11/06/2026: I'm always very happy with my purchases at Pelen chocolate shop, and I find the service has improved considerably recently; it's much more pleasant. However, I wanted to express my disappointment at the discontinuation of the raspberry chocolate, which was a must-have for us. You were the only ones to offer a cake like that... it's a shame!

01/03/2026: I enjoyed my hot chocolate on the terrace while waiting for my children to have their ski lesson. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

The waitress was smiling.
There were four of us, and we all had the teddy bear burger—it was delicious!
We couldn't have dessert because the children were eager to get back on the slopes, but we came back for afternoon tea with Nutella crepes. They're really generous with the Nutella; you could really taste it, unlike at some other resorts, and the hot chocolate was also very good.
Unfortunately, our vacation is over, but we wish you all the best for the future.

17/03/2026: I went there with three friends for a karaoke night. The staff also joined in the karaoke; I found their welcome warm and the atmosphere fantastic!

The gentleman at reception took it upon himself to find us a restaurant in town and make a reservation. The breakfast was very good.
07/06/2026: The rooms are okay, the shower has a curtain instead of a door, so water splashes out the side, so bring a shower mat. The beds are okay, a bit worn. There's a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
The hairdryer is built-in, the power is okay, but there's no cool setting.
What's really great is the light—VERY bright!!! The food seems to be good; we had lasagna, parts of which were practically burnt or impossible to cut.
The service is okay.

09/06/2026: Nice, but it's become very expensive this year (2026), and there's also a lack of secure parking, which is a shame.
There are much cheaper options in Dole, and with the added bonus of secure parking.

09/08/2026: The waiter offered me a taste of the burger with raclette and guaranteed to change it for me because I like raclette but not in a burger. I loved the burger and I have rarely eaten one so good, so thank you very much, great service, very kind and friendly waiter and great food.
07/08/2026: The restaurant was almost empty around 3 pm. We simply wanted to have a drink, but this was refused with the only explanation being that we had to wait until 3:30 pm. I can understand this rule when the establishment is full or very busy, but under these conditions, it is difficult to understand and gives an impression of rigidity not geared towards customer service.

22/07/2026: Two passionate women who richly deserve a Michelin star for their restaurant! The value for money for the homemade dishes is unbeatable.
Don't hesitate to opt for the non-alcoholic wine pairing; the surprising infusions complement the rest of the menu perfectly and are truly excellent.
And the wine list is more than comprehensive; anyone who doesn't find something they like is hard to please. Hoping to return someday, because it's well worth the trip!

We ate lunch today without a reservation, on the day of the flea market.
No problem, the staff were very attentive.
The burger was excellent and very generous.
Highly recommended.
07/08/2026: We waited 45 minutes for our food, and the staff wasn't very friendly. However, the decor was unique, which we loved, and the food was really very, very good. It's a shame about the wait and the unfriendly staff.

We arrived to help with our children's move around, around 12:15 pm, and asked about having lunch for six people, including one child. We were told NO, there wasn't room for six.
I must admit we still don't understand. There was plenty of space on the terrace, and the dining room was empty. Perhaps we'll get an explanation, because that day it was pointless to ask...
19/07/2026: Too bad I can't give zero stars... We stopped by on a whim, arrived, the manager gave us a dirty look and, without even saying hello, simply told us "WE ARE FULL" and left without a word of apology, goodbye, nothing at all! Well... You should be a little more polite, madam.

11/06/2026: Expensive for a 2-star hotel: €84 + €12 per person for breakfast. Double bed (140cm), no air conditioning, two flights of stairs (not easy with a large suitcase), and very noisy. It must be an old house converted into a hotel. However, the room and bathroom were clean.
11/06/2026: We went to the restaurant at lunchtime. There were four of us with our small dogs. The food was very good. The staff were very friendly. I recommend it.
