22/02/2026: Excessive prices, a simple chocolate éclair is €4!! Further down, they're excellent and only €2.70!! Breads: excessively priced. Further down at the Corniche bakery: normal prices. Nothing extraordinary about this bakery except that it has an enclosed terrace, but people smoke a lot on this "CLOSED" terrace, and you're forced to put up with the smoke, especially for children and those sensitive to tobacco. So personally, even though I live nearby, I don't go back because of the high prices, the sandwiches with no real ingredients, the smoking under the enclosed terrace, and the staff who aren't exactly friendly... It works because there's a swimming pool next door, and in the summer, it's a tourist trap.

25/01/2026: Convenient bakery with parking... We ordered some excellent cakes... However, this weekend we picked up some pastries that weren't fresh. Therefore, it's best to order ahead to ensure freshness.

25/05/2026: For a drink order for 15 people, we asked for a glass of water, but the blonde woman who thinks she's Brigitte Bardot refused to serve us. Avoid this place; it's unprofessional and unwelcoming.

09/05/2026: Very bad, frozen fish right by the harbor, which is a shame. We realized what was wrong when we were served in under two minutes. Furthermore, the restaurant was large and empty, and the owner crammed everyone into the same area… it wasn't good, I don't recommend it.

27/06/2025: A clearly disappointing experience. Extremely noisy, we couldn't hear ourselves speak or when the waitresses came to see us. The food was catastrophic: the tomato and mozzarella starter had no flavor, the salad underneath was hard and bitter. I won't comment on the rest of the order, the plate was completely undressed. The waitresses were in flip-flops 🤦 Really not a pleasant place to eat or sit quietly on the terrace. Being in the business, a lot of things shocked me.

26/05/2026: During our visit to Marseillan, we stopped at La Taverne du Port and we don't regret it at all 😋 We had a starter where the duck breast was melt-in-your-mouth tender and very flavorful, followed by a perfectly cooked skate wing with a very soothing sauce. The chef came to us to offer advice, and the waitress was very attentive. This establishment is more than adequate. Thank you, and good value for money.

25/05/2026: Excellent place. We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. The starter was generous and delicious, the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the side dish was carefully prepared and flavorful, and the cuttlefish was cooked to perfection. The ingredients are of very high quality, and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely return and highly recommend the cuisine of this wonderful new team. Thank you for a lovely time on your terrace!

29/06/2026: I had a wonderful time at this spa. I had a body scrub and a massage with Alexandra. And she was Great! She was very nice, spoke excellent English, and, most importantly, performed both treatments with great care and professionalism. The rest of the spa was also very comfortable and relaxing. The saltwater swimming pool was lovely and not crowded, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant. I also enjoyed the restaurant on the terrase, which offers a beautiful sea view and delicious food and drinks. However, if you would like a table with the best view of the sea, you need to book it in advance.

14/03/2026: Discovered a very pretty place in a calm and pleasant setting. The grilled food was delicious and accompanied by a quality wine. The gîte we stayed in was very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

01/06/2026: Not being vacationers, we come regularly at different times of the year. We've seen several waiters come and go, and last night's waiter hit the jackpot... unfortunately, because of him, we won't be returning and won't recommend it to our many guests, which is a shame... The waiter is disconcertingly nonchalant. Politeness is apparently optional. Except for friends who arrive... he sets down our drinks with a rather disturbing disdain. My husband went to pay, and things didn't improve, except for a woman who I think manages the place, who was pleasant... As we were leaving, my husband told me we're never setting foot in here again... people think tourists are the only ones who matter to the business, but that's wrong... In any case, it's a shame because we love the place, but such contempt is unacceptable

15/03/2026: This is a restaurant we've always had a very good reputation for… unfortunately, you prefer to make us understand that we should leave rather than tell us that you'd like to close… there are better and more polite ways to do this…

07/03/2026: A very bad experience. The restaurant was overpriced for the extremely poor quality. €210 for 5 people (5 courses, 2 starters, a bottle of sparkling water). The vegetarian starter consisted of potato gratin, mashed potatoes, and rice (sic). The main courses were particularly bad; the mussels were inedible and far too overcooked. The fish soup was mediocre at best. In short, avoid this place at all costs; it offers the worst value for money in La Grande Motte. The only positive point is its location on the port.

16/09/2025: Excellent deli food with a different menu every day: meat or fish. The 🥘 is very good, and the rotisserie is great, with plenty of choice and generous portions of fries to go with it.

06/09/2025: Chicken with potatoes isn't too bad for the price. On the other hand, the fish paella costs over €15 per kilo, or when served, they give you a lot of rice and not enough shrimp, mussels, etc. It's very expensive for overcooked, undercooked rice. The dish is bland, but the bill is steep.

14/06/2026: The restaurant was nothing like previous years. I was disappointed with the spritz (not even sure it was prosecco, it was incredibly flat) at €10 a glass, the main course was nothing special, the €10 glass of champagne was just a tiny glass, and the state of the toilets was appalling – clearly understaffed.

04/06/2026: Superb setting, great food and atmosphere.

30/06/2026: The atmosphere and service were fine. However... my girlfriend and I ordered tagliatelle with salmon. We loved it at first! Except that a few hours later, my girlfriend got a stomach ache and felt sick. Later that evening, I also became ill. We wondered if the salmon was fresh...!?

30/06/2026: A pleasant restaurant with a warm welcome and friendly staff. We enjoyed the terrace, especially the misting system, which was very welcome on a hot day. However, the terrace is a bit cramped. We were quite close together, and it was sometimes difficult for the servers to move around or place the dishes when the table was full. As for the food, the value for money is decent. I chose a salad, which was generous and well-dressed, but I found it a little bland for my taste. On the other hand, the mussels were good. Overall, we had a good time. It's not the best restaurant we've tried, but the service was pleasant.
