04/02/2026: A hidden gem you absolutely must try! 🍜 I had a wonderful time at this little Vietnamese restaurant. Don't let its unassuming exterior fool you, because the experience is truly worth it! It's an authentic spot where the food is simply excellent, bursting with flavor and freshness. The prices are very reasonable for such quality, which is becoming increasingly rare. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You immediately feel at home. I highly recommend La Gourmandise if you're looking for truly great Vietnamese food! I'll definitely be back.

04/04/2025: I was extremely disappointed by the services to be reviewed…. I waited 15 minutes before just paying so imagine for my order the staff doesn't look you in the eye so you can't call them. It's a bad experience 0/10.
03/04/2025: But this McDonald’s is really anarchy. But what are their problems with the 1h30 drive to be served!!!! I remind you that I have already waited more than 3 hours!!!! You should not have a heart attack or have a young child or elderly person accompanying you!! He could die if he has health problems. But imagine you have an emergency or you have left your children at home or you have to go pick up your children from daycare or the nanny. This is really problematic!! And no apology or compensation I point out that these have been scouring for months and months. They are totally incompetent And if we yell we risk getting spit in our sandwich!!!

The salad really needs improvement; it was not good at all for €20. The dessert of the day was okay, but nothing special; it lacked that extra something.

25/04/2026: I recently ate at this outlet of pizza hut at Rueil Malmaison. I ordered double cheeZ bread pizza, which was bit expansive but believe me , it was worth try. Extremely yummy, tender, flavoured and tasty. The pizza hut has very good taste. They mention the hygiene as well. Recommended if you want to go there with family, friends etc.

27/05/2026: The longest McDonald's experience of my life, the staff were moving at a snail's pace. Change careers, you idiot. It's not fast food, it's low-quality food.
27/05/2026: The service was appalling. Two waiters (a South African woman with braids and a young mixed-race man) had a very haughty attitude, completely undignified in serving customers. We waited an hour before receiving a cold order. The woman, while serving us, said, "You should have let us know you were outside," even though we had easels. When we pointed out the problem to the young man, he replied, "I'm not a cook, it's not my problem." The woman returned and spilled the fries on us without apologizing or cleaning them up. In short, I won't go into detail, but the service really needs improvement.

14/06/2026: An absolutely unacceptable experience and, at this stage, extremely concerning from a legal standpoint. An Uber Eats order costing nearly €30, for a delivery that was completely incomplete and clearly did not match what was paid for. Initial order: 2 Big Macs, a McNuggets meal (6 nuggets, fries, Coke), Big Mac sauce. Actual delivery: only one Big Mac, two nuggets, one of which was clearly half-eaten, and nothing else. Crucial point: the bag was sealed upon delivery, which precludes any intervention on our part regarding the contents. Given the extent of the missing items—nearly three-quarters of the order—we immediately contacted Uber Eats, who, considering the situation and the sealed packaging, asked us to contact the restaurant directly. After calling McDonald's, the restaurant maintains with certainty that the order was prepared correctly and that nothing was omitted. This position is difficult to defend given the facts. Not wanting to abandon our meal or get bogged down in an endless process since the order had already been paid for, we had to go to the restaurant ourselves to collect what had already been paid for but never delivered. And there, to our astonishment: a restaurant clearly in complete disarray. A succession of dissatisfied customers, a string of refunds, a constant stream of complaints, an overwhelmed manager, and cashiers busy dealing with problem after problem. I waited for over 45 minutes, between midnight and 1:25 a.m., in a manifestly disorganized establishment. The most shocking thing: the Big Mac meal I had come to pick up, having already paid for it in my Uber Eats order, was ultimately charged to me again on the spot. In other words, I had to pay a second time for an item I had already paid for, simply to receive what should have been delivered from the start. A particularly shocking situation after the restaurant's initial refusal to acknowledge any error. As for the manager present that evening, his attitude was particularly disappointing: haughty, peremptory, never questioning his own version of events, even as refunds and customer complaints piled up around him. I live in Levallois and have placed over 249 orders at this establishment. I therefore know this restaurant very well, which allows me to assert that this is not simply an isolated incident but a level of service that has become extremely concerning. From a consumer law perspective, a business is obligated to deliver the product as ordered. Charging for a largely incomplete order, delivering a sealed bag containing only a fraction of the order, handing over food that has clearly been partially eaten, and then requiring the customer to pay again on the spot for a product already paid for, constitutes a completely unacceptable customer experience. Between midnight and 1:25 a.m., it was an absolute scandal: wasted time, double payment, a complete lack of serious assistance, and catastrophic customer service. A disgrace for a company of this size.
14/06/2026: Defective toy. The manager refused to exchange my son's toy at the McDonald's on Rue Willesone in Levallois-Perret. It's the first time I've seen anything like this at McDonald's. These managers told me not to eat the bear with the four white threads on its ears. I asked if these managers could read. I've never seen anything like it at McDonald's. Refusing to exchange a child's toy at this McDonald's. I mean, what's the point of keeping this to myself? This manager is awful. I really think there's a problem.

25/05/2026: Very disappointed for the four of us. The meat was rather bland, the ribeye steak (€32) was the same, and the kidneys were simple but acceptable. Even the salad had quite a few damaged leaves – a shame! We expected better from such a nice brasserie. 😰

20/03/2026: A truly awful waitress who, once again, treated my family with utter disrespect, even though the restaurant wasn't even full and we come often because we live nearby. And to be fair, the food is very good. Twenty minutes later, we still didn't receive the frozen lemon we ordered—yes, because she'd forgotten it!—and we had to take the dishes back to the kitchen ourselves to prepare the leftovers to take away. All this with a hungry four-year-old waiting at the table... The food is good, but the service is absolutely appalling. If you don't enjoy being a waitress, change careers. I should point out that this isn't just a one-off; it's happened to me several times before.
06/03/2026: Never disappointed! For me, these are the best sushi in the neighborhood.
