07/04/2026: An unforgettable experience at Le Bouchon du Château restaurant. A magnificent place, with a simply splendid setting and ambiance where you immediately feel at ease.
The service was excellent: the entire team was very welcoming, smiling, and attentive.
As for the cuisine, it was absolutely exceptional—a true explosion of flavors. Each dish surpassed the last, with remarkable quality and creativity.
An address we highly recommend! We are already looking forward to returning very soon.

The welcome, the food, and the atmosphere were all superb.
We had a wonderful time with other customers and the owners.
17/04/2026: Visiting the area with a friend, we were very impressed by the warm welcome from the owners, who were incredibly kind. My Jura fondue was excellent! The atmosphere was lovely, and the dogs were pampered and much appreciated by the owner, with whom we had a great chat – a very nice person.
Highly recommended! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and the delicious local food!

04/04/2026: Simply a delight, top-notch service, a very pleasant atmosphere, and the Dubai chocolate tart was absolutely divine. Bravo to the whole team.

There were three of us friends, and we had a great time at this establishment.
We recommend it for its ambiance and refined dishes at very reasonable prices.
The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

The welcome was warm, the decor very pretty, and the room very comfortable. The entire team goes above and beyond to welcome and serve their guests as best as possible. Smiles and friendliness are truly present. The only person I didn't meet manages to express the same feeling through their dishes. They are generous, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious!

28/04/2026: Poor signage, not easy to follow if you don't know the area. Gravel path, unsuitable for people using walking sticks and impassable for wheelchair users. The meal was absolutely delicious, and the service was very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent value for money.

14/02/2026: Delicious food, quick and efficient service. However, a couple of minor drawbacks: the extra charges—€1 for a slice of lemon in the beer!!! and €8 for the morels that accompany the veal steak. That's a third of the price of the steak. That said, it was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. There were no scallops in the vol-au-vent and very little sweetbread in the starter.

It's a sure bet and a must-visit in Salins-les-Bains!

28/03/2026: When you step inside the pastry shop, you're always pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the desserts, which are as beautiful as they are delicious. It's a real pleasure to be served by the sales assistant, who always has a smile on her face.
A truly wonderful discovery at L'Instant Framboise. As for the pastries, the pain au chocolat is excellent, as is the apple turnover. I go there regularly, and each time I have a delightful culinary experience.
21/03/2026: A coffee, a whim of Antoine's for me this morning. The simplicity of a moment of pure delight for the taste buds. Friendliness and a smile were on hand.
