08/01/2026: While on holiday in Marseillan, we went to eat in Sète and chose the Porto Pollo restaurant. The owner was super friendly, the setting was lovely, the restaurant pleasant, and the staff were friendly. And of course, most importantly, the food! Honestly, I was afraid I'd be disappointed, but not at all! The price was reasonable and it was very good; I thoroughly enjoyed it. Initially chosen for the quality of their wines, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, the delicious food, and the beautiful setting. Kudos to the team for their warm and attentive service. A truly wonderful discovery!

01/03/2026: We came as a family to try the seafood macaronade. It was very good and very generous, but there were fewer stuffed mussels than usual, and the langoustines were also missing. Furthermore, instead of being served on our plates, two large platters were brought to the table almost simultaneously with the aperitifs. The wines we ordered were served nearly at the end of the meal. There was no system in place to keep the dishes warm on the table: the macaronade was cold.... There was no bread on the table either. We were disappointed with the service, but the staff were pleasant.

23/02/2026: A wonderful experience at Mathi’s in Béziers: a warm and truly professional welcome. You can taste the homemade quality in every dish, with flavorful meals prepared with care. I highly recommend this place.

03/01/2026: January 3rd. Eight of us went in at 6:20 PM (they closed at 7:00 PM) and the waiter told us they were out of crepes, hot chocolate… it was all a bit strange. I got the impression they didn't want to serve us because it was "late."

14/02/2026: What a delightful surprise this little restaurant was! The food was delicious, the ingredients were top-quality, and everything was homemade. The owners are warm, kind, and welcoming. We had a wonderful Valentine's Day, with thoughtful touches in every detail! We will definitely be back when we're in the area! Future loyal customers of Toulouse!

04/03/2026: We found this quiet gem late during our time in Montreal, but we made up for lost time as best we could. Here is a place where the neighborhood gathers to savor simple yet deceptively complex and perfectly portioned meals (vegetables!), reasonably priced, that one wants and should eat daily. Like the proverbial apple, a lunch a day at le Dauphin keeps the doctor away – but also puts a smile on the face and lightens the heart. Bon appetit!

06/02/2026: Wow, a warm and welcoming place with generous cuisine 🙏 simple yet inventive, homemade food at such affordable prices (it still exists 🫶), it gets incredibly busy so booking is probably recommended, even though I was lucky enough to find a table ☀️👍 and the staff are lovely

Next time better read! • Tiny bathroom without a clean mirror • Located on Mèze’s busiest street (noise and fumes if window is open) • Not suitable for guests with mobility issues • No outdoor lighting at night when returning
