27/09/2024: More than disappointed, big scam! we bought a strawberry cake to celebrate a birthday, the middle of the cake was frozen and the few micro pieces of strawberries that were inside lost in the middle of the cream were ice cubes.... no taste. Big disappointment coming from a bakery!

19/09/2024: Expensive products and not particularly good. It's a bakery for tourists.

13/12/2024: Pleasant restaurant, the staff are helpful and courageous. Having witnessed incivility towards the reception manager, and above all witnessing the latter's incredible patience, I underline their efficiency in still serving quickly and above all hot!

07/12/2024: Check your orders they are often wrong. A ridiculous ice cream was served to us, considering the price it's shameful. Modern and nice.

29/08/2024: We leave the table immediately. I should have read the reviews before entering this tourist trap “restaurant”. The mussels were more than passable with plenty of beard. I had a strawberry “coupe” for dessert; it was a glass of water filled with whipped cream with two halved strawberries at the bottom (and when I say two I mean two). in addition to a plastic bottle of Evian for seven euros, customers must choose in advance whether they take à la carte or in formula, since the quantities differ depending on their choice. Amazing. Absolutely avoid.

09/11/2024: Family house, run by a very courageous hotelier couple, home-made dishes, maintain a social link in the village, that's the courage of the elders. I advise you to book because it is very often full and you will quickly understand why .

21/08/2024: The setting and position of the hotel is great! We were able to walk on foot and access the town center of St Jean de Gard via really great little paths. The manager made us very welcome. The rooms look like a small terraced house with a large garden and small terrace. Possible to park the vehicle. On the other hand, the bedding is horrible, it must be admitted, an ultra-thin, rough cotton gas duvet that must be 40 years old or more, fortunately we had taken our sheets otherwise I would not have slept there. Musty smell. The outdoor chairs and table are dirty, filled with cobwebs, the last cleaning had to be done in 2017, too bad not to be able to enjoy them in the middle of August. To conclude, you pay for a frame (not maintained)

03/09/2024: For a while, it was good. Now it's not. The pizzas melted in the sun in terms of size and the toppings became shy. I counted 3 strips of peppers on a pizza... with peppers. 8 pieces of bacon (cut of course) on a goat cheese/bacon pizza. You also have to love flour on the dough. It makes the pizza squeaky to the bite. In short, at one time it was nice, but now the pizza that made me 4 meals makes me 2 (and more) and to enjoy it I have to add my preparation on it myself. For the same price as before. No need to go back there are plenty of other pizza restaurants in the area with much more attractive prices and quantities.

24/08/2024: Well located restaurant, and that will be the only positive point. This is the last time I let myself be fooled by a “tout”! Yuck mussels (free because not eaten), plate with very very average skewer, fries full of burnt oil deposits, we had to ask for water and bread many times, in short, not recommended at all !
