10/10/2026: Dinner this evening. A very pleasant and warm welcome; dinner was perfect from the appetizer to the dessert and the gourmet coffee. Very tasty and generous portions, yet still gourmet. A wonderfully peaceful experience despite the number of occupied tables, as it was cozy and well laid out. I highly recommend it and we will return with great pleasure.

30/07/2026: Cinq, near Gare de Clamart, is a small, chef-owned spot worth knowing about if you're in the area. We visited in June 2025 during Fête de la Musique. We shared a few dishes for around €30-40 per person: a creamy mushroom penne with crispy red onion, shaved parmesan and cracked black pepper; a cured salmon starter with grapefruit, pomegranate and passion fruit that came across bright and citrusy rather than heavy; a smash-style cheeseburger with melted cheddar on a sesame brioche bun, served with roasted fondant potatoes; and a chili con carne over roasted eggplant and squash with guacamole, pico de gallo and a cabbage slaw — an unexpected combination that worked well. We also had an Apérol Spritz iced tea, a nice twist on the usual spritz. What stood out most was the owner, who's also the head chef and clearly hands-on — he came by to check how the meal was going, which felt genuine rather than routine. Service was warm throughout. The space is small (I'd guess no more than 50 people at once) and nicely decorated without feeling fussy. Worth knowing: the menu changes often, so don't go expecting these exact dishes — it's more a reflection of the kitchen's overall consistency than any one item. I'd go back — the food held up across very different styles (pasta, seafood, burger, chili), and having the chef genuinely engage with diners is rare enough to matter.

26/09/2026: Saveur et Tapas is THE restaurant not to be missed. After several years of enjoying the entire menu (and the cocktail menu, of course), I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of any of the food. The atmosphere is friendly and intimate, like being at home. I highly recommend this place. Special mention goes to the mojitos, which are the best I've ever tasted.

29/09/2026: It started well; the website described it as a gourmet restaurant. The dining room was nice, with white tablecloths and napkins. The wait for our food was excessively long. Finally, the starter, supposedly a Chinese crab salad, arrived. It was just a plain green salad with lots of bean sprouts and very little of something mushy on top, which was supposed to be crab, all swimming in vinaigrette. Next, we were served turbot with chives and ginger. A huge disappointment. The pieces of fish were mixed with a lot of onion. The taste of ginger and chives was completely absent. The stir-fried noodles with vegetables were devoid of vegetables, as was the fried rice. The photos illustrate what I mean. Needless to say, we won't be back.

08/09/2026: Excellent home-style cooking, flavors from around the world, all served by efficient and friendly staff. In short, a remarkable discovery to which I will definitely return. And since I can't leave multiple reviews, I'm adding to this one. This is my fifth or sixth time dining at DASO. Everything is well done, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the value for money is exceptional.

21/09/2026: Before I was born, my parents went there often; we went together every Wednesday, and I still go today. Twenty-two years of culinary delights. The former owners retired, then members of their families took over, and then they sold the restaurant to the chef. So, having been there for 22 years, I can say the quality has never declined. What they present to you today is exactly what they have shared with us every day for the past 22 years. In short, they are consistent and regular in their work, always the same quality, goodness, precision, etc. Since the change of ownership, there has been a quest for originality.
