17/03/2026: We used this restaurant for a family birthday celebration, and everything was wonderful.
The staff were very kind, and the food was fresh and delicious.
The atmosphere was great, and we had a wonderful time as a family.
We would definitely like to come again!
10/01/2026: For almost a year, I've been regularly ordering spring rolls from this restaurant. Unfortunately, about half the time, there's a problem: either the spring rolls have an aftertaste, as if the chicken is spoiled, or they're overcooked and unpleasant to eat. I've even noticed that when this taste appears, they're often overcooked, as if to mask it. Some days everything is very good, but other days, it's inedible.
At one point, I even stopped ordering from them because the spring rolls too often tasted stale. I never called them or left a review, out of laziness, and because I thought it could happen. But since it kept happening, I finally realized it wasn't just a one-off.
This time, I was particularly shocked. I had reordered after a break and politely asked for a small gesture of goodwill—some shrimp chips, since I often order from them. They agreed, no problem. Upon delivery, not only did the spring rolls still taste spoiled, but the complimentary chips were clearly unfit for consumption: dry, hard, and rancid, as if the bag had been left open and then repackaged. You can immediately tell when chips are no longer fresh.
My children sometimes eat spring rolls with me. My daughter vomited shortly afterward, and it was the only thing she had eaten that day. I, too, had noticed this unpleasant taste in the spring rolls. This time was the last straw, so I called the restaurant to let them know. The manager I spoke to on the phone seemed surprised and didn't know what to say. She simply repeated that she didn't understand. I explained to them that their spring rolls weren't good and that I wanted to let them know for next time, even though there obviously won't be a next time.
For me, this shows a real lack of respect for customers. Giving out spoiled or expired products, especially to loyal customers, is unacceptable. The fact that even the "goodwill gesture," the chips, were in poor condition shows that they're mainly trying to get rid of products that are no longer edible. A manager knows perfectly well how to store their products so that they remain fresh and safe to eat. Here, I got the impression that this "goodwill gesture" was mainly used to get rid of something they shouldn't have given away, rather than genuinely pleasing the customer.
Now that I understand how they treat their customers, I strongly advise against this restaurant, especially for the spring rolls, since that's the only thing I order from them. I've encountered these problems several times. I didn't report it for a long time; I let it slide several times, thinking it could happen. But this time, with my daughter sick, it was the last straw. It's not a simple accident: you can clearly tell that some of the products aren't fresh anymore, yet they're still being used, probably to avoid waste. The spoiled taste is sometimes only present in part of the order, giving the impression that they're mixing fresh products with older ones, trying to mask the taste through cooking or preparation. For me, this is unacceptable behavior towards customers.
I simply urge consumers not to do as I did and not to let this happen again. When you pay for food, you're entitled to a minimum of respect and safe products. If a restaurant continues to serve food that tastes stale or spoiled, it needs to be reported, because it's the customers who suffer the consequences. This kind of practice mainly demonstrates a desire to avoid wasting anything in order to avoid losing money, even if it means mixing questionable products with fresher ones and charging customers for it.

17/02/2026: I came with my little girl, who loves this restaurant, and I must say the price is reasonable and the self-service buffet, although small, offers enough to satisfy everyone.
However, after the perfectly acceptable starters, I was disappointed by the chicken with black mushrooms. The mushrooms were really tough and the chicken lacked flavor.
On the other hand, my little girl thoroughly enjoyed the starters and the small apple fritters she asked for, which the cook kindly prepared for her.
I must say that the lady who served me was smiling and very pleasant.
That's why I'll come back another time so I don't let the black mushrooms, which disappointed me, put me off.

21/03/2026: Lunch was very disappointing today: terrible service, cold dishes (a Metro osso buco hastily reheated in the microwave) or undercooked (a raw egg in a calzone), dirty beer glasses, and an attempt to charge extra for a dessert included in the children's menu. I won't be going back; this restaurant gets worse with each visit!
21/03/2026: Not the first time I've come, but perhaps the first time I've been so disappointed. The waitress ignores us, turns her back on us, is disrespectful and unpleasant, and the crowds are extremely poorly managed.

The breakfasts were generous.
It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open at this time of year (April 2026).
14/05/2026: Good breakfast with quality products (cheeses, teas, etc.). A very warm welcome in the morning from Ségolène, which made us want to come back! The room was a bit dated but clean and the bed was large and comfortable.

