18/09/2024: A gourmet restaurant worthy of its stars. The dishes are excellent in harmony with the wines of the region. Excellent wines from the Pouilly and Macon regions. The service is a little distant but very professional, the attention to detail is present. A very beautiful moment in the heart of the Fuisse village.
11/09/2024: Exceptional dinner in a perfect setting, with gourmet flavors and a presentation worthy of the reputation. The value for money is very good for this type of establishment, all in a charming village. We will come back.

Die kurzfristige Tischreservierung per Mail funktionierte innerhalb 1 Stunde. Das Konzept ist witzig - jeder Gang besteht aus einer Trilogie - und ist sehr gut gemacht, die Weinbegleitung ist im besten Wortsinn interessant ( und sehr großzügig eingeschenkt !) , die Atmosphäre hat uns gut gefallen und den engagierten Koch,Kellner,Chef ( alles in 1 Person ) zu erleben hat entscheidend dazu beigetragen das es für uns zu einem gelungenen Abend wurde.
Mit 79€ inkl. Weinbegleitung nicht ganz billig aber für uns uneingeschränkt angemessen.

04/09/2024: Very nice little restaurant. You have to see it from the outside, but then it's a simple and charming place. The food is very good (especially the Thai-style duck breast), the waitress is friendly and the prices are fair. It's everything you expect from this type of restaurant and they do it very well!

19/08/2024: Un très bon restaurant. Je vous recommande le tatin d'endive caramélisée. Le service est parfait (rapidité, sourire, gentillesse). Comme son nom l'indique, le chat de la maison se promène comme une star entre les tables pour recevoir les caresses des clients. Il fait fureur auprès des enfants.

21/08/2024: We stopped there on our return from vacation. We ate well there, local cuisine, well prepared. The village is very nice, it is worth stopping there.
13/08/2024: Incredible experience. The cuisine is divine, everything was perfect 👌. Menu at 46€ just magical. We celebrated our son's birthday, the team played the game (candle and singing with his cake) and offered us a kind attention. We will come back, that's 100% sure.

Un rapport qualite prix parfait. Nous nous sommes vraiment regalé du debut a la fin. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse qui est tres cosi. Les assiettes sont belles et bonnes... je conseille les yeux fermes ! A refaire pour gouter les autres plats ! Le service etait egalement tres bien.
31/08/2024: Au milieu du petit village de Solutré entre les monts et les vignes belle adresse avec intérieur et extérieur charmant équipe au top cuisine impec belle assiette soignée et avec du goût tout cela pour un menu à 25€ entrée plat dessert

02/11/2024: A hit for this restaurant, which offers tasty cuisine worthy of a Michelin star. The Bresse chicken with cream that we tasted was of rare quality. Special mention also to the sweetbread pie, a treat. We will come back without hesitation.

04/09/2024: I gave harsh marks because I'm going there for 2 crazy people because frankly it's good (very expensive) but the welcome and the service are deplorable. No smile. Once you can understand, but so can the second time. This is heavy and unpleasant. Half an hour to get an aperitif and the waitress still looks annoyed. I wouldn't go back there are prettier places on the banks of the Saône and the welcome. It's always full anyway so... Why make an effort of kindness????

27/11/2024: We regularly have lunch at the Auberge. The cuisine is delicious, it is both simple and refined, you feel that the products are chosen with care. The service is professional and welcoming. We are never disappointed! Special mention for yesterday’s dessert, pear cinnamon cream and vanilla mousse, a treat for the taste buds and the eyes!

17/09/2024: Les avis sont très bons. Le mien aussi! Menu du marché à 29 € excellent de l entrée au dessert. Celui à 42€ l est tt autant avec des mets plus recherchés donc un peu plus chers . Petits fours pour l apéro, petit avant dessert bien agréable et belle carte des vins. Si je devais mentionner un tt petit point négatif, le soufflet gd marnier qui était magnifique avec sa quenelle glacée mandarine mais sans gd parfun gd marnier.

Move the blind forward so that we don't get caught in the rain when taking our baby out to calm her down and the suggestion of cleaning the baby bottle in the dishwasher...
Honestly, we recommend this restaurant with our eyes closed, you will be delighted too!
