14/02/2026: Disastrous! A 25-minute wait to be charged for three measly cases, even though I picked them up from the self-service area in a nearly empty store. And the staff clearly lose all interest in being professional or efficient the second you refuse their subscription offer. ☝️ A terrible customer experience. If you have the choice, go to the Opéra or Montparnasse locations!

13/02/2026: Beautiful shop, however, only two people (one at the bar and another to manage customers) is unacceptable… This doesn't reflect the premium service Nespresso is supposed to offer. A 20-minute wait to buy a machine, a queue that keeps growing because the self-service isn't working… I've noticed a real difference from one shop to another.

09/04/2026: A pure moment of blissful indulgence centered around chocolate. The candied orange peels were excellent, and the Easter creations were superb—varied and delicious. The service was perfect, and the staff offered excellent advice based on individual preferences for dark, white, and milk chocolate. The packaging is absolutely beautiful, enhancing the pleasure of giving chocolates year-round.

08/04/2026: Very disappointed by the experience, which is not worthy of a great chocolatier. 1- I asked for dark chocolate ganaches, but they didn't have any. Instead, I was offered an assortment of very, very sweet flavor blends that gave the chocolate no chance to shine. 2- I asked for dark chocolate mendiants. When I got home, I found a bar of chocolate with hazelnuts and raisins, haphazardly chopped, as is the trend. €22 for this chocolate bar, which is neither dark chocolate nor, above all, anything resembling mendiants. 3- I also bought some dark chocolate treats, barely good enough to give as gifts, and a large decorated egg that was more pretty than tasty, also drowning in sugar! Over €120 for a very disappointing experience that bore no resemblance to what I ordered. I paid when I took the pretty bag. Perhaps we should focus on the quality of the chocolate itself rather than all the branded accessories, right down to the tape sealing the boxes. At that price, you'd be better off going to a top chocolatier in Paris and enjoying a truly delicious meal.

01/11/2025: The owner is extremely unpleasant, haughty, and rushed; the prices are not at all clear and are not fixed, which can create unpleasant surprises on the bill compared to other caterers in Levallois who know how to welcome the customer better and who have much more affordable prices, for a better quality-price ratio.

07/04/2026: Very disappointing. The pizza dough is good, but that's clearly not enough to make up for the rest. We ordered chicken pizzas and received pizzas with a raw, undercooked egg, which is unacceptable. The chicken didn't seem fresh, and the whole thing was seriously lacking in flavor. The service didn't help matters: a cold welcome, an unpleasant and unprofessional waiter, and the same at the checkout. You really feel like you're bothering them. Finally, there's no Italian atmosphere whatsoever, neither in the food nor in the service. It's a far cry from the experience you expect in a pizzeria. A real disappointment, despite the dough having the potential to be better.

25/04/2026: Hello, I've been going to this restaurant for several years. Initially, the service and the dishes were excellent and generously portioned. We returned for dinner yesterday, and the dishes served were tasteless, served in tiny portions, and the prices have tripled in three years.

01/04/2026: The avocado juice is excellent. But the sandwiches are just average—the chicken and kefta aren't very filling, and the baguette isn't great. The fries are average.

06/12/2025: The worst experience of my life. I walked in, and the manager talked to his friend for 15 minutes instead of taking my order. When he finally took it, he half-listened and was incredibly condescending. Once our orders arrived, he made a mistake, and when we pointed it out, he started yelling at us, saying it was our fault for not speaking loudly enough. After we finished eating, we cleared everything away, but there was still a piece of paper on the table. We left without paying much attention, and he yelled at us from a distance, then chased us, before finally coming back into his restaurant. Avoid at all costs!

30/01/2026: The sandwich was mediocre for the price; you can find better and cheaper options. The waitress and cashier were adequate, but the cooks were unprofessional, talking and laughing in front of the food and, above all, rude to the customers, especially Hussein who was working on January 30, 2026, between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. An experience I will never repeat.
