11/04/2026: Vic et Lolo restaurant... it was a superb experience! The food is simply excellent: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with quality ingredients. You can really taste the care and passion in every plate.
The service is also top-notch: a warm welcome, attentive and always smiling staff. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, perfect for spending quality time with friends or family.
I highly recommend Vic et Lolo to anyone looking for delicious food and a welcoming setting. I will definitely be back!

A child-friendly dish was suggested (which the child ate completely), and a dessert was also offered (the child couldn't finish it, but his father happily helped him).
Very, very good, and the service was equally excellent. Excellent value for money.

Everything was done to ensure we had a memorable experience. From the decor and the delicious meal itself (with all the different dishes on our chosen menu) to the exceptional service, we were delighted to commend everyone. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. We were able to make a few last-minute suggestions, and everything was perfectly executed with a cheerful atmosphere throughout the entire meal. Even at the moment of our departure, we were honored to be greeted by the owners, who thanked and congratulated us on such a wonderful experience.
We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

15/05/2026: An unlikely place, a decor...as old as the music...mine...80s...so kitschy...so good...but really kitschy...and on the plate...the very best of the 80s...eternally a delight for the palate, a "mmm" with every bite from the appetizer to the snails, the frogs' legs, the rib-eye steak, the dessert...everything is simply succulent...a minor point about the wine list...2 or 3 Côtes du Rhône...we would gladly take them...but the best restaurant in the area...and we've been to them all...thank you for these wonderful moments and see you very, very soon...

Without hesitation, I recommend this place.
The restaurant isn't huge, but the staff is very welcoming and professional.
And the burgers? Well, they're simply incredible. Delicious, hearty, and beautifully presented. For me, it's one of the best places in town.
Well done!
If I may offer one tiny criticism, the chairs tend to be a bit narrow for us Creusot bon vivants 😅😅

23/05/2026: Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Chapeze, Table de Chapez feels like one of those rare places you almost don’t want to share — because it still has that slightly undiscovered, authentic magic. The setting alone already sets the tone: a picturesque village atmosphere, peaceful and beautifully preserved, with a terrace that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. For us, traveling with a baby, this kind of calm and space makes all the difference — and from the very beginning, we felt at ease.
What struck me first was the incredible value for money. Menus around 30 to 40 euros featuring products like foie gras or high-quality crevettes are not something you come across every day, especially with this level of execution. We opted for the 41-euro menu and paired it with a lovely bottle of wine at 46 euros, which felt perfectly curated for the experience. It’s the kind of place where you feel you’re eating far above the price point — something that, from a “managing director mindset,” you immediately recognize as a strong value proposition.
From a culinary perspective, the meal was both generous and refined. I started with a beautifully balanced vitello tonnato, delicate and flavorful, while also enjoying perfectly cooked crevettes. My partner chose the suprême de volaille, which was tender and comforting, yet executed with precision. But what truly stayed with us was the cheese — so exceptional that we ended up ordering it twice, something we almost never do. That alone says everything.
Dessert was another highlight. I chose a dark chocolate mousse with a raspberry (framboise) cœur, which was simply outstanding — rich but not heavy, with that perfect acidic contrast that keeps each bite interesting. It felt thoughtful, crafted, and indulgent without being overwhelming.
Now, from the perspective that matters most to me: visiting with a baby. The service was genuinely warm and accommodating in a way that didn’t feel forced. We had enough space for the stroller, the terrace allowed for flexibility if our baby needed movement, and the overall rhythm of the service was perfectly adapted — attentive but never rushed. That balance is rare. You could feel that families are welcome here, not just tolerated.
All in all, this is a place that delivers on every level: setting, food, service, and atmosphere. It’s absolutely worth making a detour for — especially if you are traveling with a baby and want somewhere that combines quality dining with genuine ease and comfort. We will definitely return.

17/05/2026: The feeling of being at home, the warmest and most genuine welcome I've ever received at a Relais & Châteaux, the chef leading by example with his exceptional availability and willingness to engage. This is rare indeed; perhaps the family history of the place contributes to this simplicity amidst the exceptional moments the hotel offers. Hats off to the excellent dinner, full of gustatory surprises and intriguing questions, showcasing local produce; the wine pairing was also superb. The dream breakfast also deserves mention, though it's sadly impossible to try everything! Keep it up, keep it up, keep it up...
03/05/2026: I was delighted to have the opportunity to dine at Frédéric Doucet's restaurant. A superb menu showcasing Burgundian products. Rich, flavorful sauces that will linger on my palate. The service was highly professional, with young, dynamic, and attentive waitresses. An extraordinary sommelier who knows his wines inside and out and who respects your requests to the letter... a second Michelin star entirely deserved, with a chef who is very approachable.
