03/09/2024: Checkout with a very unpleasant cashier and what's more he passed my purchases by pushing without giving me time to empty my cart and even less time to put away what damaged some of my products. Really very unpleasant for me. I hope I don't have to deal with him anymore. What a pleasure it is to have a smile and to be able to share a few words. Sorry for this unpleasant review because since I have been shopping with you I have always had pleasant cashiers. If this gentleman doesn't like his job, he should change it.

31/08/2024: Un petit restaurant d apparence et pourtant très grand dans l assiette ,nous y avons dîner en couplé un soir, intérieur du restaurant très conviviale, la serveuse très sympathique, et des assiettes aussi belle que bonne, petit plus pour le poisson pour ma part! Nous avons été très content de l expérience , si vous passer par là profitez en .pour nous c est sur qu à notre prochain passage on s arrêtera!

11/11/2024: Nice discovery, plates are up to par. A little wait, you have to be lenient, there are only 2 of them. Mr. in the kitchen, Mrs. at the service. Well done our taste buds were delighted!!

28/09/2024: Lamentable. The restaurant accepts a reservation, confirms by telephone, and upon arrival refuses the table, explaining that they cannot accommodate us and sends us back to the castle tavern. Unacceptable. A very big thank you to the tavern who did its utmost to ensure and welcome us.
12/09/2024: This hotel has remained in its original state and that is what makes it authentic. The owner is very nice and deserves a lot of credit for the running of her hotel and restaurant. The rooms are simple but functional. The meals are fresh and delicious. Thank you for your welcome.

We will come back on our next getaway to Chinon
As planned we came back to have our aperitif. There have been some changes to the cafe but still welcoming. And we were lucky that its card payment center worked again for our payment.

11/11/2024: Small family dinner. The welcome was pleasant, the service professional and fast.
Hesitating about an aperitif, the waitress did not hesitate to offer me a snack and served me a glass (rare enough to be noted and very appreciated, thank you!).
While waiting for the children's menus, the owner offered my daughters markers to keep them waiting and was friendly and accessible during the meal.
On the plate, the dishes are good, try to favor homemade fries instead of frozen fries and the score will be perfect.
Overall, very good value for money.
I recommend this establishment.

11/12/2024: I had ordered a cake and by the time she served me the cake I wanted to go to the toilet and then she told me no sorry you can't go to the toilet you still need a cake it's not like you are going to give me my figure
09/12/2024: Really disgusting chai latte that consisted only of hot powdered milk. All this for 4€10. I absolutely do not recommend it, it's a waste of money.
However, I can highly recommend their hot chocolate which is very, very good (even if slightly too sweet if I can nitpick a little on the details) and their pastries too!

En plus de cette attente interminable, crêpe au lieu de galette de sarrasin
