31/08/2024: Looking for a restaurant offering cheese specialties, we were advised to come to this restaurant. And we were not disappointed! Good quantities, excellent fondues. Superb dessert presentation. And a super pleasant waitress! I highly recommend this place.

15/08/2024: Atypical restaurant in the middle of the mountain. 30 minutes walk from the station. Beautiful presentation of the dishes, we had some really good grilled meats. Children's menu with a heart-shaped cucumber and super cute watermelon my daughter will love. We recommend+++

23/03/2024: Really good restaurant to enjoy an evening with friends. Traditional food from a relatively small menu (excluding pizza menu), dishes were full of flavour, well presented and quickly served. You definitely need to make a reservation, especially at the weekends, it’s cash only but worth a visit, enjoy a shot of Genevieve with the owner at the end of your meal.

21/09/2024: On a weekend in the Valgaudemard valley we were looking for a good romantic restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves both in terms of quality and quantity at an unbeatable price. The chef, a star, very welcoming and full of humor. We had a memorable evening. Go there with your eyes closed 👌

12/08/2024: Restaurant pas la hauteur de ce qu'il veut faire paraitre. Si la nourriture est correcte sans plus bien que peu copieuse (1 cote d'agneau par ex) tout le reste est déplorable. Vous commandez 3 portos blancs on vous en amène 3 rouges, on vous sert l'entrée alors que vous n'avez pas encore eu vos apéritifs, on veut vous faire goûter le vin rouge d'abord alors que vous n'avez pas eu les apéritifs et que vous avez commandé aussi du vin blanc pour l'entrée, on sert 2 plats principaux à 2 convives et les 4 autres attendent 10 mn pour être servis, et en digestif vous commandez 3 chartreuses vertes et on vous en amène ......... 3 jaunes. Et pour couronner le tout on se trompe de 60 € dans l'addition en votre défaveur. Restaurant à éviter

05/08/2024: Me temo que esta fue la peor comida que hemos tenido en nuestros viajes por Italia y Francia en las últimas 4 semanas. Somos vegetarianos y la elección fue muy pobre, el servicio fue mediocre (aparte de la camarera rubia)! . Había una opción para empezar y no hay opción para las comidas principales en su menú especial, así que tuvimos que elegir el menú de invitados (no estamos en casa de los huéspedes). Para principal tenía fideos vegetales que eran bastante sabrosos pero mis maridos pique bowl no era comestible, le faltaba sabor de cualquier tipo así que compartimos los fideos. Muy decepcionado con una comida muy promedio.

22/08/2024: Il faut réserver pour être sur de pouvoir y aller. Un menu enfant à 11e et des plats à des prix corrects à la vue de la qualité et de la quantité. Les "jaillets" sont très bons de même que le Burger. Le service est très sympathique. Une carte des vins avec des vins locaux. A conseiller

14/08/2024: Nous retournons toujours très volontiers chez NANY. Accueil et services attentionnés. Bonne ambiance .Nous avions pris le menu du jour qui était très bien , plats avec une présentation très soignée et gouteux . Très bon rapport qualité prix , le sourire et la bonne humeur de NANY en plus .

01/04/2024: Very nice place to take a break, the staff is very welcoming and the food is good. Here we serve you until the slopes close. Unlike the restaurant further up on the red rock plateau where the waiters are screaming!

23/07/2024: And summer too! We knew winter but not yet summer. Apart from the snow, the big difference is the calm! To get up there, it's worth it but access via the Casse du Boeuf chairlift is possible and it becomes easier. Then in less than 15 minutes of descent we arrive at Echaillon. Great welcome, games for children, pétanque, darts... You can spend the afternoon there! For the meal, the salads are superb but we decided to go with 2 magnificent beef ribs. Bravo for the sauces which accompany wonderfully. We will come back!

18/07/2024: Everything was perfect during our visit on July 17, 2024. The splendid view, the spaced terrace tables, the wine list, the barbecue grills - we hadn't eaten such a good duck breast for a while - the games that kept our children busy (bouncy castle, swing, trampoline), ultra-attentive service. The prices were really reasonable for a mountain restaurant. Thank you again for taking pity on us and bringing my tired mother back to the Casse du Boeuf. Children will remember this jeep ride for a long time. We will definitely come back in winter and hope that the prime rib will still be on the menu.

23/08/2024: Équipe professionnelle, accueillante, chaleureuse, bienveillante. Produits d’une extrême fraîcheur. Tout est délicieux et fait maison. Le service adorable et remarquable aux petits soins pour les clients même à 4 pattes 😊 Très beau choix de repas, pour les végétariens également Rapport qualité / prix très honnête ne changez rien ! Soirée concert juste divine 🙏mille merci pour toutes les jolies pauses que nous avons partagées chez vous 🙏 À bientôt prenez soin de tous.

07/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, l'accueil est parfait, la nourriture excellente pour un prix raisonnable. Je conseille choucroute et joue de bœuf, mais tous les plats ont l'air succulents.
