20/02/2026: We had an absolutely magical afternoon at Chalet des Sibériens with Amanda and Maxime 🐾❄️ It was much more than just a dogsled ride; they offered us a true immersion into their world and their passion. Amanda and Maxime are incredibly kind, deeply humane, attentive, and passionate. You immediately feel that the well-being of their dogs is their priority. Every animal is respected and loved, and this is evident in every moment. We left with stars in our eyes and immense gratitude. If you're looking for a genuine, humane, and animal-friendly experience, go for it without hesitation. Thank you again to you both 🤍

21/10/2025: The outings do not seem to be carried out on private property and this is a bit of a problem when you are out on a mountain bike and with dogs when you have to cross paths.

18/12/2025: We went to Restaurant Maison Rosella for my birthday. It was a very good exclusive experience, with only two guest tables, service extremely well-trained attentive My husband ordered the menu, and afterwards he had stomach problems and farted very stinky. At 21:40, the service staff sent us to the salon and then brought us the bill. I was waiting for the service staff to come by so I could order my next drinks, but they didn't come. Now, let's talk about the food. My steak was good, with a taste of the grill and smoke, which I like. But most of the food missing spirit component and caleter is doesn't"wow", or special touch. For it price of it. The drinks were good and the lady who served us that evening was very professional and well trained.

20/03/2026: Having stayed here regularly, we appreciate this establishment for its warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere. A special mention goes to the young waitress this morning who helped my husband with his smartphone; that was very kind of her.

17/03/2026: Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy the local drunken atmosphere, and I'm not even mentioning the staff who are disastrously unfriendly!

09/03/2026: Everything was excellent! The hotel has a beautiful location; the rooms are very clean and well-equipped. In the evening, we enjoyed a set menu that was very well prepared and tasted delicious. The prices for both the food and the room were fair!

16/03/2026: Just popping in for a coffee, but when I came in I found the atmosphere cold. The owner vaped while serving, slumped behind the bar. It was dimly lit, even though it was a beautiful day. Supposedly accessible to people with disabilities, but in a wheelchair, with a heavy manual door, it's impossible; the ramp isn't up to code. I have a disability: that day I was wearing my leg braces, but in a wheelchair, which I have to use depending on the distance, it would have been complicated because, frankly, the door is very heavy and narrow; I know it wouldn't be easy in a wheelchair. I didn't try the restrooms, and those who use wheelchairs know what I'm talking about. I don't know if I'll go back to try the food. Four stars just to encourage them to make an effort for a warmer welcome because I didn't feel comfortable.

12/02/2026: Rather disappointed with this place. Reading the menu, you'd think you were going to eat local, homemade food. The burger... the bun was either defrosted, judging by how crumbly it was, or a vacuum-packed one; the butcher-style steak was frozen but definitely not fresh; the matchstick fries were tasteless and still not homemade. At €18 a dish, I think they could have made an effort. The children's menu isn't any better... and finally, the way they speak to customers leaves much to be desired; there's a lack of smiles and friendliness.

25/02/2026: We arrived at closing time and they gentle accommodated us with a smile. Food was tasty, natural wine from Jurá was excellent and super good service. Family owned business that is worth a visit :-) 🙂

17/01/2026: As always, an excellent experience. Every month, my wife and I treat ourselves to a restaurant outing to unwind from the daily grind (work, children). After trying all the restaurants in Saint-Claude, this is the one we've chosen for our regular meals. The menu changes regularly, and the dishes are always of high quality. Regarding the prices, I don't understand the negative reviews: in our opinion, the value for money is entirely justified. For two people, the bill never exceeds €100, considering the quality of the food. It's important to remember that these prices include the work of the servers and cooks, overhead costs, and the quality of the ingredients. Finally, the service is always impeccable: we have consistently been warmly welcomed and served with professionalism and a smile. Keep it up. Mr. & Mrs. Lefèvre

01/03/2026: The place is warm and inviting, all wood and featuring a beautiful fireplace that creates a lovely mountain atmosphere! The dishes are generous, and the quality is excellent! The service might be a little slow, but the originality of the food quickly makes you forget the wait!

The owner is wonderful with customers; he immediately makes you feel at ease. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend.
