In this charming restaurant steeped in history, you can take the time to savor sincere dishes made with local, homemade ingredients. A special mention goes to the farm-raised pork, locally sourced and fed on herbs and flaxseed 😋😋😋 The meat is remarkably tender, flavorful, and full of character, reminding us what real pork should taste like! We also greatly appreciated the wine selection, particularly the magnificent Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, which perfectly complemented the meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting; you can feel a genuine passion for the local produce and respect for the ingredients. This is a unique place that we wholeheartedly recommend and will gladly return to. A true gem for lovers of good food, homemade dishes, and authentic experiences. ❤️ SPASIBO

21/05/2026: If you are near Vouvray, please treat yourself and visit Le Table de Jopseph. We were a table of four and had the most amazing experience. The staff was most accommodating even with our limited French. Whatever the menu contains, the chef is performing magic in the kitchen. Typically French the menu was one price for all three courses. We had duck breat, sea bass, and veal. Desert was a rhubarb tart for me and fruit salad for the others. If you can, dine outside in the garden with birds singing and the fountain. You will not be disappointed.

13/04/2026: Simple and delicious cuisine, La Table de Joseph is a must-try on the banks of the Loire in Rochecorbon. The dining room is small but welcoming; it's a shame it was too early to eat on the terrace. The excellent service and superb wines made this lunch a real treat.

11/05/2026: Thank you to the owner for welcoming us around 3 pm for a late lunch today. The bobun was delicious, the pickled vegetables homemade, like everything else on the menu. We look forward to returning, perhaps with Led Zeppelin playing in the background.

08/07/2026: Delicious food and very friendly service. Prices are quite reasonable. It's a shame it's not always open in the evenings. But every beginning is difficult. They've clearly put a lot of effort into making the place nice, but they probably still lack the funds to give the small restaurant a truly cozy atmosphere. With a little more time, this place will surely become a hidden gem.

06/07/2026: Quiet place with super friendly hosts, fine cuisine, we even stayed on the terrace after the restaurant had closed.

18/05/2026: Staying at the hotel next door, we dined at the owners' recommendation. The food was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we were disappointed not to be able to return due to our departure. If you're in the area, book—you won't regret it.

30/06/2026: A delightful discovery! This crêperie is located in this (inevitably) very touristy area. The location is excellent, a little off the beaten path at the foot of the castle, and, most importantly 😀, the galettes and crêpes are superb! The welcome and service were very warm and quick, with ingredients that seemed to be of high quality. I'll definitely be back.

05/04/2026: Lunch with a set menu (main course + dessert) is available. The dishes are tastefully presented on beautiful plates, and the floral touch adds a lovely touch. The service is pleasant, with an all-female kitchen team. The restaurant also offers beers, wines, and spirits.

31/03/2026: I highly recommend the hand-cut steak tartare; it's absolutely divine! I didn't have a beer as an aperitif (it was a business lunch), even though the selection and quality of beers are incredible. I asked for water and got my own carafe of water all to myself 😉 The service was impeccable, with a touch of humor that made for a wonderful experience. I'll be back in September, as I won't be in the area at the moment.

18/05/2026: After an hour's wait without any explanation, despite several requests, the table behind us, which had just arrived, was served before us and other families who were waiting. We told them we were going to pay for our drinks and leave. We were told they were short-staffed in the kitchen. The manager, without an apology, told us, in an insolent and rude manner, "You should do it yourselves." What a lack of professionalism! A simple "Sorry, we're confused, I'll take care of your table right away..."—six covers, no less—might have made us wait a little longer... oh well! But they won't be seeing us again! Another major negative point: only one parking space for this large establishment, which also boasts a large terrace.
