A 25-minute wait to be charged for three measly cases, even though I picked them up from the self-service area in a nearly empty store.
And the staff clearly lose all interest in being professional or efficient the second you refuse their subscription offer. ☝️
A terrible customer experience. If you have the choice, go to the Opéra or Montparnasse locations!
13/02/2026: Beautiful shop, however, only two people (one at the bar and another to manage customers) is unacceptable… This doesn't reflect the premium service Nespresso is supposed to offer. A 20-minute wait to buy a machine, a queue that keeps growing because the self-service isn't working… I've noticed a real difference from one shop to another.

20/02/2026: I'm very surprised by some of the comments. Not being from the area, this is my first time at this restaurant.
Excellent kebab, hot and crispy bread, lean and very generous portion of meat.
As for the crispy and golden fries... I don't know of any equivalent in the 95th district.

10/12/2025: Overbooked at this hotel, they called me at 11:30 PM to tell me they no longer had a room and were moving me to another place! To top it all off, they called again between noon and 2 PM to ask me to move yet again because they hadn't noticed I had booked for two nights… A complete scandal!
08/12/2025: For me, what I expect from a hotel is a good night's sleep, so this one is great. The neighborhood is super quiet with government offices nearby. The reception staff are very good and professional. The hotel meets all the standards, although the breakfast could be improved, perhaps with boiled eggs, etc. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

03/02/2026: I tried this American hot dog and bagel restaurant during a visit to the Qwartz shopping center. The food (hot dogs, bagels, fries) is decent and true to the American street food style, and some of the sides/sauces are nice. The lady with curly hair was very kind and welcoming.

A little Black girl greeted me the last time I came. She was very smiley and welcoming. She really helped me with the self-service kiosks.
It was so nice to be greeted by her. This restaurant really needs more people like her. Thanks again if you ever happen to see this ❤️

28/01/2026: Super hotel 🛏️ Very friendly welcome. Professional staff from all the servers and receptionists. Great room facing Parc Malraux. I have a little Chihuahua who loved walking in the park. Super team. The assistant manager was very kind, as was the manager. Clean and spotless room. Even the cleaning staff were lovely. Don't hesitate to come to this hotel, I highly recommend it. A big thank you to everyone and especially the manager. Come here, you'll be delighted.
