27/06/2025: A complete disgrace. I was brought a dish I hadn't ordered, and instead of apologizing and preparing the one I had ordered, the waitress had the audacity to ask me if I couldn't just have the one that was imposed on me. Yes, imposed. This level of contempt, incompetence, and casualness is absolutely appalling.

22/11/2024: One of the best places I visited in Bordeaux! A very friendly staff that created a warm and welcoming atmospheres! The owner recommended one of their seasonal specials, Blanquetté, which was perfect for the chilly November weather. I also got their homemade chocolate mousse, which was the perfect balance between rich and light! Would definitely recommend coming here!

27/12/2025: Arriving one December evening, still basking in the magic of Christmas, the welcome at this restaurant brought us crashing back down to earth. The waitresses had no empathy, their smiles were forced, they weren't very friendly, and they were openly mocking... a shame, because the food was otherwise very good (the fish was slightly too salty). The portion was generous, and we weren't very hungry for dessert. We asked for one scoop of ice cream instead of three, and this caused a problem because ice cream is now an à la carte item, not part of the set menu... (uh... where's the logic? Don't bother looking for it...). The customer in this restaurant isn't respected; they're just there to pay. The waitresses should perhaps consider a different line of work.

11/12/2025: Everything is homemade! If you're looking for processed food, this isn't the place! Fresh ingredients, an all-you-can-eat appetizer buffet, and a diverse dessert buffet. Yesterday, we had a choice between baked custard with three homemade sauces, semolina pudding, or a cake: a soft sponge cake with sun-ripened fruits (banana, coconut, etc.). In between, we enjoyed a perfectly cooked pork shoulder and a delicious zucchini gratin. Excellent value for money.

08/12/2025: It's a disgrace to offer a so-called starter buffet for 18 euros when the products are clearly from the day before, the white chicken dish is tasteless, and the dessert buffet includes a pathetic, flavorless tart and rice pudding that was extremely watered down. I strongly advise against it.

21/09/2025: Came to drop off a parcel in the morning, very happy, a very pleasant welcome by an extremely friendly lady. I will definitely come back!

24/10/2024: On a walk on the Chemin des Arts, this is the second year that we are going for lunch at 4. Very beautiful view of the estuary, good restaurant, fresh produce, a real chef, a nice team, we recommend it if you pass by.

17/12/2025: Extremely unfriendly service. The woman refused to serve me and called over a man who basically kicked me out with my espresso in hand. But they still sold me the espresso!!!!

02/12/2025: What's going on? I've been a regular for years, and now nothing's right (change of ownership?). The menu is incredibly basic and completely uninteresting. The steak tartare came without salad, with inedible, overly salty fries, and the profiteroles were tasteless and served frozen solid, yet the prices are ridiculously low! Frankly, two stars for the friendly waiters, but that's overpriced; the rest is a disaster. What a shame, with such a beautiful location – I'm done with this place.

20/08/2025: First of all, it's not much, but a small ramekin of peanuts accompanies the appetizers. It's not an extensive menu like in some restaurants; it's simple and good. Good value for money.
