16/02/2026: Ah, Flunch, quite a story. My latest Flunch experience today; well, it was predictable. The place was packed and it was 1:00 PM. For the chain, these were extreme conditions. As for the menu choices... nothing left, as for the ice cream... nothing left, the vegetable selection was okay, but with the wait, you had to choose between hot meat without condiments or cold meat with vegetables. A crucial choice at Flunch. As for the cleanliness of the restrooms... well, you can't be everywhere at once. Flunch remains a true adventure where nothing is set in stone.

21/10/2024: Congratulations to Feuillette for the gift given for our anniversary. It’s a very nice commercial gesture. Accustomed to Feuillette St Cyr sur Loire, I was at Feuillette Tours Nord for the second time... The welcome there was much more pleasant than 5 months ago, and that is a positive point. On the other hand, the individual caramelized flaky brioches underneath are clearly less good and much drier than in the other pastry shop... too bad... I thought the recipes were identical in all your stores...??

19/10/2024: Very well received service does not make you wait once a day I meet my former work colleagues the only complaint is that I will put too much flour on the bread but that does not prevent it from tasting

02/02/2026: Another disappointing experience at this pickup point. My Chronopost parcel was marked as delivered, but the person there refused to scan my QR code and claimed not to have it, without actually checking. After Chronopost intervened, the parcel was finally located. On top of that, the service was unfriendly, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time. A little more professionalism and courtesy would be appreciated.

10/09/2025: Judging by some of the reviews, I think there must be another Chez Bilou in the village, because I wouldn't recommend the one I've been to even my worst enemies. The terrace is filled with locals who have probably been kicked out by their wives. A bartender who disinterestedly throws a "menu" at you, and when you've placed an order in your best French, he's too incompetent to clearly indicate what time it will be ready. So, you're left waiting for a few mini pizzas with undercooked crusts and burnt black crusts. If you're in the area... keep driving!

10/11/2025: We had a very good meal; the buckwheat crepes were very generous and delicious. The service was very friendly, thank you :)

08/09/2025: The whole organization needs to be reviewed; the wait is extremely long! Let's not even talk about the quality of the products; it's a disgrace for French gastronomy - what an image for foreigners who come to visit a magnificent place! An excessive price for the quality. There are more than numerous negative comments, but nothing has changed! Is there a manager at this place who is interested in the opinions of their customers?

03/01/2026: Good value for money as far as the restaurant is concerned. Pleasant under the covered terrace.

12/11/2025: An overcooked duck breast, barely edible, and served lukewarm to boot. Minimal service. You practically have to apologize for asking. How can such an establishment survive with this kind of approach? Avoid at all costs!!!

20/02/2026: Finished. Typical meal: dry, not at all fresh pastries.

01/02/2026: We came to eat two dishes, steak tartare, with two drinks and two coffees for €41. The steak wasn't very good; normally it's a nice, rare mince, but this was cheap meat with no taste, and expensive for the price. You're better off making it yourself at home. This is the first time I've been here, and it will be the last.

16/10/2025: Opening hours 10 a.m.-8 p.m. ...you come to collect your parcel at 7:20 p.m. and you find the door closed, no words, no information...if we add to that the lack of friendliness already experienced during a previous parcel visit... I will not select this relay point again
