14/01/2024: I booked crepes at O’Paradis via The Fork for 3 on January 3… only to find myself in front of a closed restaurant. Neither Google nor The Fork nor the restaurant's website indicated this closure and we had to find a solution urgently. It would be nice if you warned your customers. I thought that it could be linked to an exceptional event, and so I decided to just ask for an explanation, via the restaurant's email address and via the restaurant's website itself... no response or word of apology after 11 days. I therefore deduce that this restaurant does not care about its potential customers, so this minimum rating is well deserved.

12/09/2024: A customer for years, nothing to say about the cuisine which is excellent, always with new flavors. However, recently, it seems that deliveries are no longer made by the restaurant's own delivery men, but by independents. As a result, on Friday evening our neighbor found our order on the floor in the lobby of the building, torn apart....while we were waiting for it. After warning Côté Sushi, we had to wait again, time to find another delivery man who was kept waiting.... I am not in the habit of criticizing, saving money is good, but at the expense of very good service and customer expectations, it is anti-commercial. As far as we are concerned, we will no longer be delivered for such deplorable service. Sorry...

27/07/2024: The food is good, the dishes are good and very well presented but the service is a disaster. Arrived around 8:30 p.m. and came out for closing. More than an hour and a half waiting for a salad and sushi…(first order) The term “all you can eat” loses all its meaning if you can only order twice. Really disappointed because the dishes have potential, but I really think that there is a lack of staff to ensure proper service even if it means removing cutlery to make sure we can serve everyone in the best conditions. For 22€ we honestly expect something impeccable but that is not at all the case. Once again it's a real shame and I can only encourage you to review the service because it's the only thing that's wrong and unfortunately it's the basis of a restaurant. However the servers are nice. Good luck, redouble your efforts and I will be happy to come back!
