11/11/2024: Restaurant qui mérite de détour . Service avec les petits plus très agréable .Repas et service formidable . Plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles . Service attentionné . Chambre "charme" spacieuse avec lit très confortable Chambre calme , spacieuse et agréable . En revanche,l'exiguïté de l'espace WC est dommage . La possibilité de profiter de la piscine ,spa, sauna et hammam est un vrai plus.

05/11/2024: Tuvimos un excelente almuerzo vegano en familia - ese día probamos en particular un tatin de crepes (porcini) que estaba muy bueno. Pero también el aperitivo fue diseñado para asegurar que toda la comida sea muy satisfactoria (que a veces si es un poco corta en algunas ofertas veganas). Por último, pero no menos importante, llegamos tarde y nos fuimos, pero no sentimos presión de la persona que nos esperaba. Excelente en todos los niveles, muy recomendable.

23/09/2024: Sumptuous setting and above all very friendly staff who took great care of us. A romantic weekend which was enhanced by this “too” short stay. The SPA remains a very interesting element and we were able to take full advantage of it. See you soon!

06/09/2024: The food was excellent, a small but interesting menu in a great setting on the old part if Tours. The staff were attentive and helpful - and our dog was also made very welcome

04/09/2024: Fantastiskt god mat, köttet vi beställde var precis som vi önskade medium rear, perfekt rosa. Portionerna var lagom stora och allt var mycket vackert upplagt. Väldigt gott vin, trevlig personal.

26/08/2024: Repas entre amis, un samedi soir, excellent lieu et très beau cadre repas de qualité avec un service de qualité. Nous avons été servi rapidement et comme il faut. Manque peut-être de choix au niveau des bières pression. C’est quand même un repère des bons vivants, dommage qu’il y ait deux choix de grandes marques connues, on pourrait y trouver des bières locales, ce qui serait plus intéressant. Aucun café gourmand en dessert, ce qui pourrait être un point à améliorer. Il y a un seul rhum arrangé qui est d’ailleurs excellent, mais je pense qu’il pourrait y en avoir d’autres. et sinon, nous sommes très satisfait de ce repas entre amis .

03/09/2024: We came as a couple for one night and were well received. Several small drawbacks however. I requested in the optional romantic pack to add a soft drink as my partner was pregnant. Instead it was the bottle of Vouvray which was replaced by fruit juice which we found a bit of a shame Secondly, a large group booked the hotel at the same time as us, so no more places in the restaurant and more parking spaces. We would have appreciated being warned in advance These are small downsides and we would however like to thank all the people with whom we interacted for their helpfulness and welcome.

01/09/2024: Pleasant setting and beautiful building in the middle of a beautiful garden, however I found the rooms, certainly with sufficient equipment and clean, but which could do with a good bit of refreshing. For breakfast nothing to say, as for the staff, all professionals. The downside remains the relaxation area, not easy to access and above all shared with a senior residence.

19/09/2024: Lunch menu 15 euros, wine included, with choice, varied all-you-can-eat buffet, even with very good whelks and several dishes and desserts. Fast and pleasant service. I recommend this restaurant.

11/09/2024: A restaurant that I highly recommend. The restaurant is on the banks of the Cher in a warm, sober and modern setting. The dishes are made with local seasonal products. All the dishes are excellent and very well presented. The service is also very good, the waitress was very friendly and gave us very good advice/information on the dishes and wines.

03/09/2024: Une carte qui interroge sur les associations d’ingrédients… des surprises à chaque plat digne d’un étoilé !! Entre amis, nous avons plus parlé de ce que nous mangions que de parler ensemble…. cqdd !!! Belle découverte ! Merci au chef , Gilles Hemart, pour ce moment gustatif !!

01/09/2024: Exceptionnel. Le chef s'amuse à mélanger des saveurs, des textures...Salé /sucré, aérien/dense, croquant/moelleux, acidulé/doux. Les vins proposés (bios!) étaient parfaits et le personnel gentil et attentionné, à recommander sans hésitation

22/09/2024: Très joli cadre dans une bâtisse du XVe à 2 pas du château. Un menu entrée plat dessert très correct. Personnel très agréable et plats bien préparés et présentés avec harmonie .

20/09/2024: Lovely relaxed restaurant. Short but varied menu. Everything we had was delicious. Extremely good value compared to other meals out on this trip, very pleasant staff.

15/09/2024: Pleasant and friendly experience this afternoon Simple menu, beautiful presentation of the plate, lots of taste! Sufficient portion The three chocolate ice cream is a real treat with all that whipped cream. Very kind and smiling waitress. Too bad I forgot his first name...

14/09/2024: Station brasserie with decent cuisine Noisy room Efficient service but a little long to get dishes and a wait to pay due to a table of 12 people who paid before us and only one person to cash... Too bad because the service was provided by pleasant, welcoming and efficient people.

29/09/2024: Bruyant. Je n'ai jamais mangé des glaces aussi mauvaises. Trop d'attente. Presque 2 heures pour 2 plats. Restaurant à éviter.

18/09/2024: La carte est pauvre, la cuisine est tiède enfin pour moi pas assez chaude. J'ai pris une beuchel (24 €) , les rognons ne sont totalement débarrassés des parties croccantes, servi avec un gratin dauphinois, le tout trop tiède à mon goût. En dessert peu de choix or la tarte tatin que j'ai pris mais peu chaude, il propose un pain brulé . On s'attend à mieux dans un restaurant que du pain brulé.

01/04/2024: Relaxing stay in this charming estate with spa located near the many vineyards of the Loire Valley and 10 minutes from Amboise. The massages are great.

30/03/2024: Very good stay. The service was very good, smiling and friendly staff. Magnificent spa for us. We were having fun. Exceptional breakfast too. Equipped room. Everything went well.
