15/11/2025: Very noisy ventilation system. The staff were absolutely fantastic.

10/11/2025: Very disappointing for a Campanile hotel. I booked a "Next Generation" room with a large double bed, as shown in the photos. Upon arrival, I was given an old, poorly maintained room with stained carpet and two single beds. Nothing like what was advertised, especially for such a high price. The room had no heating, the soundproofing was poor, and it overlooked a rather noisy parking lot. Another very disappointing point: the room wasn't cleaned during my three-night stay. I was told I had to request it at reception, which is unacceptable, especially without any prior notice. The sign supposedly indicating "Do Not Disturb" or "Please Clean the Room" was actually a rental car box, proof that the rooms aren't properly inspected. Finally, there was no tea or coffee, not even instant, and only one cardboard cup for three nights. For a hotel costing over €70 a night, this is clearly insufficient. At that price point, a Formula 1 hotel across the street would probably offer equivalent, or even better, service for half the price.

17/08/2025: Didn't try lunch. Friendly and efficient service. A variety of high-quality beers. Beautiful platters, not too expensive and delicious.

17/01/2026: Appalling service. Arrived at 7:30 PM, served at 10:45 PM – it's a disgrace. They couldn't handle groups of more than three people. Complete incompetence. Absolutely avoid this place. You've been warned...

06/12/2025: Passing through Richelieu for the Christmas market, I had a wonderful and delicious discovery at this restaurant. The welcome was very friendly. The chef and the waitstaff deserve high praise. Absolutely top-notch! 🥲

13/09/2024: Un endroit romantique à souhait. Une cuisine de qualité et des desserts délicieux qui revisitent les standards avec brio. La présentation des plats est à la hauteur du goût. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel qui reste courtois malgré l'indelicatesse de certains clients. Le tout pour un prix plus que raisonnable.

12/09/2024: Havre de paix au milieux des jardins, c est vraiment agréable de déjeuner dans cet endroit si élégant. Acceuil professionnel et souriant. Malgré un manque de personnel nous avons été très bien reçu. Pris le brunch ( merci les commentaires des autres internautes 😉) Plateau copieux, avec petit beurre demi sel pour la charcuterie, confiture cerise pour le fromage. Bon rapport qualité/ prix.

14/12/2024: It’s a shame… me and my family came on Saturday December 14 at noon and what a disappointment! Between the dishes which took 40 minutes to be served cold :/ and the cruel lack of care given to the vegetables and starchy foods it is, once again, a shame. I think there is real work to be done, both on the friendliness of the staff in charge of the grills and the general operation (the pagers are obviously having synchronization problems). I wish you courage knowing the difficult economic situation of the brand. I would be sad to see it disappear, so please do what is necessary to restore this image which continues to deteriorate.

07/12/2024: On a family outing after visiting the castle's Christmas decorations, we sit down for a drink. Two kyr without syrups when requested, same for beer and diabolo, no syrups. Well so far not so bad. My partner paid once we were served. Only 20m later, once we had left, we were approached twice as if we were thieves and had left without paying. Proof of payment requested. Only to realize their mistake. Ashamed ! Little advice: when you kindly come for a drink (without syrup) remember to remind them that YOU PAID.

20/10/2024: Excessive price for an unrecommendable quality of ice cream and Viennese chocolate. We do not recommend this terrace.

26/11/2025: The showers are closed and it's not possible to shower, and all the toilets are closed except for one that was full of 💩

11/12/2024: I had ordered a cake and by the time she served me the cake I wanted to go to the toilet and then she told me no sorry you can't go to the toilet you still need a cake it's not like you are going to give me my figure

09/12/2024: Really disgusting chai latte that consisted only of hot powdered milk. All this for 4€10. I absolutely do not recommend it, it's a waste of money. However, I can highly recommend their hot chocolate which is very, very good (even if slightly too sweet if I can nitpick a little on the details) and their pastries too!

26/09/2024: Long live frozen pies... Buying a pie at the end of the day For the evening with guests and the surprise still frozen.

24/09/2024: Passing by at 6:45 a.m., 15 minutes after opening, I take my coffee and croissant and to my surprise the croissant was really not from the frozen day the day before or I know where they get them from but very disappointed to the quality today I complained to the waiter but he persisted that all their products are fresh Ok last visit today

14/12/2025: Lunch with friends, the food was delicious as usual... Problems were surely due to the renovations, the welcome and service were mediocre... We were looking for a waiter to bring the wine, to pay??? ... And another major disappointment!... The aperitif was awful!... A small container of (not very good) chips for 5 people???... What happened?

12/09/2025: Dinner on 12/9/2025 It was already 8:30 PM, but the restaurant was packed. The appetizer was fish tartar (delicious), the main course was mashed potato and pork (very salty), and the dessert was lemon mousse (delicious). Because it was packed, the food was served very slowly.

09/08/2025: The welcome and friendliness at Clos d'Ussé are remarkable. You immediately feel at home. The rooms, the decor, the food, and Murielle's welcome will remain a wonderful memory of our cycling holiday along the Loire. A big thank you!

05/07/2025: For more than 10 days we have been trying to contact this hotel-restaurant: the website displays the error message "inaccessible" and the telephone leads to an anonymous voicemail which does not return calls.

21/10/2024: Congratulations to Feuillette for the gift given for our anniversary. It’s a very nice commercial gesture. Accustomed to Feuillette St Cyr sur Loire, I was at Feuillette Tours Nord for the second time... The welcome there was much more pleasant than 5 months ago, and that is a positive point. On the other hand, the individual caramelized flaky brioches underneath are clearly less good and much drier than in the other pastry shop... too bad... I thought the recipes were identical in all your stores...??

19/10/2024: Very well received service does not make you wait once a day I meet my former work colleagues the only complaint is that I will put too much flour on the bread but that does not prevent it from tasting
