Everything is excellent and expertly prepared. Finally, a village that has preserved its gastronomic heritage and the everyday life of yesteryear... a place to share and, above all, to congratulate them... thank you... we enjoyed ourselves just like in the old days! 12/10/2026: Our group of 12 hikers from the Haute-Marne region thoroughly enjoyed this inn, ideally located amidst magnificent scenery. The welcome was truly warm and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, and the toilets and showers, located in the hallway, are impeccably clean. The evening meal was hearty and delicious, with a touch of the Jura region. The varied breakfast provided a wonderful start to the day. Special mention goes to the very helpful and friendly chef, who generously provided us with extra bread, as the village bakery was closed. Our group has already planned to return to this welcoming inn.

10/10/2026: 🍂 At Auberge des Érables, autumn is savored, and happiness is on every plate. 🍁😋 A huge congratulations to Chef Maël, who delighted us with cuisine that was as beautiful as it was delicious, colorful, generous, and bursting with flavor. ❤️ We started gently with a delicious butternut squash velouté, enhanced by its sprouts and hazelnuts… A true autumnal treat for the taste buds. 🎃 Then came the chicken supreme with Vin Jaune and morels, accompanied by its gratin: a generous, flavorful, and comforting dish, just the way we like it. 🤤🍄🧡 Here, the plates reflect the colors of autumn, the taste of the land, and above all, the spirit of sharing. And because happiness can't wait… a little frosty touch to finish in style with two scoops of fir bud and genepi ice cream 🌲🍦: a fresh, original, and mountain-inspired note, perfect for bringing everyone back down to earth after such a feast. 😂 A big thank you also to Sarah, our waitress, for her warm welcome, her smile, and her kindness. 🥰 Impeccable service that fully contributed to this lovely moment. In short, an inn where you come to eat, where you enjoy a delicious meal, and where you leave with a smile… and a very happy stomach. 😄 Well done to the whole team for this wonderful gourmet interlude in La Pesse. 27/06/2026: We stayed one night at this establishment to discover the beauty of the Jura region, and it was a wonderful experience. The setting is delightful, with a magnificent view of the Lons basin, a cozy terrace, and charming vintage decor. The large parking lot is also a real plus, making parking easy. The establishment is run by two brothers, which creates a truly unique, authentic, and family atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped: everything is designed for a wonderful stay. As for the restaurant, it was a real treat! The dishes are delicious and showcase local products, which confirmed for us that a stop at a Jura cheese dairy was essential during our trip. Thank you for your hospitality and for this lovely time spent with you. We will gladly return!
