Clean and nice restaurant.
Parking a bit small.
The manager is very nice.
17/08/2024: We spent one night there, and it was already too much, room did not match the photo. Bathroom 1m2 you can go to the toilet at the same time as washing not worthy of a so-called 2 star. Room not very clean, in the attic without any respectable air conditioning.
We cannot judge the meal because the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival.
We will not return, my children are very disappointed with their nights.

05/08/2024: The hotel is ideally located, making it a perfect choice for exploring the area. The premises are impeccably clean and the establishment exudes a lot of charm. The staff is very friendly, which makes the stay even more pleasant. We were a family of five, with three children, and the suite was extremely spacious, providing all the necessary comfort. The decoration is also very beautiful, adding an extra touch to the warm ambiance of the hotel. I highly recommend this place !

10/09/2024: Nous sommes venus pour un dîner en famille. Le cadre de cette brasserie est très chaleureux avec un beau décor. La carte est très fournie et les plats, bien que simples, sont très bons. Le service est généralement assez rapide. D'habitude, les serveurs sont très aimables, mais, ce soir-là, la serveuse n'était pas des plus professionnelles. Je retournerai dans cette brasserie avec plaisir !

01/08/2024: Very disapointed. We booked for our business lunch. We arrived at 12:40, we had our meal at 1:30 p.m. with no apology from the staff either when the dishes arrived or during payment.
The dish was quite good, cooking to be reviewed on the 2 burgers and several times this happened again.
A little attention would have been appreciated from the almost 1 hour wait.
We should not have a time requirement afterwards if we come to eat there, because this is not the first time where the delays are very long.
24/07/2024: The meal was delicious—I recommend the sea bream and crème brûlée. In addition, the restaurant staff is very friendly and friendly.

10/09/2024: Casual spot right outside Amboise Castle. Attentive service, and all of our food was outstanding. Our party of six did not have a reservation but we were seated at 7 and experienced no difficulties. Mixed drinks were good, wine and beer selection were decent and the food was really well done. Standouts were the chimmichurri burger, mallard (duck) French fries were light in color but incredibly crispy. If you are seeking a salad the Caesar with chicken was chock full of wonderful chicken.

08/09/2024: There are two of us and we each order a burger. We realize that we were not asked for cooking. When we received the burgers we learned that the steaks were all done because they were frozen (rare was not possible). Bravo already: with little choice on the menu and given the prices we could expect something fresh... well no!
As indicated on the menu, each dish comes with a signature (tasteless) sauce, fries and salad. But the salad doesn't arrive. We ask for it but we are told that it is extra! The tip bowl was empty, we wonder why!

I tasted the fresh salmon escalope a la plancha: a treat for the eyes and taste buds! Little crush on this charmelcia sauce! Thanks and gratitude to the whole team! You are doing excellent work! Everything here is good and generous thanks to you! The icing on the cake: come and sit on the terrace, a little corner of paradise :)

12/09/2024: From start to finish this meal was fantastic. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, wonderful presentation. We loved the quaint atmosphere of the bistro and the service was very good and patient with out lack of the French language. If you visit Tours, Les Negociants is a must do.
