23/10/2024: Endlich ist dieses Restaurant wieder regelmäßig geöffnet - auch jetzt, außerhalb der Saison.
Neue Wirtsleute, die ihr Fach verstehen und mit Engagement für die Gäste wirken.
Der Koch kann sich hier richtig entfalten und tut das mit Erfolg. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, nicht zu anspruchsvoll, und das, was angeboten wird, schmeckt ausgezeichnet.
Der Wirt kennt die Weine der Region und empfiehlt sie gerne. Insbesondere die Rotweine von Saint Chinian können sich mit jeder anderen Herkunft, sei es Bordeaux oder Burgund, auf Augenhöhe vergleichen lassen.
Der Service ist persönlich und freundlich. Die Preise sind günstig.
08/10/2024: Un petit restaurant très sympathique avec de nouveaux propriétaires qui sont très gentils, une ambiance chaleureuse, conviviale les plats sont variés et vraiment très bon je recommande !!!!

02/12/2024: I do not recommend the parking lot of this restaurant, you are forced to consume a certain amount in order to be able to sleep in the truck for 9 hours in their parking lot, which is like an SOS
24/11/2024: Very good roadside restaurant with a formula for €18.50: starter buffet, hot main course and dessert and cheese buffet.
Very good welcome and large enough parking
Just a shame about the excessive price of drinks, for example €1.80 per coffee!

15/12/2024: Entered the restaurant around 7 p.m., the staff was friendly, unfortunately the door kept opening, so it felt bitterly cold. Unfortunately the food was miserable (the baguette was old) the prawns were soft, brownish and musty. Not one was good. The salad was really fresh and had a delicious dressing. My husband had Lotte, who wasn't good either. Tourist trap, a lot of money for nothing.
18/11/2024: I don't like leaving a bad comment. I hesitated for a long time before leaving this one but since October 4 when I had lunch in this restaurant with a friend I have not lost my temper at the sight of the receipt that I “preciously” kept. 12 gratinated mussels ordered, 11 arrived, extremely small. Gratinated? They only had the name! So 1 euro per tiny mussel!!!, just sprinkled with a little breadcrumbs (no garlic, no parsley!).
As for the "royal" platter, the photo speaks for itself... I'm giving it 2 stars rather than one because we didn't taste the rest of the menu. In short, very disappointed, an experience that we will not repeat!

The hotel apartments have been well designed. The place is magnificent, very quiet. The dishes served were delicious. We will come back

03/10/2024: Accueil très agréable, serveuse souriante et patronne pleine d'humour.
Nous avons opté pour les tapas avec dégustation de muscat, nous avons regardé avec envie les plats servis sur les tables voisines.
Fondants et nougat glacé au top.
Explications sur la provenance et le fais maison des produits.
Nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.
Merci pour cette belle dégustation.
02/10/2024: Excellent et fait maison, préparé dans le respect des recettes traditionnelles, merci pour ce bon moment culinaire. Même la soupe de poissons de roche est faite maison, ce qui est vraiment rare aujourd'hui.

31/08/2024: Service lamentable ..obliger de demander une fourchette 3 fois de suite , serveuse qui souffle .. serveur blond qui améne la fourchette en nous lançant un regard de travers . malgré le repas correct comment se fait il que ce restaurant a baissé fortement dans l'accueil , le professionnalisme ,quelle deception .

03/09/2024: J'ai procédé à une pré réservation sur le site d'abonnement avec prise d'empreinte bancaire. A défaut de tout retour, j'ai tenté de contacter APONEM à trois reprises via leur messagerie et par SMS sans aucun rappel en dix jours. J'annule donc ma réservation avec le sentiment d'un profond mépris d'Aponem pour ses clients
03/09/2024: Never seen before! I made a pre-reservation on the website of this restaurant with fingerprinting. In the absence of confirmation and after several days of waiting, I tried to contact APONEM three times leaving two messages and an SMS.
I was never contacted. I therefore cancel the reservation.
What contempt for customers!

Cuisine très bonne et rapide
Service à déplorer : aucune communication avec le client, la carafe et assiettes sont débarrassés au plus vite et les desserts ne sont pas proposés c'est une honte.

21/05/2024: Discovered last year, we are delighted with the choice of ice creams, in a cone or in a small bowl, great value for money, message to the flavor creators: make the lime/basil ice cream again, it was incredibly good!!! Very nice team!
