17/08/2024: Très bon accueil. Menu enfant avec un gros cheesburger Les pizzas étaient très bonnes. Bien garnis et les ingrédients sont de bonnes qualités !!!! Les bases crème et la tomate sont très bonnes Bref bon endroit pour un dîner ou un déjeuner ! Salle intérieur d’une 30 aine de couverts et aussi pour la terrasse extérieur habrité. Bon rapport qualité prix

25/08/2024: La Potiniere reste Le restaurant de Merlette.Le patron Mickael vous accueille toujours avec le sourire. En cuisine c est toujours Medhi qui officie. Donc on lit la carte pour trouver des spécialités montagnardes, évidemment ,plus quelques plats à base de pâtes et toujours de l excellente viande. La suggestion du jour était magret de canard.......l assiette était aussi belle que bonne. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée à l intérieur du restaurant pendant que d autres clients étaient installés en terrasse. Clients de longue date,nous continuerons à venir réjouir nos papilles dans cet établissement,été comme hiver.Un conseil pensez à réserver.

13/11/2024: Magnifique repas avec un personnel au top et avec toujours le sourire, petit plus la viande est cuite dans la cheminée, rapport qualité prix à rien à redire. Je le recommande fortement. Pensez juste à réserver .....

06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!

15/09/2024: Quelques plats à la carte tous aussi bons les uns que les autres. Excellent filet de bœuf avec ses légumes et ses champignons à la crème. Cuisine traditionnelle de haute couture dans une vielle maison de ville qui ajoute à ce sentiment de tradition. On est proche, tout proche de l'étoile selon moi

05/01/2025: This place is a gem. The welcome is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. A special mention to the very welcoming restaurant and the blueberry trout which is definitely worth the trip. In short, a rare place as I like them. I highly recommend. (Dogs are accepted)

25/08/2024: A must-see in QUEYRAS. Family restaurant. Warm welcome, generous cuisine, with good local products, careful presentation. A beautiful table to make absolutely.

30/08/2024: Very warm welcome, fresh and quality dishes, special mention for the “pork with caramel”, a delight, the best I have eaten so far. The lady was alone for the service and despite all the people it went well.

28/08/2024: We have been coming to Guillestre for years and finally we are taking the time to dine here! Very good value for money, good service, friendly welcome! The dishes are very good and there are even something for vegetarians!

10/08/2024: Pleasantly surprised by this charming little place on gap. Homemade cooking. We ate a daily special where the value for money was excellent. The waitresses are very friendly and smiling. I recommend this place for its price and the quality of the products. Which is rare these days, especially in Gap.

10/11/2024: Discovered by chance at the Sunday morning market and a great address! Very pretty and excellent cuisine, whether regional plate or morello cherry duck breast. The desserts are also very very good!

17/09/2024: Excellent Asian restaurant. Hearty and very tasty cuisine. On the other hand, the room resonates a lot with the dialogues of other customers and it quickly becomes annoying when there are people. Then, but perhaps this was exceptional, we waited quite a long time, already for the order being taken, but also for the service between each course. The lady, who seems to be the boss, was alone, serving all the tables... This explains it... We had already been here a year ago and had already encountered this problem... Otherwise, it's really good....!
