The dishes were flavorful, sophisticated, and full of character, with original flavors that never betrayed the spirit of traditional regional cuisine. A beautiful balance between tradition and creativity. Attentive and professional service. Special mention to the elegant and charismatic manager, who adds to the charm of the establishment.

24/06/2026: It had been several years since I'd been back to this excellent restaurant. The welcome was warm, and I enjoyed the house aperitif and the beetroot mousse with haddock as an amuse-bouche. The foie gras for the starter was delicious! I found the pork dish with its rich jus to be succulent; the meat was flavorful and melted in your mouth. I loved the jus so much that I scraped the plate clean! The cheese course included blue cheese, Morbier, and Comté (aged 18 months?). My friend was celebrating her 30th birthday and received a thoughtful touch for dessert. Mine, a rhubarb creation, was excellent. This is a truly great place!

03/08/2026: A great find and we weren't disappointed! Lunch with a vegetarian menu. The welcome and service were pleasant, efficient, and friendly, almost artisanal. Starter (buffet), main course, and dessert of the day: everything was delicious, original, and prepared with care and creativity. The only downside is the roadside terrace, which is a bit busy, but it's manageable. It's best to book ahead. We'll be back!

08/07/2026: Homemade food, and we really enjoyed it! Everything was excellent (pork cheek and morel mushroom tart). Children are very welcome. The restaurant lives up to its name.

30/07/2026: A small inn at the starting point for hiking and mountain biking trails, cross-country skiing in the magnificent Haute Joux forest, and the famous Combe Noire nearby. Prices are reasonable and the food is varied and decent. Very spacious parking, and a public toilet (dry toilet!) is available.

30/07/2026: A wonderful discovery for us this evening! The welcome was warm, the products were local and homemade. The Comté cheese fondue was delicious, and a special mention goes to the beer. In short, from appetizer to dessert, it was perfect! This place is a must-visit if you're passing through or want to sample the region's cuisine. The setting is also stunning. We chose the brazier option with a wide selection of meats and fish, accompanied by delicious salads, a variety of sauces, cheese, and appetizers. Everything was excellent, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we received nothing but compliments. A special mention goes to the chef, who was exceptional. In addition to cooking everything perfectly, he was friendly, professional, efficient, and always ready to help. His presence greatly contributed to the smooth running of the evening. We wholeheartedly recommend this caterer. 27/06/2026: We stayed one night at this establishment to discover the beauty of the Jura region, and it was a wonderful experience. The setting is delightful, with a magnificent view of the Lons basin, a cozy terrace, and charming vintage decor. The large parking lot is also a real plus, making parking easy. The establishment is run by two brothers, which creates a truly unique, authentic, and family atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped: everything is designed for a wonderful stay. As for the restaurant, it was a real treat! The dishes are delicious and showcase local products, which confirmed for us that a stop at a Jura cheese dairy was essential during our trip. Thank you for your hospitality and for this lovely time spent with you. We will gladly return!

16/07/2026: We spent a night at this wonderful place and also had dinner there. Definitely reserve a table and enjoy! The next day we hiked around part of the valley and were able to leave our car in the shady garden. Very friendly hosts. Highly recommended. Note the opening hours.

18/07/2026: The only restaurant in Nozeroy, it's a must-stop for a bite to eat. The concept: hot and cold buffets. Learn to control your appetite. It's smart, otherwise you'll be charged an extra €5 if you don't finish your plate. The desserts are indulgent, with a medieval twist on the classic cakes. The bill isn't exorbitant, just reasonable. Where is it? In Nozeroy, in the Jura region.

13/08/2026: Discovered a few years ago during our first visit to Dole, we were delighted to rediscover this restaurant's cuisine this summer during a stop in the city center. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, made with quality ingredients, and offered excellent value for money. The location, the terrace, and the dining room are also very pleasant. And what a treat to find a children's menu with dishes prepared using fresh ingredients and in portions perfectly suited to their little appetites! We will definitely return if we have the opportunity again.

19/07/2026: A very bad experience. We couldn't even get a meal, even though there were tables available. However, if we just wanted to have a drink, there was no problem at all... Go figure. On top of that, the service is extremely slow, even for a simple drink. It's a real shame, because the welcome and organization are sorely lacking. I do not recommend this establishment.

25/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant, with its generous portions and high-quality ingredients. The service is pleasant, the atmosphere is quite peaceful (apart from the wasps, which were later shooed away), and the value for money is simply superb.
