30/07/2026: The welcome from the chef was deplorable, even aggressive, because we were 6 minutes late. The restaurant presents itself as a semi-gastronomic fusion establishment, but it clearly targets a foreign clientele passing through, charmed by the location. In the evening, the basic menu (starter, main course, dessert) is €69 with three choices per course (including a fairly standard option, always with a supplement). - The amuse-bouche and starters were quite simple and unoriginal, but well executed. - For the main course: The scallops were overcooked, and the supposedly "crisp" vegetables were actually almost raw and very difficult to digest. - The dessert (chocolate cake) was okay. The service is efficient and tries to compensate for the unpleasant atmosphere created by the chef. The setting is pleasant, the decor minimalist (checkered tablecloths, LED lamps). The restaurant refused service to people who requested a table for dinner at 9 pm, even though the terrace was already almost empty. Indeed: By 10 pm at the latest, everyone is out! In short, a place with potential, a team that tries, but it's so ruined by an unpleasant owner who doesn't bring the technical skill or originality expected for this type of restaurant. If you're looking to be publicly berated by an irascible chef, and to pay nearly €180 for two people for three standard courses and two cocktails whose only redeeming quality is being refreshing in this sweltering heat, then this is an excellent choice (with all due irony). However, this restaurant is to be avoided if your goal is to enjoy a pleasant evening in a semi-gastronomic setting.

29/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at Les Fleurs d'Olargues. The food was excellent and the service very pleasant. As for the view, what a joy to see the village from the other side of the river!

21/08/2026: Everything was excellent: the cocktails, the tapas (with a big thumbs up for the roasted Camembert), the service, and of course the setting, which was truly lovely. A fantastic place where we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

Just a little encouragement for the young woman who provided very professional service: a little more smile would make it perfect. It's not always easy, but it's important. 29/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome in a charming and romantic setting. The quality, originality, and creativity of the dishes make it one of the highlights of Sète's gastronomy. A culinary experience not to be missed under any circumstances! For example, the sea bream cappuccino and the lobster salad (they're so delicious, you could have them as a main course or dessert).

21/07/2026: I'm not sure how to describe this restaurant. I'm perplexed. The menu is full of promise, but the food can be disappointing. Not that the food is bad, but the chef seems to lose focus on the presentation and adherence to the menu's description. All the staff are very kind, welcoming, and smiling. There was a rather long wait between courses. As for the price, the restaurant offers a set menu for €39.

20/07/2026: A lovely terrace, a lively neighborhood, and delightful staff. But what truly completes the picture is the quality of the meat. We thoroughly enjoyed it; it had been a long time since we'd had such a good ribeye steak! The only slight drawback was the quality of the bread, which was served very dry, but that's a minor detail considering the weather.

22/08/2026: I'd walked past this tea room/café several times without stopping, and what a mistake that was! Located in a courtyard right in the city center on Rue de la Loge, this establishment offers a relaxing moment in the shade and peaceful surroundings. Even though the terrace was full and it took a little while for a server to notice me, once I ordered, the coffee arrived quickly. They offer a wide selection of teas and coffees, and the menu is clear and easy to understand, even for people like me who aren't coffee experts! Excellent value for money in terms of quality, atmosphere, and price. The building's architecture is beautiful, and the interior is tastefully decorated. They also offer a wide selection of cakes, each one looking more delicious than the last! In short, don't hesitate to stop by if you're looking for a quiet place and enjoy discovering new coffee and tea flavors!

21/08/2026: A discreet sign catches our eye, revealing a small, shaded courtyard behind a porch, home to this charming tea room. You have to be observant to spot it, but once inside, you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed sampling the menu, with a slight reservation about the chocolates served, although the raspberry-pistachio tart was a delightful memory. Second visit: We appreciated this delightful little break. The portions were perfectly balanced and seasoned. The value for money was excellent, with professional and pleasant service. For dessert, we opted for the crumble, which was remarkably good! We will gladly return.

03/05/2026: We had lunch as a family (5 people). The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, which was a real plus. All the staff were very attentive to our well-being from the beginning to the end of our meal. The amuse-bouches, the gratinated oysters, and the mixed fish platter were excellent and generous. The homemade desserts were also excellent and plentiful. Thank you for this wonderful, relaxing experience.

21/08/2026: Honestly, a nice place with a good atmosphere. The food isn't gourmet, but it's perfectly decent and consistent with the price range. The service is pleasant, the setting is nice, and the value for money is fair. A good place for a simple meal in a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere.