26/04/2026: A bad day. We only got the menu after 30 minutes, and water wasn't offered initially. The salads were green, that's for sure, with just a tiny touch of shredded salmon or cured ham. One egg and a tomato cut in half. That's not much for €16. The service was too slow. Unpleasant. In the dining room.
26/04/2026: We made a reservation at 12:30 PM this Sunday, waited half an hour before a carafe of water and our order were brought, and then waited another 20 minutes before our food was served. The waiter offered no apology. We left after being presented with the dessert menu because such a long wait from the moment we arrived was unacceptable. The waiter/owner should really review his restaurant training.

14/04/2026: We traveled as a family of four with our dog and were looking forward to a pleasant stay. What we experienced was a complete disaster from beginning to end.
Check-in: Pure Chaos
At 3:00 PM, we went back to check-in – a huge line, annoyed guests, everyone pushing forward. After waiting for half an hour, we finally stood before an employee who turned around without a word and walked away. We had to squeeze in again. The next employee was friendly, but completely unprepared. Only physical credit cards were accepted. Then we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 3:55 PM – and we should come back in five minutes to pick up the room key. With a huge line behind me. That was the last straw.
Only when I made my point clear did I get the key immediately.
The Room: Claustrophobia on Demand
We had booked a larger room for four people and a dog. What we got was a basic double room with two crammed-in fold-out beds. Barely any room to move around, the windows couldn't be opened. The toilet was so small I could barely turn around – and it didn't even have a sink. The sink was in a separate room with a shower. Out of politeness, we stored the dog food next to the shower to keep the carpet clean. If the hotel is so unfriendly to dogs, it shouldn't offer this service at all. That would have saved us a lot of trouble.
Fitness room: A bad joke
One room, about a third of our already tiny room. Two Technogym machines, a cheap bench in front of a meager wall of weights. The water dispenser looked like it would give you diarrhea just by looking at it. Disinfectant? Nowhere to be found.
Breakfast: Dogs banned and the worst coffee of my life
We paid the dog fee, notified the hotel in advance – but the dog still wasn't allowed in the breakfast room. Apparently, it was because the guests were afraid of dogs. After a long discussion, we were directed to a meeting room where the guests had apparently miraculously lost their fear of dogs. The buffet was chaotically organized: the main counter here, spreads there, coffee in a completely different corner. And the coffee—the worst I've ever tasted. With the first sip, I involuntarily cursed. The half-full, unfinished cups on the neighboring tables confirmed it: it wasn't just me.
In short, the staff tried to be friendly—but a slap in the face hurts, even when it's delivered with a smile. I will most certainly never set foot in this hotel again.
14/04/2026: I would like to share my experience with this establishment, whose service and hospitality, in my opinion, fall far short of what one would expect from a 4-star hotel, both professionally and personally.
From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold and impersonal. No explanation was given, and I was surprised to find several defects in the room (holes in the walls, etc.), which was already regrettable.
The situation worsened the following morning. I had filled out the form to receive breakfast in my room between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. At 9:30 a.m., having still received nothing, I contacted reception, who claimed I hadn't indicated anything. However, the form was still clearly on my door. After several follow-ups and flagging down an employee in the hallway, I was finally served around 10:30 a.m.… and, to make matters worse, the breakfast was incomplete, as coffee was missing.
Faced with this series of problems, I contacted reception again. They simply offered me a complimentary coffee… even though breakfast, which I had already paid for, cost nearly €20. This response was woefully inadequate given the inconvenience.
Upon departure, there was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, and the welcome remained just as unfriendly. I was simply asked to pay for my dinner, without the slightest consideration for the inconvenience I had experienced.
This experience was particularly disappointing and wasted my precious time, ruining what should have been a peaceful and pleasant stay.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality service and even a modicum of attention to your guests.

There are quite a few set menus, and the à la carte menu is fairly extensive. They also have Indian beer and Indian red/white/rosé wine (I only tried the beer, an IPA-style wine).
The restaurant is a bit small, but it has a terrace. The dining room is clean, the chairs are a little worn, but it's still acceptable.
The prices are reasonable for an Indian restaurant.
