20/04/2026: Very expensive for very basic dishes that are just an assembly of ingredients, no cooking involved. Avoid this place.

04/04/2026: Fantastic relaxed stay, tried the Le Wok with prawns....5* but maybe a bit pricy. Beatiful glas of Rose with ice cubes and friendly and personal service.

31/01/2026: The baguettes were basically delicious and fresh, we didn't regret the purchase. However, I have a feeling that there are better choices in the city in terms of price-value ratio or taste. It's definitely worth trying once, but it's not my favorite place.

27/02/2026: The problem with restaurants that have a monopoly on a particular area. Being the only restaurant in the resort, we're forced to eat there if we don't bring our own food. The ordering and kitchen organization needs improvement. Dishes arrive staggered over an hour; one day the pizzas are late, another day the fries. The managers' response: you can go somewhere else. Of course, you can, but it's not easy when you arrive by shuttle and the nearest restaurants are much further away. In the end, you get cold food of mediocre quality, but the children have to eat. If possible, we'll avoid it, or perhaps when the management finally relinquishes their probably profitable business... On the positive side: Suzanne, the waitress, who does her best, and the magnificent view.

24/02/2026: An unreasonable wait, 45 minutes for a pizza, and to top it off, today, February 24, 2026, we were told the kitchen was 'closing' and no more orders could be placed!!! After a long morning of skiing, lunch was impossible. Staff shortages??? Poor management?? It's high time Chalet des Plagnes hired more staff, I think!!!

06/04/2026: Fantastic experience at Restaurant Les 3 Ours! Honestly, a wonderful discovery during my vacation. The setting is warm and inviting, with a truly authentic mountain atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The dishes are delicious, generously portioned, and bursting with flavor. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and the food is prepared with care. The price is very reasonable for the location. The service also deserves a mention: a warm welcome, a friendly, pleasant, and professional team. You immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend it, and I will gladly return on my next trip to Risoul!

05/04/2026: We all ordered drinks but two of us wanted to share a burger and got charged 10 extra euros for the privilege. This just feels like money grabbing. Some of the other reviews make interesting reading and I wish I'd read them before sitting down here. I'll go hungry before I spend another cent here.

11/03/2026: We were a group of 70 people and spent a weekend in Briançon thanks the help and advice of Serre Chevalier reservation organization which helps us in any step. This is the second year (last year we were 100) that we ask help to Serre Chevalier organization and every year we found professionality and efficience. I think that Serre Chevalier Valley is the greatest place for group offering many activities and very well organized and Serre Chevaleri Organization is over the Top! See you next year!!!

18/12/2025: After booking accommodation for February in October, I had to cancel five days later due to date conflicts. The platform refused to refund my deposit of over €300 because the owner didn't want to. Finally, the platform contacted me two months later to inform me that the apartment had been re-let, and they refunded my deposit. Thank you to them.

01/04/2026: It's a shame, despite the team in place doing their best. A top-notch head chef 👍, it's lost its luster 😏🙏🙄. Let's give the new management time to get everything in place. Good luck 🙏👍✨🐘✨

10/03/2026: Run away, friends!!! I don't even know where to begin. The reception? They handed us the key and pointed us to the hotel, which is located across a road, without showing us around or explaining anything. Be warned, if you have children, the road you have to cross to get to the hotel is extremely dangerous; you risk your life. The room? Oh my god!! Well, I'll post some pictures so you can judge for yourselves. Breakfast? No explanation whatsoever, except for the first door on the left. €12 for nothing: an orange juice machine that didn't work, no fresh bread, only frozen bread that we had to ask for because there wasn't any. Not to mention the hygiene. In short, avoid this place.

06/02/2026: Never, ever go in. The atmosphere is gloomy from the moment you walk in (very dark, not a sound, old-fashioned...). There's a serious lack of hygiene: dirty cutlery, hair in our food. No menu was offered; only the "Alpine Platter" was available. The other dishes were supposedly out of stock... €16 for a plate consisting mostly of salad, with only three frozen tourtons, three slices of cured ham, and a supermarket baguette—all very bland. Definitely avoid this place.

20/01/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The owner will soon be choosing your menu 🤣 There's no menu, she's the one who orders!! They serve Lidl-brand Coke, and when you order fries with your meat, you get pasta, etc. Seriously, avoid this place!!!

12/09/2025: Zero stars for the service (it's a shame zero doesn't exist); I turned right around as soon as I walked in because the woman was so unpleasant to customers! Avoid this place!
