Moreover, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the restaurant is located in one of Tours' liveliest neighborhoods. I highly recommend it for a simple and delicious meal.

20/08/2026: Passing through, this restaurant was a great find. The menu is small, which is often a sign of good home cooking, and that was certainly the case here. The service was excellent, pleasant, and friendly. Aperitif, daily special, dessert, and coffee were all very reasonably priced. A place to remember! 👍

22/07/2026: A warm welcome despite arriving without a reservation. A very good lunch in a clean and bright space. The staff were very pleasant, smiling, and efficient. The illustrated children's menu was a great help to the little ones when choosing. And the restrooms were spotless.

We ate at both the Toulon and Montlouis locations, and they were equally delicious 😍😍😍 We ordered the "foodie" menu, which I highly recommend before a walk because it's excellent and very generous!!!! Thank you to Aurore, Yvan (the terrible one), Sandrine, Alyson, Florian, Sacha, and Mathéo. Each of them brings their own personality to this unique place, making it an incredible restaurant!!!

30/08/2026: The staff were very unpleasant to non-French speakers. A word of advice to the staff: people may not speak fluent French, but they understand what you're saying. So please remain polite and professional.

25/08/2026: The must-visit board game bar in Tours! A really nice setting for a game night with friends or family. It's simple, and we love it, with tons of games! Just steps from the lovely Place Plumereau. You can also grab a bite to eat. Small menu, which is just right. Nice little terrace in the back courtyard. Be warned, it fills up quickly.

29/08/2026: This was a treat! We had the three course meal for €25 and it was fabulous. We got one of the two unbooked tables for the night at 7.00pm by 8.30 all the tables were full and it was a lovely atmosphere. The starter in particular was exceptional. It's a shame it's not open more often as we had tried to go there earlier in the week. There is only one person who is front of house so the service is a little slow but she worked exceptionally hard keeping everyone served. I would definitely recommend if your in Bourgueil and it's open. Just fabulous!
