21/12/2025: We had a wonderful time in a warm and inviting setting, with a pleasant welcome and a delicious meal. As a business owner, we value customer experience, and everything was perfect. We will gladly return.

14/12/2025: The meal was hearty and delicious. However, the service was marred by an unfriendly person (Mike) who, from the moment we arrived, told our friend that lunch was for her birthday (spoiling the surprise), didn't apologize for the mistake made with one dish (meaning someone ate late while waiting for the correct plate), and literally threw the bill on the table without sending a colleague to help us pay. We will not be returning.

16/02/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! A disastrous stay for Valentine's Day. We arrived at 4 pm and took our room, number 102, only to discover that it was brand new but without central heating (a portable heater had been installed instead), and the rest of the floor was under construction with the constant noise of drills. We had an appointment for treatments at 5:30 pm, and to our great surprise, upon arriving, we discovered for ourselves that the spa (hammam, pool, jacuzzi, sauna) was closed for renovations. Then, upon returning to our room, there was only one towel, one pair of slippers, and only three pillows instead of four. The service in the restaurant was also very difficult; despite the staff's efforts, we were served well after people who arrived after us. I must point out, however, that the quality of the meal was incredible. And the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, who were clearly understaffed! Trying to fill a hotel at all costs is unacceptable at the expense of its guests… The renovations are a scandal, and not informing guests that the spa is closed is another!

14/02/2026: Unfortunately, the spa was under renovation and we were informed far too late! The room had already been paid for, though. No compensation was possible, so we left, quite disappointed!

28/02/2026: A huge disappointment. I found a piece of hard cartilage in a spring roll and a piece of bone in a samosa, which is simply unacceptable. The dishes were also overly sweet, overly salty, and excessively greasy, to the point of completely masking the flavors. I've known this establishment for over 25 years, and that's precisely what makes the experience even more regrettable: the quality has steadily declined over the years. What once made it famous seems to have vanished. Let's hope for a genuine reassessment, because as it stands, it's no longer the place I used to love.

31/01/2026: The welcome wasn't very warm. The buffet was quite modest with limited choices. Compared to other restaurants, I was rather disappointed.

27/01/2026: Excellent Japanese restaurant! The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service attentive. I highly recommend it! 🍣🥢

14/03/2026: Looks good on the outside and downstairs. The rooms are outdated. Airco does not work well. Not even a bottle of water.

11/03/2026: Two nights booked for a business trip. I was assigned room 208, next to an electrical panel. The first night was awful, with a constant buzzing and vibrations. The next morning, I reported the problem to reception, indicating that I wanted to change rooms. The receptionist assured me that everything would be taken care of, that I would be given an available room on the 3rd floor, and that I would simply need to pick up my key in the afternoon to move into my new room. At the end of the day, I went to reception to collect my key, and I was told that the manager had acknowledged the problem, that everything was resolved, and that they had therefore not changed my room. Extremely surprised, I went up to my room: the situation was exactly the same. I went back down to reception and asked the receptionist to come up with me to see the problem for myself. His words: “You’re absolutely right, the noise is very unpleasant and disturbing, but unfortunately, at this hour, I don’t have any rooms available…”. The second night was just as awful. When I returned my key, I was asked if my stay had been satisfactory: no information had been left regarding my dissatisfaction and the situation I encountered. I think customer service is nonexistent and that the position of manager seems to be accessible to just about anyone these days. The only objective seems to be filling the hotel, without any regard for repeat customers. The way I was treated is unacceptable, and the quality of the rooms is unfortunately in line with the level of consideration given to guests at this hotel.

20/03/2026: Every time I go to this McDonald's, there's a problem. Today, nothing's right: - The Happy Meal drinkable yogurt was missing - We ordered a 280 raclette burger and got the regular 280 - One nugget was burnt, as hard as a rock. Not to mention the contests they run; when we go to claim our prize, they give us some incomprehensible excuse! (It was just a cheeseburger…) We try again every time, but we're never going back! 16/03/2026: Mcdonalds experience is truly amazing, kids love it, we always come back atleast once a month.

20/06/2025: I miss Boris and his wife's smiles from back when the terrace was packed and they were the sunshine. In its place, we've inherited a cold, unfriendly staff with absolutely no sense of customer service. Needless to say, I will never eat again served by these odious people. There's nothing to improve things; sad faces and inappropriate remarks are the order of the day in this once so welcoming establishment.

07/10/2025: Came with my colleagues between noon and 2 p.m. A warm welcome and delicious food. The service was prompt despite the crowds. We'll be back! Thank you. PS: Special mention for the chicken tikka masala. This is the third time I've had it, and it's delicious.

25/01/2026: Great neighborhood restaurant that has the added bonus of being open on Sunday evenings! Friendly service. We had bo bun and mango sticky rice for dessert 😋

21/10/2025: The food was average, nothing special, but the staff was rude, the waitress practically threw the plate at me, while the waiter was rather annoyed.

10/02/2026: Very good ice cream with several options (not a fan of the gentleman at the counter, a bit too unpleasant, but it's worth it).

20/11/2025: I went to DOMI'S in Saint Ouen, located within the municipal building. A very warm welcome, I highly recommend it, and the ice cream was truly delicious. Thank you to Amélie who provided excellent service.

15/01/2026: A real gem! I can't stop coming back often these days. One of the best value-for-money Asian restaurants :) Highly recommended!!

12/09/2025: Very good restaurant for any order on site with good meals + if you don't have much to eat there is the all-you-can-eat menu which is very good at lunchtime for the price
