24/07/2026: Service was average; waiters were inattentive, unenthusiastic, forgot orders (and made mistakes), and were slow. The starter and main course were tasty. The salmon and vegetarian dish are highly recommended. The dessert was small and nothing special in terms of taste. The strawberries and apricots were warm and flat. Overrated restaurant. No air conditioning and the water was warm.

02/07/2026: I come regularly for the beef tartare because I trust the quality of the product. I had the pleasure of discovering the chocolate mousse with chocolate and salted butter cookie crumbles—pure bliss. The staff is friendly. The only downside is to avoid tables near the terrace door in winter because every time the door opens, you're enveloped in an icy chill. I recommend it.

20/06/2026: Honestly, this is our second visit. I would have given a 5-star review for the first time. The servers, Ismael and Cédric, were perfect. What a pleasure to have such pleasant, sincere, and honest people offering advice. Their smiles were simply delightful. It was truly a great experience, and we'll be back as soon as we can! The wine is good, the dishes vary, and they're always delicious. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

24/05/2026: I think this is the most touristy street and restaurant during my visit to Bordeaux, but the ambience was nice, the food good and the server very nice and helpful. The dinner was quite fast compared to the other experiences we have had, hence the lower score.

23/05/2026: I booked for 9:00. We sat down at 9:15. They lost our order and we finished at 11:15. There's a palpable lack of control among the waiters and in the kitchen. Not even an apology. It was incredibly hot, with no air conditioning. The dishes were bland and poorly cooked, with only the volute being decent. The Thai was overcooked; I wouldn't even give it to my dog. The Onglet was perfect for injuring someone. The chef's coffee dessert was only good for the coffee itself. If you want to ruin your day, this is the place for you.

26/04/2026: I was incredibly disappointed. Whenever I'm in Bordeaux, I go to Noailles twice. This time I made a reservation for lunch. But the restaurant was closed. There was an apology sign on the door explaining that something serious had happened. That was all. I had a lot of trouble finding a decent restaurant nearby—which is practically nonexistent in that part of Bordeaux—and ended up with an unpleasant lunch in a tourist trap. It's a real shame. I hope Noailles reopens.

19/07/2026: Atmosphere: A memorable experience in a welcoming and well-decorated setting, with a very friendly atmosphere that allows you to spend time with others. The service is exceptional; the staff are very courteous and attentive.

13/05/2026: A very beautiful, intimate, and original hotel, tastefully and carefully decorated. The room was adequate; in my opinion, it just lacked slippers to avoid walking on the carpet or having to request them for the spa. The setting is magnificent, and the pool is charming. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. A special mention goes to the very kind receptionist. I didn't try the restaurant. The location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and close to the train station. I highly recommend it.

13/05/2026: A hidden gem! Pets are welcome. Ideally located in the Winter Town. Beautifully decorated room. Lovely furnished balcony. Generous and delicious bistro-style cuisine. Gorgeous pool area. 08/06/2026: A pleasant stay in Blaye. The hotel is well located, the room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bike storage facility was good and I also enjoyed the breakfast.

01/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise during our stopover on our way to the Landes region. Everything is homemade, and it shows! The food was delicious and generous (from appetizers to desserts!), with a short menu featuring very fresh ingredients. The terrace was quiet and shaded, and the service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!

29/06/2026: Arriving at the end of the evening service, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who informed us that the chef would soon be closing up the kitchen. We ordered two hand-cut steak tartares: the classic and the Italian. Two different flavors. Very good. We had eaten there two years ago and the quality is still just as high. Well done to the team.
