26/05/2026: If you're looking for a truly excellent meal in a friendly atmosphere, head straight to Le Bouchon du Château. The foie gras is superb, cooked to perfection; the confit pork belly melted in your mouth, and the chestnut crisp was perfectly balanced. If you don't have enough room for cheese, I recommend the candied pineapple with mojito sorbet, which will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for dessert. I should also mention that the service team is incredibly efficient yet discreet. My only wish is to return to Le Bouchon very soon...

As someone accustomed to dining at top-tier Michelin-starred restaurants, I was genuinely impressed by the chef's creativity and mastery. Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, showcasing a true attention to textures, flavors, and the highlighting of local Jura produce. The €80 menu offers exceptional value, as does the perfectly curated €35 ​​wine pairing. The setting is elegant, and the service is warm and attentive. We all had a truly memorable time. This restaurant richly deserves its star and, in my opinion, could easily earn a second. Keep up the good work!

The service is impeccable, the dishes are all equally wonderful, a marvelous journey for the taste buds. The wine list is also magnificent. I highly recommend this beautiful establishment, run entirely by passionate people. Long live La Table du Grapiot! The first Michelin star of the 2026 class is richly deserved. I can't wait to go back! There's only one thing to do: enjoy a delicious meal!

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Galoupet restaurant. Charlotte was exceptionally welcoming and gave us excellent advice. The meal was excellent, unpretentious, and very affordable. Charlotte, keep up your sense of humor! It's a shame we're not from the area because I think this restaurant would become our go-to spot!

25/05/2026: We stopped in Nozeroy for lunch. The buffet offered a good selection of local products. The dishes were homemade, and the chef appreciated the compliments and the eager looks from the customers 😉. The staff was friendly. We left with smiles on our faces. We enjoyed a short stroll through this pretty village, which has a rich history and vestiges of the medieval era... Thank you for a lovely time.

28/03/2026: When you step inside the pastry shop, you're always pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the desserts, which are as beautiful as they are delicious. It's a real pleasure to be served by the sales assistant, who always has a smile on her face. A truly wonderful discovery at L'Instant Framboise. As for the pastries, the pain au chocolat is excellent, as is the apple turnover. I go there regularly, and each time I have a delightful culinary experience.
