02/12/2025: Cent Sushi is a perfect example of a small, unassuming neighborhood restaurant that does a great job. The place is simple and unpretentious, but the focus is on the food: fresh ingredients, quick service, and excellent value for money. The sushi boat was beautifully presented, with a varied assortment and generous slices of fish. The maki rolls were well-balanced, the rice perfectly cooked, and the fish clearly fresh. The small side dishes (miso soup, salad, ginger) were also a plus, served quickly and well-seasoned. The mochi for dessert was a pleasant surprise. The service is discreet, efficient, and respectful, and the dishes arrive quickly, even during busy times. A pleasant spot for an unpretentious Japanese meal, consistently good and very reasonably priced. A reliable choice in the neighborhood.

The welcome is always warm: the staff is friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. You can create your own bowl according to your desires, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty ingredients: avocado, salmon, mango, various vegetables, original sauces, toppings like peanuts, goji berries, fresh herbs, etc. The combinations are endless, and the portions are very generous. I love it every time I visit! It's fresh, balanced, and filling, and the sauces are truly delicious. A small drink included in the menu would be a plus, but it doesn't detract from the quality of the meal. A refreshing and healthy spot, perfect for a lunch break with a little something extra. I highly recommend it!
