27/08/2024: Personnel froid et peu souriant tant au service qu’à l’encaissement.
Notre fils avait pris un plat : Mac & Cheese… des pâtes avec du cheddar : écœurant !
La serveuse a ramassé l’assiette sans se soucier de pourquoi rien n’avait été mangé pour remonter l’information en cuisine.
Sommes déçus, nous ne reviendrons pas.
21/08/2024: Disappointing stop on way home from Bordeaux airport. Busy, but I've no idea why, if the standard of my Mac n Cheese is anything to go by.
The supposedly cheddar cheese sauce was dreadful, practically tasteless, congealing on the macaroni which was cooked but not seasoned.
The Tarte Flombée ordered by my wife and daughter were poor, but just acceptable.
Smiling, quick professional service.

L'authentique Hotel Vitalparc

18/08/2024: We spent 15 days of family vacation and everything was really successful.
All the staff (reception, restaurant, service staff, spa, etc.) took great care of us.
The hotel is remarkably located and we took advantage of the city 10 minutes away by bike.
We will most likely return and we highly recommend this hotel

The bedding is perfect.

As for the meal, it doesn't break 4 legs and 1 duck, it's not worth the detour, especially since the dishes are all lukewarm.
Sweet is generally good.

21/09/2024: Lunch yesterday noon. Took two menus at 23.90 euros. Fine blue fig tart from Auvergne and delicious salad and fruit. Filet mignon with sweet potato puree and generous and delicious salad. The deserts were nothing exceptional but good. Friendly and lively atmosphere. Fast and efficient service. In a word I recommend this restaurant
