and they cannot heat up the food for takeaway/picnic so although the food looks delicious we couldn't stay to eat!

19/08/2024: Sat outside here around 1150am with the drinks menu right by us in the window. There was nothing indicating any tables were reserved. We tried to order when the very stroppy staff member came out. She shooed us away saying we could only have drinks with food. Very poor business practice over €10 of trade lost. The tables inside and out were barely occupied. I can see why.
14/08/2024: Great for vegetarians /vegans who love bio/organic well prepared nutritious food and drink. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location. Wanted lunch earlier than noon so would of been good to of relaxed the rules but understand why. Well done xx

23/09/2024: Décor très "ploucs" et c'est bien ce qu'on cherche en choisissant ce restaurant ! Menu joliment présenté (sur un cahier d'écolier), mets copieux et gouteux. Rien de négatif à ce propos. Mais bémol sur le service, pas toujours professionnel : pour exemple, nous avons réceptionné nos entrées (gratinée à l'oignon) avant même d'être servis des boissons (dont un Picon Bière, ca fait quand même très apéro non ?). Un chouïa l'impression d'être trop rapidement mis dehors.

04/08/2024: Very good lunch at CALIX! The dishes are cooked with good products and are well presented. Our mouths are watering just seeing them! The service was great too, the waitresses smiling and friendly. The outdoor space behind the restaurant is very pleasant on sunny days because it is shaded. In short, I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed!😊
