25/05/2026: We had a fantastic stay, perfect and enjoyable. The owner is wonderful, and the amazing Fany served us with kindness, responsiveness, and intelligence. There were 30 of us, and we truly felt like family. Not forgetting the chef, who is a culinary virtuoso! We left with 2 kg more, hahaha. Thank you so much, and see you very soon! Estelle

08/05/2026: We arrived today, May 8th, 2026, at approximately 3 PM to stay two nights. The place appears to be closed. Everything is locked, nothing to see. There's no information about opening hours online. If I'm mistaken, I'll of course retract the one star, since you have to rate something with "at least one star"... There's probably no point in going there right now...

26/09/2026: We ordered a coffee with a glass of water, a salted caramel crepe, and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Results: no orange, no glass of water, and a crepe 15 minutes later that had no taste or caramel. A sweaty waiter who kept running his hand through his hair. A huge disappointment.

24/07/2026: Two stars because the food is good, but everything else is a disgrace. I was charged for the next customer's dessert on my bill, and when I realized this after paying, they didn't even refund me; they just offered to give me what I'd already paid for. So it wasn't even free. I consider this a forced and coerced upsell.

26/09/2026: The menu wasn't very balanced. The starter resembled a dessert—a melon bavarois—and the main course consisted of a fruit salad with peaches, figs, and melon, along with a few slices of duck breast. There was one dessert, but no coffee, as it was too late to serve it, even though it could have been served with the dessert. Furthermore, the service was rather slow. Hosting a banquet for 50 people requires organization and professionalism.

25/09/2026: The food was decent, but the service was appalling. We were a group and had booked well in advance. Arriving a little late, at the end of service they told us they no longer had time to serve us coffee... If they were in such a hurry to see us leave, they could have offered to serve us coffee with dessert... To end the discussion, the manager told us he had sold the place and therefore "didn't give a damn" about our comments. What a great attitude! As someone from the Auvergne region who loves it, I'm rather saddened by this kind of behavior, especially since the group in question was discovering the Auvergne for the first time.

14/09/2026: Nice local location for a simple and efficient cafe, which by the way, well, it's not an amazing cafe but very simple for spending a little time.

03/09/2026: The best restaurant in Clermont, by far! I recently ate there and the food was superb, with very friendly service. I highly recommend it.

17/08/2026: A very bad experience. We received a very, very poor welcome. The woman simply turned us away, saying the restaurant was full, even though several tables were clearly still empty. The refusal could have been phrased politely, but we were received in a truly unpleasant manner, without even a hello, a thank you, or a goodbye. This is frankly unacceptable behavior for an establishment that serves the public. We left very disappointed, especially by the complete lack of courtesy. The welcome is, after all, the first impression one has of a restaurant, and here, it was disastrous.

27/06/2026: Frankly, we were disappointed with the food. We opted for the brunch menu, and it was dry and lacked sauce. The French toast was reheated. The hot drinks were good, and we had to ask twice for ice. It's a shame about the setting, as the location and ambiance are quite pleasant.

22/06/2026: Very disappointed with this brunch. The egg muffin was really dry and bland. Overall, the brunch was nothing special and not worth the trip. I don't think I'll be back.

05/08/2026: The service was rushed and unpleasant... But if that were all, it wouldn't be so bad... My friend was locked in the toilet for a long time despite calling for help. He was aware of the problem, but he mocked her, taking it lightly. The waiter/owner was very unpleasant when my friend politely asked him to put up a sign or warn other people. He was condescending, rude, and insulting... In short, surreal. A place to avoid, unfortunately.

22/07/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere and service were excellent, and the food was delicious—I highly recommend the accras! The price is very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the dishes; we'll definitely be back!

07/08/2026: Prices are unclear? Today's menu... + Ice cream + coffee €18.50. How much does the coffee + ice cream cost??? From Bouleurs....

03/09/2026: I went to buy a ham croissant and paid with a €5 note. The very unpleasant saleswoman told me she wouldn't accept my note because it was slightly torn. I'm willing to listen to arguments, but the way this older-looking, bespectacled saleswoman spoke to me is unacceptable in a shop. Once again, the service isn't what it used to be from these so-called artisans. So I didn't buy the croissant. I'll buy my groceries at Intermarché; at least they don't refuse my money. I strongly advise against stopping at this shop.

12/08/2026: Passing through Béziers and looking for a birthday cake, the manager of the motorhome area in Maraussan recommended this shop, saying it was the best! I was blown away by the chocolates, pastries, and more... The welcome was also very friendly. A great place to stop! 😍✨🌸

26/07/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! No one answered the phone, neither the morning before nor at noon, nor on the afternoon of our arrival, nor on the morning of our departure. Check-in was listed as 2 PM on the Logis hotel website and on Google. At 3:30 PM, it was closed with no indication of the closing time on the door. We had a reservation, yet someone finally opened the door at 5:20 PM, telling us we were lucky, that they didn't open until 6 PM. We were on our bikes, waiting in the thunderstorm, and she didn't even apologize. She gave us the keys, and we didn't see anyone again, not even the next morning when we left. The rooms are adequate, nothing more.

01/06/2026: The hotel is ideally located: close to the historic center, next to the leisure park and the tourist train station. It has private parking, and a large parking lot is also located just a few meters away. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. We had a very good dinner, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

01/09/2026: We usually spend our holidays in Goelia accommodations, but unfortunately, this residence won't leave us with the best memories. The apartment was old and quite worn from age and use. There was no welcome booklet, no welcome drink with the activity leaders. Fortunately, the reception staff were friendly and smiling. It was clearly stated that the residence is located outside the town center with a very steep hill (good for staying fit, but very tiring if you have children, forcing you to take the car to go to the village) and that there is no Wi-Fi (apart from 30 minutes at reception or a €20 weekly subscription) and very little cell service (which is good for switching off, but not for booking activities online).

30/08/2026: Great stay! The apartment was spacious enough for four people and had all the basic amenities. The location overlooks the resort with a beautiful view! The building could use a bit of a facelift on the outside, and the terrace railings need attention! The only thing missing is proper electric vehicle charging stations in the resort.

04/10/2026: Worst restaurant/brasserie of my life. I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid it. Go somewhere else.

04/08/2026: Very disappointed with the restaurant experience. Orders were rushed. The special truffle menu was available, but only for the whole table or for individuals. Our request for truffle risotto was refused because it was "only served at lunchtime," even though a customer (certainly a regular) was able to order it earlier, and two other customers who arrived later also ordered it. Outrageous, even though the food itself was very good. An experience to forget as quickly as possible.

29/07/2026: The hotel, housed in an old building, has a wonderful charm, especially the staircase leading to the upper floor. The welcome is pleasant and the breakfast is generous. The dinner, a "truffle" menu, is excellent and reasonably priced. Perfect.

03/09/2026: We had a lovely time, the staff were very friendly. The service was quick, we highly recommend it and will gladly return.

23/08/2026: Disappointed by the unfriendly staff. The place has really changed compared to what it was a few years ago, which is a real shame.
