08/12/2024: Nothing to say except the kitchen, the hamburgers are good but not practical to eat in the baskets.
On the other hand, the service clearly needs to be reviewed, the waiter lost in the order, not at all friendly, very disappointed in that regard....
And also no high chair for babies, you should think about that!
04/12/2024: Lovers of good food, the meeting is assured of success
We were able to taste the dish of the day served in a collective casserole dish, a nice concept which is reminiscent of the authenticity of the products.
I personally had a burger, excellent bread, generously garnished and a rich sauce without being cloying. A taste of the real thing.
The fries were fresh and cooked to perfection.
If you add to that the very Cosi floor, well the picture is not bad at all.
Top service and I will definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, following a revisit of the establishment, I have to lower my rating from 5 to 2.
Upon arrival, the table was dirty and uncleaned. They took our order and served it, the table still not cleaned.
In the order, there was a carafe of water that must have gotten lost in transit.
We ordered Dame Blanche ice cream, etc., and unfortunately the topping was just a vulgar chocolate-flavored sweet syrup.
So, I won't be visiting this establishment again during my next visit to the region.
Too bad.
09/07/2025: An excellent meal, a good night (good bedding, just the insulation against noise from other rooms is a little weak) and very pleasant staff from start to finish!

08/10/2025: The older blonde woman selling on the bakery side should take yoga classes! Very rude and haughty... change jobs if customer service isn't your thing.
It's a shame, because the restaurant staff is pleasant and the food is good.

17/09/2024: Family meal on a Sunday lunchtime. Good French cuisine, nothing to complain about. Good advice for wines. The servers are pleasant, smiling and competent. On the other hand, the boss...or service manager has a particular sense of humor...especially during the welcome. Sitting at the end of the bar with his mess of tables, you have to move towards him to give your name....I thought he was waiting for the dirty dishes to do them....he tried to joke during the service but too bad his humor was not appreciated

27/08/2024: We stopped by by chance as we are gourmet pastries. We did not regret the experience! This is gourmet pastry, the flavors combined are extremely well chosen, and above all a texture of incredible softness (we don't feel overwhelmed by butter and sugar which can sometimes happen in this area!)
The person who served us was very kind and did not hesitate to tell us the history of the house and the desire to remain established in Arbois without seeking to expand at all costs. We felt a keen interest in craftsmanship and know-how (being a craftsman myself, I can only agree with their point of view!)
So certainly the experience costs more than elsewhere, but the value for money is totally justified. If you have a sweet tooth and are sensitive to craftsmanship, don't hesitate to try one of their sweet treats!

25/09/2024: Arriving on a Friday evening after a long drive, we were delighted with our visit to this restaurant. We were able to taste typical products of the region. Simple but very well executed dishes (grilled Morteau sausage, delicious cheese-stuffed potato, incredible red cabbage, fresh pasta with bleu de Gex). Warm welcome despite the fact that we did not book! The wood fired pizzas also looked excellent.
08/09/2024: Very pleasant place, well received by smiling staff. Excellent cuisine, the Francomptoise pizza, with a morel base, is as hearty as it is delicious.😛

21/09/2024: Very large, warm hotel, very good service, a warm welcome. The rooms are clean. There is a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam. I really recommend. The hotel is well located.
12/09/2024: Even though we were neither hotel guests nor had a reservation, we were given a table for two. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if you don't speak French very well. We were very enthusiastic about the food. Great French cuisine, beautifully prepared and very tasty.
