10/09/2024: Visité el restaurante Le Michel’s en Burdeos y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Probé la sopa de cebolla y el ratatouille, ambos platos estaban exquisitos y auténticos. El ambiente del lugar es acogedor, y el servicio fue atento. ¡Sin duda, lo recomendaría!

09/07/2025: Fun experience. As the reader probably knows, they serve only salad, fries and steak along with a dessert menu and full bar. I really enjoyed this. They open at 7:00 and typically there is a line but it moves quickly once they open. You also get served quickly too. The salad is outstanding (leaf with a light vinaigrette: Perfect for summer). The fries are, well fries. The French always do fries very well. Finally the steak: Its really good. I'm not a huge butter sauce person (would prefer more acidity) but again, the French do meat sauces well and this place is no exception. I highly recommned you go if the opportunity arises.

18/09/2024: Arrêt pour un repas de midi entrée plat dessert pour 15€ correct et bon bouteille de vin rouge moulis 2011 à 29 € se laisse boire juste limite ( par contre la propriétaire devraient mettre un peu d’eau dans son vin très désagréable avec les clients ainsi que le personnel

17/12/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my experience in this restaurant, both in terms of hygiene and the quality of the dishes offered. We chose this establishment for a friendly family moment, encouraged by its high rating on Google (4.4 out of 598 reviews). Unfortunately, the reality was far from our expectations. As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere seemed cold, the restaurant almost deserted and the decoration sad. Seated at a table with a view of the bar, we witnessed an unacceptable scene: a table had just become free, and the glasses of wine left by previous customers were emptied into the bottle which was served to them, by someone in charge of the bar, before she puts it back in the refrigerator. A few minutes later, this same person filled new jugs of water, reusing those abandoned by other customers. Suffice to say that the desire to drink water during the meal had disappeared. As for the dishes, they were just like hygiene: mediocre and disappointing. I ordered the La Bavière galette for €16.90. The ingredients were placed next to the pancake and not inside, as if it was up to me to compose it. The "grilled ham" was cold and dry, presumably reheated in the microwave, the potatoes tasted strange and sour, and the patty itself was dry and overcooked. I was served half a portion of onion, some scattered bacon and a cream that was supposed to be inside, but was completely absent. When I reported this, I was curtly offered to return the plate, which I probably should have done, even if it would not have changed the disastrous quality of the dish. Another member of my family had the La Tartiflette pancake for €15.80. Here again, big disappointment: the cheese seemed to come from an industrial product purchased at the local supermarket. For such a price, we have the right to expect a minimum of quality in the choice of ingredients. Luckily the sweet crepes were ok. I sincerely hope that the “homemade” salted butter caramel was actually made on site and not bought in a jar. In the end, for three pancakes, a bottle of cider and two sweet pancakes, the bill came close to €80-90. A totally unjustified amount for such dry, tasteless dishes prepared with low-end products. However, what remains most shocking is the blatant lack of hygiene. Putting customers' wine back in bottles and recycling water from carafes from one table to another is unacceptable in a catering establishment. Absolutely avoid.

20/09/2024: Nous avions appris que l établissement avait changé de propriétaire, et étant habitués de l endroit depuis quelques temps car nous apprécions le cadre idyllique avec vue sur le bassin. Nous avons éte plus qu enchantés de la nouvelle formule. Moins chère que l ancienne avec toujours un service impeccable et une cuisine qui a su se réinventer en gardant sa hauteur. Je recommande à toutes personnes qui sont de passage ou qui habitent sur le bassin. La nouvelle carte des cocktails est au top également. Merci aux nouveaux propriétaires pour ce bon moment.

19/09/2024: A fuir Attrape touriste, la qualité n'y est pas. Cher pour ce que c'est. Payer cher pour de la qualité ne me deeange pas, mais là ce nest pass le cas...

24/11/2024: A pleasant and cozy place for a Sunday family lunch. The setting is very beautiful. The comforting fireplace. We took the menu for 48€, very good, a small downside just in the fact that the excellent parsnip puree is included in the starter and to accompany the fish. Thank you for being open on Sunday.

13/09/2024: We went on a Friday night and the space was completely filled, but the service was still quick and very attentive. We ordered eggplant caviar and burrata with tomato, the fish dish and apple crumble. The starters and main course were wonderful, the dessert was good, but in my opinion there was little apple. It is a restaurant that is certainly worth it for the service and quality of the food at a very reasonable price for the area.

12/09/2024: Made a booking on line for 8.15 received email turned up 20 min earlier than the booking told that our booking was not confirmed we sent away by not a very helpfull waitress So had know option to go next door to the Greek restaurant they where very busy they could not do anough for us Thanks to them we had a great night next door Melodie not the place I hoped it would be very rude staff 😒

17/08/2024: Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars!! Everything was excellent, the well-designed setting with the children's play area, unbeatable value for money!!! Excellent dish, served in very generous offerings, and the waitress ADORABLE!!! I highly recommend, if we come back to your area, we will come back (with rillettes du mans for the charming waitress)

13/08/2024: What a nice surprise to Grayan and the hospital. A good place to taste delicious mussels. Hearty, lovely service, beautiful terrace and tables in the middle of a mini golf course. A few km from Soulac and Montalivet. Absolutely worth discovering. Nice bar with billiards. I almost forgot to tell you about the homemade planter's punch... a must-try. Open from 5 p.m. to midnight. Remember to book.

17/09/2024: I have been to this restaurant twice in a short time recently, and I am delighted. One evening with a friend, and a few days later I booked lunch with my son. A very high quality welcome, very good products, and a very pleasant setting. Very pleasant staff, attentive, and downright caring for us, really. I will return there with great pleasure.

11/03/2025: Workers’ restaurant. We jump back 40 years when we enter the room. Very friendly and welcoming boss. Fast service. Unique menu at a very affordable price. For this price, the food is decent but it's not gourmet.
