30/08/2026: After a short hike up Pic Saint-Loup, it was time for dinner, and we stopped at this restaurant, which I would describe as "exceptional." The fantastic manager made room for seven of us without a reservation. The service was excellent and very friendly, the meal was generous and high-quality, everything was fresh, and it showed in the presentation. The homemade dessert was a must-try! 25/09/2026: From the moment we arrived, it felt like somewhere truly special. The Nordic-inspired dishes were beautifully presented, with so much care and attention to detail. My smoked mackerel starter was absolutely delicious — almost too beautiful to eat! My scallop main course was equally wonderful, with the scallops perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavour. It was one of those meals that you want to savour and remember, rather than simply eat and move on from. A very special restaurant, perfect for celebrating an occasion or simply treating yourself to something memorable. If you’re in the Olargues area, I really wouldn’t miss it

16/09/2026: La Table de Florensac! It's impossible for us to visit the region without stopping by to enjoy some wonderful moments, whether for lunch or dinner. A true gem to discover without hesitation! From appetizer to dessert, everything is executed with remarkable precision and bold flavor combinations. Just yesterday, I ate rabbit saddle stuffed with fresh goat cheese from the Peyral farm, roasted with smoked bacon... what a feat of preparation behind these delicious morsels! These saddles are just a small sample of everything you can enjoy there, both visually and gastronomically. The welcome is incredibly warm, and you can taste the love for a job well done in every dish. A must-try restaurant in the region.

03/09/2026: Top-notch restaurant, right on the harbor, quiet, inexpensive, delicious, and generous portions! The sausage rougail is excellent and filling, and the appetizers like spring rolls, bouchons, and samosas are super fresh. The extra touch is the excellent selection of cocktails, both virgin and non-virgin.

25/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome was very warm and the service attentive from beginning to end. I loved the combination of flavors: I tasted the melt-in-your-mouth pastilla, perfectly spiced, as well as the delicately prepared semolina served with its delicious, perfectly balanced broth. The tea is exquisite. The sorbets are homemade, especially the violet one. The atmosphere is cozy and the setting invites you to travel. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend!

09/09/2026: I'd wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, so I took advantage of Wednesday lunchtime to go with my son. The daily special was a guinea fowl pastilla, and I decided to give it a try! I ordered a mini couscous for my little one. Today, I paid the most expensive daily special of my life! €24.50 for a daily special? It would have been more accurate to call it a "suggestion of the day," since a daily special is usually an affordable lunch option! We still enjoyed our meal, but displaying the prices of dishes not on the menu would be helpful to avoid this kind of surprise!
