14/08/2024: Campsite specializing in welcoming cycling enthusiasts. The environment is suitable, the equipment clean and in good condition. The welcome is intended to be friendly, but we sense an artificial politeness. What matters is the turnover.

03/08/2024: Hotel room ckean and tidy, no coffee or tea making facilities, no air con, lift service to floors but small and cramped, not for the clostrophobic.

18/08/2024: At first glance we were disappointed (garden not passable and accessible only from the car park; terrace on the edge of the departmental road, etc.), partnership with a restaurant that we hated; and the owner seems overwhelmed... But, after having been able to enjoy a little and in all honesty, the rooms are very correct, the breakfasts top notch and plentiful; and the hotel is very well placed for visits (Puy de Dome; Vulcania; Lemptegy..) I recommend

The staff are adorable, helpful, smiling, it’s very appreciable, thank you to them. As for the meal, nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this brewery. 😊

20/08/2024: Si vede da subito che lo chef ha una buona mano purtroppo però la nostra esperienza all’ECUREUIL non è stata per niente buona infatti il servizio è a dir poco scadente (abbiamo dovuto chiedere il pane quattro volte e ci è arrivato quando ormai avevamo finito di cenare) non ci hanno portato i coltelli per la carne, cosa che hanno fatto per il tavolo di fianco, e soprattutto sono stati veramente poco flessibili nella scelta del piatto per ns. figlio che come tutti i bambini non è ancora abituato ai sapori forti della cucina francese. I menù non sono male ma poco vari. Antipasti da rivedere, il piatto principale buono ma poco sostanzioso e soprattutto i dessert veramente inaccettabili… abbiamo visto quelli fuori menù e sembravano molto buoni! Crediamo che le basi ci siano tutte ma c’è tanto da migliorare. In bocca al Lupo.

01/09/2024: A shame! Disgusting “Spritzes”! I asked to do it twice and ended up having a beer. The Martini...shameful. Tastes like water because the small amount is drowned out by ice cubes. So unhappy that I went to report it to the boss....who doesn't care and clears his way. As luck would have it...it's the first time anyone has said that to him! A priori when I read the reviews I am not the only one to think so. Nice setting...but to avoid.

26/08/2024: A nice little corner with the summer terrace which gives a great atmosphere. Be careful though that the sound is too loud. I always have a non-alcoholic cocktail, and on a happy day, you have double.

02/09/2024: Lack of empathy and business sense. We booked a week in August. Emergency hospitalized on the way to vacation, we notified the hotel to cancel the first two nights and leave the possibility of re-renting our room. It turns out that the hospitalization lasted more than 10 days, therefore complete cancellation. We would have liked that faced with the situation and our good faith (hospitalization papers sent by email) the hotel and its director showed proof of understanding and empathy and withheld only 30% of the total amount from us or offered us a other dates while they were quick to withdraw the full amount from us and no longer responded to us.

17/07/2024: I spent a pleasant, quiet week with my daughter in this hotel. The owners are adorable people and always caring. We had half board, the breakfast was very good and the evening meal delicious [kudos to the cook]. The room was comfortable, we slept like babies. I highly recommend this hotel.

26/04/2024: Un hôtel de village, bien agréable, nous étions dans la grande chambre Himalaya, propre, spacieuse, dans son jus. Comme on aime. Soirée étape avec une terrine de saumon frais et fumé excellente et avec la traditionnelle truffade composé de produits locaux .

A poorly maintained and aging terrace, owners who smoke at the counter like at the PMU of the time, an old dog who places his poop right next to our table and who, despite several requests, has not been removed from under our table. nose. I don't recommend this place at all. The food was good but the menu is very expensive for such a place.
